How do I turn affiliates employee mentality into a business owner mentality?

I can very well relate to this question because I often been asked by potential affiliates how they are going to be paid, thinking that they are
going in as an employee on a regular salary and how much they are going to be paid and how often are they going to be paid. It is truly a shock to them when I tell them that they are going to own their own business and they will need to treat SFI as a business opportunity with potential to provide them a lifestyle of their dreams but there is work involved as they chartered the course of their own destiny.

It will take sometime before you can transform someone who are used to receiving their pay check on a regular basis and having an employer
provide them their benefits, health insurance and superannuation to suddenly find themselves having to run their own business and not live from pay check to pay check. It is through education and regular communication with affiliates to realised that they are now responsible for their own
success as an Online Entrepreneur. As a team leader, you will need to educate your team members the importance of team work and how they can set their own goals to make their business work for them.

Encouraged your team to avail themselves of the various training programs provided through the SFI website how to plan, coordinate and implement the various marketing tools, power tools and most of all how to run their business to earn profits. Teach them how to generate sales at the TripleClicks store and how to sponsor new members through Marketing . Encourage them to become an ECA and show them the various ECA strategies they can use to make their respective businesses into a profitable venture.

It may take a while before all the information gets absorb and incorporated into the affiliates "psyche" but with perseverance and regular training and feedback from you and helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations with their SFI business they will eventually realised that a paradigm shift is about to happen. If they can see the benefits and the freedom of being able to run their own business the way they want to they are more likely to develop that business owner mentality and be able to be grateful for the opportunity afforded to them.

In conclusion, I would like to say that no matter how hard it is to transform your affiliates mindset at the beginning they will soon realised that when they achieved success as an Entrepreneur or a business owner that they would prefer to become a business owner who are able to enjoy the financial freedom that they created themselves through their own effort and their team.. As an active member of my team, I am constantly involved in the recruitment process and providing a welcome greeting to our newly registered members. As part of my role as their sponsor, I make it a point to greet the new members via the SFIM chat if they are available on line so I can establish good rapport and initiate a good working relationship at the outset. I would introduce myself as their new sponsor and explain to them my role. I also congratulate them for taking the opportunity to explore the business opportunity that SFI provides.

I will encourage them to share with me some of the concerns that they may have and offer them a thoughtful response to their questions. I would also find out what made them sign up and how I can help them achieve their goals with SFI. I would often use an open ended questions as I continued to relate with them over the chatroom such as how does your family feels about your coming to the SFI program? What are their expectation of their SFI Business and how they can incorporate SFI in their daily life?

I would also inform them about the Fast track program and what they need to do to help them achieve their goals with SFI. I would also tell them the Getting started action list and if they have any question. If I am running a contest for the team I would also briefly tell them about it and recommend that they visit my leadership page to find out more information about it.

Since they would need to go back to their task at hand, I will try to have this chat briefly as much as possible and focus on the things that is concerning them first and offer to have another chat in another day or so. I will tell them that I will be sending them an email containing all the information that they will need to get started well including my contact details should they need my help in the meantime.

During the brief conversation, I will try my best to make them feel very welcome and what they can expect from me as their sponsor. I will also encourage them to focus on doing their "Getting Started action list" to help them get the 200 Bonus VP for the Fast track Badge and get them on the right track to successful introduction to SFI. First of all, let us define what T Currency means. T-Currency is part of the Loca Pay program which can be purchase from an E-Commerce Associate with T-currency License and can be used the same way as T credits. The T-currency can be used to purchase and redeem products from Tripleclciks and can earn MRP as if you paid cash,T Credits and Paypal to a local Pay provider. However, the current practice is to charge15% subcharge when purchasing products usingg the T Currency to offset your cost.

The license is good for one year and there is a cost involve in renewing the license. Is it worth the cost involved in having the T Currency license. My answer is a resounding Yes so go for it. By making it convenient and easy for your customer who have no Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal account they maybe able to purchase the products they need from you. Your PSA or PRM would prefer to deal with you when they know that you are there to provide that service as well. You can help PSA or CSA that has no access to buy products from TripoleClicks and are at risk of losing their ranking because they are not able to get their standing order without their Credit card especially members who are trying to keep their ranking and had left it until the last minute.

This will help improve customer satisfaction and would be grateful that you are there for them and therefore you would have build customer loyalty and customer are more likely to come back to you again as a repeat customer. Members who had the opportunity to deal with you may also tell other members about the kind of service they got from you and spread the word around . This will defintely increase your sales so the cost and the time involved in obtaining the T Currency license for your business will be a very good investment and will help increase your sales. By providing more payment option such as the T Currency as part of you customer service, your customer will deal with you first rather than other ECA competitors who does not provide the same service and flexibility that you provide.
