This is where I grow my SFI business. Everything you need to do for step 3 of the 3 step plan is from your Genealogy. You can congratulate, reward and teach your team from your Genealogy. By learning to use the filters you can see who may need help or encouragement. With the TeamMail feature you can communicate with your team and know that both their SFI and email address will get the message. From your Genealogy you can reward your movers with TCredits or Gift Certificate and help those struggling by reassigning them to someone closer or who speaks their language.
