How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?

Co-Sponsored Affiliates are equally important and they deserve the care from their up line. However, just like what you said, there is likelihood that they will be overwhelmed with the number of emails or information overload.
I am very cautious when dealing with my CSAs because some of them have existing Sponsors. So I only send them a short note to say I am their "team mate" at SFI and I am willing to answer any questions that they may have regarding SFI. Most often than not, I get a reply.
You have the option of communicating with your co-sponsor and work as a team.
I find it interesting too that I am receiving a lot of emails from CSAs through my private email. Sometimes more emails from CSAs than from my PSAs. I used my private email so it will be more personalized and I can type more than 2000 characters.
If you want to zoom in to specific group of CSAs you can use the Genealogy filtering system and then send them a TeamMail.
Hope this helps

How best to use the Affiliate Manager (the tool contained in the Affiliate Snapshot for PSAs)?

The Affiliate Manager is a very useful tool in managing and monitoring your affiliates. If you go to the Genealogy and click the Affiliate Manager tab, from there you can see the affiliate's accumulated VersaPoints for the specific month. You can also check there if the Affiliate Profile Registration, Standing Order and white listing of the sponsors' email address are completed.
Not to mention the Goal Setting that is equally important. If these items are marked "N" then it is time for you to work on the affiliate and ensure that he or she completes the process or convince him or her to place an Standing Order or set short and long term goals.
There are many ways how to best use the tool that I am sure other affiliates can share it with you but at the end of the day you need perseverance and patience in pushing your agendas to move your SFI business.

What are some original, creative methods you have used to promote your SFI business?

Identify your prospects depending on your work place environment. Where I work, there is a sizeable population of expatriates who brought their families into the Country as part of their perks and benefits. What normally happens is that, they have their spouses stuck in their company provided accommodation with not much things to do on a daily basis. Common activities for the spouses staying at home were to drop off and pick up their children to and from the school. The spouses are most of the time free, doing nothing apart from occasional gardening if lucky enough residing with a lawn and not in a high rise condominium or apartment.
I talked to their husbands or both of them and talk about SFI. I am using a tablet that has Wi-Fi internet connection to be able to show them SFI website. Personalized approach is a lot better than by just sending emails and making phone calls.
Even during times spent at airports waiting for the flights, I make sure that I introduced SFI to friends and acquaintances with a readily available tablet to show them what are the benefits of becoming an affiliate of SFI.

Which will better help me attract affiliates...promoting TripleClicks, or promoting SFI?

In my experience, you should promote both as they complement each other. They are like twin brothers or sisters. You can build your business from SFI, increase your number of PSAs, who can then turn into TrippleClicks clients themselves. Not only they becoming a client but you can also duplicate your activities and become successful at SFI business.
Of all the available SFI Gateways, which has worked best for you, which is your favorite one and why?

My favorite SFI Gateway is the SFI E-Cards. There are about 23 SFI Business Opportunity E-Cards available but I like in particular the “Interested2” card.
For beginners, just go to the Marketing tab then Sponsoring then select Line 3 in the Beginner Methods. You can send up to 10 E-Cards each day.
I found this very effective specially when dealing with your friends and work colleagues. I have so far attracted good number of PSAs using this method or SFI Gateway.
Of course, using this SFI Gateway would require Email addresses. Apart from your normal contact list from your MS Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail and the like, you can also make use of Facebook.
If I don’t have the email address of my prospective affiliate, I communicate with them using Facebook. I send messages and ask for their email address if they are interested. It is important that you introduce SFI before sending the SFI E-Card. This way he or she is expecting it and no surprises.

What is the best method to attract and convince people to join SFI?

One effective method I found was to send one of those SFI e-cards. Do not send them indiscriminately as the recipient might think it is a scam. Choose people that you think would be interested working at home or friends that have spare time to do online business or marketing. There is no substitute to a personal touch. You don't stop when you send the email but follow up with a phone call or when you see them personally, talk about the benefits they can gain by joining SFI.
Sharing your own experience with SFI will certainly help. Coming from IT back ground I was at first skeptical or doubtful about SFI, but the way they presented the SFI Basics and the Launchpads attracted my attention. As I progressed forward, I was convinced that this is the right path to take.
We must be careful also that we do not give our prospective affiliates false hopes as some of them think SFI is one of those "get rich quick" business. I always explain to my new affiliates that SFI is not a "get rich quick" concept but rather built on a good business foundation and tested marketing concepts.
Time, if you spend time going through the SFI Basics and the Launchpads, you will learn about the concepts.
Apart from sending the SFI e-card, I am also showing my prospective PSA the SFI website and Trippleclicks.com while explaining all the benefits from online venture like SFI.

As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

I know it is time to reassign PSAs when one of my PSAs becomes an Executive Affiliate. It is one of the most common incentives that most team leaders gave their EAs.
It does not end there though; Team Leaders has a responsibility to make sure that he monitors the progress of the new EA or team leader as he will be receiving questions from his or her down lines.
I feel the frustrations of some of the EAs or team leaders in my down line when their PSAs are not active. When I feel that my team leader is about to give up, I encourage him or her to hang on and persevere. Reassigning a very active affiliate will normally uplift the team leader’s spirit.
It may sound an off-topic but reassigning affiliate based on localities was working fine with me. I looked at my PSA’s country and reassign them to a team leader in the same country. This way, the means of communication are localized, for example, they can easily communicate by phone or practically, meet in person if they belong to the same city.
