How do you make SFI not be overwhelming for yourself and team members?

Interesting question I must say. To answer this, I must say that, when you set out to start any business, you must be well prepared to tackle any issues that will come up along the way. The way and manner you go about solving the issues as they come up also determines how successful you will be in that business.
I had a unique experience the very first day I signed up. I was working on ClixSense.com,stumbled upon SFI and out of curiosity I signed up not knowing what awaited me.By the time I logged in,I was totally thrown off balance, didn't know where to start from as there were so much to read and understand. But,then again I saw this, "hey new affiliate, don't know where to start, click here" so I clicked on it and the rest is history.
The experience I had was the same experiences most affiliates had but didn't look well enough to know there is a guide on how to start. I signed up many affiliates in my first month of being in SFI but didn't see any of them getting beyond 10 Vp the same day. So I took my time to compose instructions on "getting started" and each time I sign up an affiliate,I send these instructions after the welcome message. This has worked for me and most of the affiliates who took time to go through it usually qualify as EA the same day they signed up.

What was the best advice you ever got from your upline and how has it helped you?
Affiliate since: 09/11/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
I have benefited immensely from my sponsor, such that it will be difficult to pinpoint which particular advice has helped me here. However,I cant fail to mention these two; "You can reach and maintain EA status with as low as $29.95" and "Look for different platforms to advertise your link". I have practiced the two ever since and have been the better for it.
In one sentence, how do you respond when someone asks you about the business you are involved in?
Affiliate since: 09/11/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
My answer would be that if you are looking for affiliate marketing where nobody demands any money from you before signing up,then you are in the right place. Also SFI is the only online affiliate marketing where your country of origin does not matter,it accommodates everybody of all races and classes, no discrimination as you find in other online businesses.
In SFI,understanding what you need to do the moment you sign up is very important and so by simply clicking on SFI Basics, you navigate through right from the very moment you signed up.The Launchpads are designed to teach you all you need to know about the business you just signed up for.
You get the rare privilege to ask any questions at all and get answers from the support, your sponsor and even from the forum and when complicated,Gery himself will respond.
SFI is not a money doubler and not for get rich quick, instead you get the opportunity to grow your income gradually by painstakingly duplicating all you know on your growing downlines. When compared to others,I see that its only in SFI that you earn money from not only from your personally sponsored affiliates PSA's but from the people you didn't contribute to their signing up(your CSA's),that to me is awesome.

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?
Affiliate since: 09/11/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Tripleclicks Gift Cards are indeed great marketing tools so it would matter whom I give them to.
First, I would consider giving the cards to my family members that transact businesses online to create a kind of curiosity that will ultimately push them to check up the site and maybe become interested.
I would then give to my friends whom I know have passion for online business, giving them the opportunity to look up the best online business ever compared to what they've been used to.
What do you feel are the 3 biggest keys to success with SFI?
Affiliate since: 09/11/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
1. Knowledge is power they say, therefore, arming yourself with the right knowledge as contained in the various Launchpads sent to you during your first month in SFI will not only make you a success in SFI but a huge success at that.
2. From the very day you signed up, take your sponsoring seriously because having a team makes the work easier, then duplicate what you do in each and everyone of them.
3. Do not skip any day without visiting your home page to-do, your daily tabs; and even without buying anything, you will still maintain your EA status every month.
