Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

This is a very hard question.
I think it depends on many factors. It depends on how willing an affiliate or an ECA will work. It depends on the number of affiliates or ECAs you may sponsor or refer. It also depends on items being sold or bought and the VP all these people earn. It also depends on the VP you earn.
Therefore, I would conclude that either one might be the faster way. So work on both sponsoring affiliates and referring ECAs. And don't forget to refer your own customers as well. In doing this, you will have steady streams of income, along with that from CSAs as well.

Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?

I've really had to think about this question and how to answer it.
I think what has made all the difference in my succeeding in SFI is the positive working together of affiliates in my upline and downline and the A2A friends. The positive attitude and encouragement keeps all of us going, even when there are some disappointments in the way. This positive activity shows in the honesty of people, from the President and Founder to the affiliate who is just joining us. The working of these affiliates with all the really great tools and all the ways to learn and earn and have fun makes me eager every day to log in and see what's happening and join in the fun.
I would say that this is sort of like hearing people at a swimming pool say that the water is fine and that I should come in and try it. When I did and began to learn to splash and move and float and swim, using the various new strokes that a person would show me, it became lots of fun. It's even more fun when you can try to see who gets to a certain point in the pool or how fast one can swim. It doesn't even matter if somebody passes you on the way. You just enjoy it so much you don't want to leave.
That is how I see SFI and TripleClicks. Here's another point. If I use the correct tools and wear the correct preservers and learn to breathe and use my hands and feet in the right way and don't push others around, I know I won't drown in this pool!
Happy swimming in SFI and TripleClicks and never give up!

How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

SFI has the tools in place to show affiliates the value of joining this part of the affiliate business. It really is not necessary to try to convince an affiliate to join.
I have had affiliates join who needed no explanation from me. I also have had some join who have been told about this from other affiliates or by me. in any case, it's good when someone joins.
What are the benefits of using the new AFFILIATE E-Cards...and what are some good ways to use them with my team?

The new Affiliate eCards are very beneficial because you can send out a card to wish an affiliate a happy birthday or congratulate the affiliate on a job well done when requalifying as EA or becoming a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Team Leader or winning in the various contests or in an auction, thus saving time when you don't have the time to send out emails. You can even encourage an affiliate.
just select the card you would like to send and choose whatever message you want. It will save you time in your business. Just try them and see.

How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?
Jeannette Gerrard, Aff (District of columbia, US)

I simply tell people the following:
SFI is a business opportunity which includes a store (TripleClicks). There are over 100,000 items worldwide in this store. The business is a worldwide business and is free to join; training is free. It allows you to earn extra income. All you need is an Internet connection.
I offer them a gift card (or maybe even 5 of them), saying, "everyone likes a gift, right?" When they say, "Yes," then I hand them the cards. Because I am blind, I have them read the redemption code so I can write it down (I need this to track it later). I explain that they go to the site and enter the code and buy whatever they wish or bid at the auctions. Then I ask them to click the button that says, "Connect with me." because TripleClicks is such a part of the business, I feel that I do not do this business justice if I leave it out of the explanation.
Please, please, please remember this! Never, under any circumstances, talk about Better Business Bureau (BBB)! That is strictly forbidden! Let the person find that out when going to the site. Just keep things very simple and use your gift cards or anything else that SFI offers, to get your point across. Above all, smile and be excited, because this is the most exciting business opportunity on the planet!
May this answer be helpful to you and everyone in SFI.

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

Just be a friend! Offer friendship to affiliates and respond to their friendship offers on A2A. Be supportive to them. Post often on the Stream, whether it is congratulations, a tip, a reminder, an accomplishment, or any other business related question or concern.
Write to your friends when they do write to you. You can easily find out how they are doing in the Affiliate Snapshot for each affiliate. Offer your support to them when you write. If they post questions on the Stream and you know the answer, reply. It may save the day for that affiliate.
Just remember, the key thing is to be a friend. you will gain their trust as you go along and encourage them.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is definitely worthwhile to send individual welcome messages to your new affiliates, no matter how many you receive each day.
When you send a welcome message and paste the person's name in the letter, this gives a personal touch. New affiliates also will receive your letter, even though they have not yet whitelisted SFI or TripleClicks or confirmed their email address.
Sending a personal message makes a person feel welcome and see that you are a real person, too. It is the start of a relationship between you, the sponsor, and the affiliate. It's like standing at the door of your new home and welcoming visitors to an open house. You greet them at the door and tell them how pleased you are that they have come. Then you offer them refreshments and a place to fellowship. You also guide them as they begin to walk around and look at your home. You also tell them where amenities are if they need them. Providing them with a comfortable and refreshing environment makes their visit memorable.
At SFI, you are welcoming people who may be with you a long time. You want to show them how to begin accessing places on the site where they can receive help and where they can begin to understand how this program works. You offer them assistance when needed and give them a refreshing environment to work in while you are there to guide them as your sponsor. It is a place of joy and love and fun and where everyone works together to make a difference.
Making your affiliates feel welcome is such a vital part of SFI that the personal welcome message is most important and worthwhile, both for you and your affiliates.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

I can understand how you would almost give up on SFI, with friends and family not understanding what this type of business can do and with the slow growth of income. However, when SFI was in its infancy and I joined, we received payments the next month after joining. This was a real incentive for me. The Affiliate Center was so accessible that I really couldn't give up.
Even though I tried other businesses over the years, nothing compared to SFI. So I determined in my heart to leave these businesses alone and give my attention to SFI, simply because it was better and I got more results month after month. It has paid off. Also, the support from other affiliates helped me stay the course and encouraged me when things sometimes got rough. All of the new features that were added over the years kept me curious and kept me moving. Now these changes are beginning to snowball! They are incredible and keep the excitement going for me to move forward, and that's what I am doing and helping my affiliates to do.

What is the best and fastest way to be paid your commissions?

I have been considering what to say on this topic to answer your question. Here is my thought.
If you live in the united states, the best way to receive your commission is by direct deposit. You may want to speed things up by getting a Payoneer MasterCard if you have $10 in your account or, if you don't live in the United States, $20. However, remember that you must pay a transaction fee when the money becomes available to transfer to your card.
PayPal is another way to get your commissions. This, however, may take a couple days. There also may be a fee.
There is no fee connected to direct deposits to your bank account in the United States. That is why I choose this payment method. However, if you don't mind paying a fee, a Payoneer Card may be the way to go. The great part is that you get 500 VP when you apply for it.
I hope this answer clarifies anything you may be unsure of on this issue. I have gotten a Payoneer Card but no longer use it because of the fee. I have been using direct deposit for a long time.

What is the first/best tip you give to your brand new PSAs to help them get started?

There are numerous tips I try to give my new affiliates as they get started.
the main thing I try to impress on them is that they should take their time reading and studying the business. I let affiliates know that I am here to help them and that I am successful when they are. I offer them whatever help is needed, such as gift certificates, co-op shares, etc.
Letting affiliates know that they are welcome and that you are available to help with any question or challenge is really, in my opinion, the best thing I can do to encourage them and start them on their way.
Experience has shown me that showing affiliates how to get started at the "Start" and "basics" areas can really make a differennce.
My hope is that this answer will be of great help to you.
