The best way to go about organizing a seminar is to talk to members of your upline as well as your affiliates followed by bringing the subject up at the SFI forum. Using PSA and CSA mailers is also part of the process. The idea is to spread the word around and discuss it with your upline, your downline, and other members of the SFI community. Then, at the agreed upon time, an SFI wide webinar can be organized using the SFI web site and resources as the mechanism. Also, do not forget the affiliates you are trying to introduce. They need to be directly involved

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

It depends upon how much of an effort they are putting in the business overall. Obviously, you would hope that they would at least log in once in a while. If they are not logging in at all and do not seem all that interested, it does not hurt to keep them on the weekly mailing list since the weekly support messages go to all affiliates. People are different. Some jump in the business right away, and others take their time to feel it out. My personal benchmark is between three to six months. In some cases, I would even wait longer. Do not give up too quickly and always be patient.

You have to consider the audience and the market you are advertising to. Every product has its own "niche" market. Health and beauty products as well as household cleaners seem to have a fairly broad market. Other products, however, are better suited to a target audience and need some research before being presented to the public. Do your research by investigating various markets and target specific products for specific demographic groups.

Yes, I believe that moving up your personal rank in SFI will help gain the trust of your downline members. The best way to succeed in a business like SFI is to lead by example. Your affiliates look up to you and use you as a model for their business. The more successful you are, the more they will be inspired to follow in your footsteps. Also, the more successful you are, the more you can help guide them along.

The best way to help affiliates who can't afford to purchase anything is to show them the very best available advertising methods. You do not need to purchase anything at any time in order to succeed in the SFI business. All you need is dedication and a creative mind for advertising and promoting. Coach them along and show them the best places and methods to advertise their products. They will eventually succeed.
