First, I have to tell them the requirements to stay on with the challenges and the needs to stay above the green line by earning higher vps than the other affiliates in the same class at any particular time when the contest is on. Understand the criteria that should be met to stay on.

Management and monitoring of daily vps are important to know their positions in the contest and be able to take immediate actions to rectify any shortfalls.

Tell them that they have to go through many stages of evaluation or test to ensure that only the legible and qualified affiliates can proceed. Failure to achieve the minimum requirement results in kick-out of the competition.

The contests or challenges take a year to determine the champion of the class. So they need persistence, determination and the will to win any time during the contest period.

With these understanding, they may realize that they might have miss something(aware or unaware) and be able to accept the situation. They are other affiliates facing the same situation.

However, to lose E365 competition does not mean to lose your SFI business. Forget about the loss and concentrate on building up their teams and earn . Let gone be bygone and find a better way to earn more than winning E365. There are other options available. Winning E365 is a part of the achievement.But the greater part is to follow the Plan to reach DTL. Don't look back on the failures but look forward to success. We learn from our failures to create success.

To maintain EA2 we need to earn 1500 VersaPoints(SVPs and AVPs)every month. There are two places that I can track my activity with SFI.. Both have similar functions recording the purchase /sales and avps. VP Ledger records all versa points earn the during the month. SFI Affiliate Center homepage records 14 daily tasks which earn 14 avps.

14 red taps in the Affiliate Center requires my actions which I need to do them daily to earn avps. When they are done, the tabs become green. My the color I will know whether the tasks have been done.

I can also verify by the avp earned after reading through and click the blue tab below to show that I have read. the contents. If I log in daily and do the tasks, my avp will be tallied with the date of the calender.
If not log in my avps will be less.

Versa Point Legder(VP ledger) will show the total number that actions have been taken by daily, weekly and monthly. So these two venues will keep track of my activity.

Make sure to log in daily and complete the daily tasks. Check with VP Ledger, that any item that are not listed in To Do Lists are in VP Ledger e.g view tripleclicks products. Check thoroughly that these valuable points are earned..

Being an ECA has a better source of income. Especially so, when an ECA has good quality products to sell which are greatly demanded in the market.
Having a large volume of sales can make a successful ECA. But an ECA has to provide stocks to meet the demand. Secondly, an ECA has only to advertise and promote their products through affiliates and through the social media

Having a close relationship with SFI and with good business practices, an ECA can confidently earn more sales.

An ECA must be innovative and ensure that the products he/she sells are of quality and meet prescribed criteria to be able to reach a wider market. The market is unlimited.

An ECA is running the business and be ready to ship out/deliver the products effeciently without delay.. Shipping cost should be minimal to reduce the burden of shipping charges to the buyers.

An ECA gains more income from sales after minus sales commissions. He/She is free to outsource the supply of the products to sell. It is worth the investment.

I really love to see and have affiliates whom I have sponsors have advanced faster as I do. I feel proud to have them in my team. I am a BTL now. If they are STL or GTL or PTL, that they are 'better' than me and I would very much like to learn from them how they can make it to that levels.

It is a time for me to review my position to be at par with them and to enjoy the benefits and opportunities that they have created for me. But I must be in that rank to get full benefits and previleges. Refer to benefits and Compensation Plan.

In real life, we learn through experience. Even though I am junior in rank, but senior in experience, I would like to share what I have gone through in SFI business which the fast achievers fail to experience. Ignoring the pitfalls and refuse to take advice may lead them to failure.

In SFI, you cannot be a team leader forever unless you struggle to maintain through hard work and persistence. I may not have other resources besides that provided by SFI but I can share my experience of what I have gone through so that they can avoid the pitfalls. As a team leader it is my duty and responsibility to see that all my downline are successful. Unless they are successful, only then I will be successful.

Continue to send them SFI newsletters and keep in touch with them through group or individual emails. Your presence and support make them feel that they are not alone. Send them e-cards to congratulate them of their achievement. Tell them not to be too complecent but continue to work hard.

The amount of support and their training needs vary as they climb up the ladder. At that rank they are expected to know more. So redundancy of support and advice may not help them positively.

Team Leader rank can be achieved even in the first month as affiliate. A team leader rank like Bronze Team Leader only requires 1500 - 2000 svps and 1000 avps. You can do this through Fast Track and purchase more tcredits to bid in pricebenders, play EZ games to gain more avps. By doing that you can achieve BTL. But can you sustain that rank every month? If can for how long to carry the financial burden as a leader without a team? An active team is a great asset to a team leader on which his income is generated.

In the first month, I can become EA easily by doing the daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate tasks in addition to earn free vps and from Getting Started, SFIbasics and Launchpad. Buy 1 unit of NMP @$20.00 investment to increase my chances in winning Daily Grand and Daily Crown contests and earn Fast Track

In the second month, I am looking forward to retain my EA. I subscribe to Standing Order of 125 tcredits with 1500 vps. With that I am EA2. At EA2 I have 2 CSAs. Now is the time to start building up my team through Standing Order- S-builder co-op to get PSAs every month. Or I can buy PSAs To Go(pack of 10 or 20) to build by team from which I hope to get 5 active PSAs who will be EAs and TLs later. With active EA2s, I can earn 100 vps from each one monthly. With 5 active EA2s, I can earn 500 avps.which certainly help me towards the road to Team Leader.
This may be achieved in a couple of months or even up to a year.

Even though I may have some contributions of avps from my active PSAs, I cannot toatlly depend on that. I need to lead the way and show a good example to motivate them
It does not matter how long it will take me to be a team leader as long I am ready for it.

To be a team leader continuously, the best time to upgrade is:
- when I have active PSAs/CSAs to contribute to my sales commission amd Matching Points to earn sustainable income as TL. Use the commission to pay off Standing Order.
- Ascertain that I can earn 1500 -2000 svps and 1000 avps to make 3000 vps every month
- Allocate sufficient time to log in daily.
- Ready to help your team member in need.
- Developed good communication skill with confidence
- Go for extra mile to reach out to affiliates- send out e-cards as TL that cares.
- Be active in Forum and ASK SC as channel of communication
- Know the role and responsibility of TL and lead by example.

SFI's system is a complete and down to earth strategies to adopt to be successful. These are the basic tools that help to guide and lead the affiliates to run the business competently. These available tools are updated according to the changing and demand of time and current scenarios.

However, these tools are not enough to stand a step ahead against the changing environment. Innovative and creative strategies that help your SFI business to be in the fore front are highly sought after. So I can always try with my SFI business through trial and error. If successful, SFI can use them.

I would say that I would not stick strictly to using SFI's system as long as I don't break the rules and regulations. There is a non-stop searching for the best and practical strategies in operating SFI business. Stay ahead in front of other online business!
