Can someone share the text for a proven verbal presentation to use with prospective ECAs?

Sales and marketing face to face is a different ball game all together. It takes confidence and confidence takes trial and error. My Dad was a salesman, and he always said that whenever someone is not interested in your product, that you are one step closer to the person that is. So keep smiling, keep your chin up and stay positive. Just be yourself and talk to people naturally with sincerity. I don't think there's one proven speech that works with everyone. You must learn to read people and then apply an appropriate speech. Start with a compliment. That works well and breaks the ice.

What was the turning point for you in achieving success with SFI?

Success is personal and accessed only by the individual. That said, for me it was once I started recruiting people that do the work required. I was despondent in the beginning when I was recruiting people who did absolutely nothing. I tried to motivate them, but it didn't work. But now that I'm building a strong team I can see the light. I've done the math, set my goals and now nothing can stop me.
