How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

In my opinion, the affiliate ought to be informed of the true picture of what happens after the first month. Tell them how many points arise from completing the daily and monthly activities and how many more they will need to retain their EA, and where they can be obtained. Make them aware that you can earn points through duplication; participating in ask SC, sales and purchases and also by promoting member products. Of course Tcredits play a big part. Some affiliates do not have sufficient money to set up a standing order so I recommend as sponsor, you go through TC and show them affordable ways of maintaining their EA status.

To me that is an opportunity that must be grabbed. I tell them that it is everyone's business. SFI welcomes everyone irrespective of wealth status and nationality. Then I proceed: "Join and see for yourself so that when I explain things it will be like help to make you grow in business."
Indeed if they do sign up I make it a point to work with them pointing them to the pages that answer most of the questions. Most of all, I talk them through the income calculator.
When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

Ever thought of turning the question back to them? It always works for me. I would say: Why would you refuse something that is proven to work that is bestowed to you free of charge?
SFI lets you expand your avenues of getting income. The money may not come like an avalanche but more like small streams that feed into a giant perennial lake. SFI exposes you to multiple income streams. SFI is open to everyone - rich and poor alike. TRY AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF.
I am broke but I really want to make EA this month. What do I do and what is the best advice you can give to me?

Tami, use the same courage that you have shown by declaring that you are broke to promote SFI. Tell your friends about it. Print the free marketing leaflets available from SFI; promote other people's products and above all exploit all available advertising options. It may not be a quick fix but somehow you will start to build your own downline; earn a bit of commission (plus VPs)and with the points earned from the daily activities you will be heading towards the right direction.
Of all of SFI's Power Tools, which ones works best for you and why?

It has to be genealogy. This tool kind of sums up and gives you a report of your own ability. If your leadership or participation has been good you should expect a large following of active members. At the same time as leader, it guides you as to which members of your team will need more support. The summaries are an amazing tool for anyone seeking success. So GENEALOGY is the TOOL.
