Hello and thank you for asking a really good question.

When I started initially like everyone else, it was to make some money and hopefully reach those dreams we all had. As we have found out, some do and some don't. But that is the beauty of SFI, and because of its simplistic ideas and very comprehensive learning tools, those who are ready to commit and work hard make it. This weeds out those who are not prepared to put anything back into their own business, and in reality how did they ever think it could work? Even in main stream business, a certain amount has to be ploughed back into the system in order to allow for future growth. We invest our time, and in the helping of others by forming a team that grows. It is in this that I am more proud. Yes anyone can grow a crop and hope that it brings profits but we don't just sow the seed, we tend to its need by education and a helping hand, not to support but to lead. Would you not feel proud doing this?
Any person who thinks that by doing nothing gains everything is a person living in their dreamworld instead of living in the world of their dream.

Well that's a fair question so I will give a fair answer.
When you are successful enough to totally go full time self employed with SFI? Then realistically you have answered your own question . When you become so self sufficient with your business that your residual income takes over, what you do for a living? will be explained simply by your free time to relax, being able to spend value time with loved ones and friends plus that beautiful new car sitting in your driveway.
You simply say
" SFI, here's my card?"

If anyone had asked me this question a year ago, I would of jumped up and shook that persons hand and said,

" Thank you as I've wondered the same thing?".

Everyone mentioned Goals but no one asked why they are so important or if they did? I wasn't in a place to listen.
That was the crucial missing ingredient to my success. I plodded along ok but nothing seemed to get me moving fast enough to cause my adrenaline to pump.

One day a member of my up line wrote a note on my genealogy page that stopped me in my tracks. He simply wrote,

" 1st Goal achieved, 2nd nearly there".

It was a statement of his personal elation telling me he had reached a stage he wanted to be and now moving on.
The lightning bolt hit me and for nearly 2 hrs I wrote constantly a list of what I wanted in my life. From getting an extra hour with my family to trips I had only dreamt of going on. The list was enormous and when I read it back I nearly laughed at my own need for gratification. Another hour went by shortening the list or fine tuning as I tell my affiliates now. It is the fine tuning mixed with the wide dreams of a thinker that formulates the impossible into the possible.

SFI is no different from any list you ever made, from Santa's wish list to the stepping stones to you're success.
The great Pele scored goals often on a playing field but not before he dreamed one day that he would.
I say dream to your hearts content then formulate the fine tuning to your solid future.

Like most things in life you have the what if's? Should I, would I, could I?
It is part of the human condition to question and unfortunately over think situations that in the end will always give a positive or a negative reason for coming to the achieved end.
We stress ourselves over simple things yet when handed something with any level of complexity stand back and be amazed at how well you did because of not over thinking or reacting due to not having the time to ponder what if.
It's true we do sometimes think if we could do it all over how we would do it differently but seriously, what you have done whether good or bad has its own merits of success or limited gains. Remember, we don't do failure as everything is an experience to learn from or to build upon.
So don't ask if you could start again what would you do but look at it as another chapter in your success story.
I know I may have deviated from the initial question but I don't believe in looking back unless it is to see how to get around the obstacle I may have reached from a different angle.

I hope this helps and I'm sure many will give you ideas of what they feel they may do, remember though, anything suggested will still be hypothetical as anyone who has had to take a step back will only of done that to reevaluate options to continue forwards.
It is the thought of a challenge that produces brain cells to react and the pumped adrenalin to flow, in order to make the decisions that excite or create fear of our actions.
May they always do so... This way life can be what we want it to be.

I love this question because I can do two things with it, quite simply my answer is this.

"I'm glad you asked but please allow me to first tell you it isn't for everyone as it takes time to grow like a great oak but once the first few seasons of growth have helped its trunk to become strong then my money tree is ready to be harvested."

I'm looked upon as being mad at first but then their imagination gets the best of them and they want to know more. The seed of a quick rich scheme is taken away and the wonder of a natural income without giving too much away is planted in their minds. You will just give enough information to get them eager to look it up more so give your card and walk away.

Metal to the metal has always been a way, to speed up most things. So I hope to use this as a way of building my teams confidence in SFI, by offering them the knowledge of a good work ethos so as to be able to pass this on to their own affiliates. With good work practices, comes success and the chance to purchase their own piece of metal whether it be gold or silver. I could offer to give one as an incentive, but isn't it better to show how to achieve one, thus they can continue to build and achieve more?

A good question, which deserves the best answer I can give. Simply it's like this, being a team leader is like being a teacher, coach, counsellor and the person to kick some butt if its needed. Each role is different from the rest yet necessary for the role. As a teacher, you try and instil the relevant knowledge needed to utilise the persons stimuli, in order to set the foundation or groundwork needed on which the business is to be built.The coach, takes the task of putting that knowledge into play, strengthening the skills with techniques and strategies concerning how the building blocks are to be laid.
In all businesses, things happen that sometimes causes stress, anxiety and the feeling of despair. This is where you as a leader, really shine. By mentoring and counselling that person through his moment of trouble and help steer him back into the right direction.
So when do you set them free? You don't. They are your team for better or worse until they decide to opt out. Ah! But what about kicking them into shape? Again you don't. This will not achieve any thing good except resentment. When I used that term earlier, it was to see if you would continue to read to the end. This is where you really gain that special edge that keeps you at the top. When growing up the fear of a lashing kept me in line, ... Even though it never came, I didn't pursue it..... Get the picture?
