Maximum in come without investment.
Well you really can't because the way SFI is set up , invest a little and gain a lot. They invest in you with the information that give you to started another income, and they all ways giving tip and connection to other peoples. So you can not get the earn maximum income unless you invest a small sum each month to get the most out of a business. All business you go into you will have to invest something in it.
So the answer is you can;t get the max under you invest, if you follow the step that they have sat up, you will get to maximum income with just a small investment on your be half.

How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

How can I support and motivate.
Well also get them encouraging words and guide them step by step. Tell them how and where to find more support in how to advance in SFI. Send them E Card to let them know that your are interested in how that are coming alone. Team mail is another way to send your down line some important messages like how you can adversities for free on some site.
The main thing is to never give up on your team, always send a positive message your team even when some don't active you just keep a positive out look if that have question answer them right away.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Yes I think it worthwhile to send them a welcome letter to let them know that you are willing to help them to navigate thought SFI. If they has any question I thing it will be comforting to them that they have a sponsor that they count on to give them the ask. By sending a personal letter it will let you get to know your PSA. As a sponsor you should give your support to every PSA when they are assign to you.
What should new affiliates NOT do in their first month?

You should not stop logging in each day even if you become a EA before the mouth is out. Never stop reading about SFI business on how to get the most out of this company. Don't stop reading the launchpad also the forum, don't stop doing your TO-DO-LIST each day. If you don't know what come next don't hesitates to ask your sponsor. Don't miss a day with out check your e-mail looking for a message from SFI because they is all-ways coming out with something new on how you can make more income to meet your goals that you have sat for yourself. Never stop learning about your company to be and entrepreneur you must stay connected.

How do you handle prospects and affiliates who expect to get rich fast?

Hi Samson,
You must be honest with affiliates, tell them it's not a get rich fast business. But you can make a second income with SFI if you follow the program that SFI has for them. It's up to them to decide how many they can earn. It's all depend on how fast they lean the dos and don't of SFI. To become a entrepreneur it take some time to craft your business.

Congratulation on becoming a team leader.
You should lead by example by letting your downline known how to become one.
Stay in contact with them by team mail and personal e-mail, always encourage them and keep them update on what new. Answer any question that they might have for you as soon as you can.

Study SFI program from the beginning sfi basics through launch pad every lesson they send you, read your e-mail from sfi also see what Grey is posting, log in each day and your TO-DO-LIST. Ask question if you don't know. Sfi has some great program that you can join so take advance of what they offer.
