What is the best way to learn (after SFI training) about advertising using the internet when you are a complete novice?

A big part of learning is trial and error. If advertising a certain place using a specific ad is not proving fruitful then it is time to try other venues. As time goes on seeing what works and what doesn't as well as what seems to be working for others online will help you develop the best plan of attack.

Silver is always a good investment. Precious metals will continue to go up in price so acquiring them will help towards saving for retirement. This is a win-win situation no matter what way you look at it and winning these auctions would definitely be a step in the right direction of making money or investing in your future.
When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

The best answer to your question is that you should give up on non-active CSAs when they are removed from the system due to inactivity. In other words NEVER GIVE UP!!! It may take months but eventually you will reach people who say "Hey maybe I should give this program another chance."
