First send a welcome email to your team in SFI.
Second, connect as soon as possible by skype (free service) and talk personally with him.
third, summarize the system in 3-simple-step-plan and teach you how to achieve being an EA = 1500 vp.
Fourth, every day give a greeting and wish encouragement and commitment to the SFI business.
These 4 steps are important to help all new affiliate to start your SFI business.

To convince an affiliate is not necessary that you have absolutely nothing to talk about.
You're the one who needs to work every day and you should have results that demonstrate your entire organization that is making SFI for you.
Convincing an affiliate is: Your daily work and deliver results to your team.
