I would say after your second month as an Executive Affiliate(EA).

During the first two months you may want to concentrate on acquiring knowledge and developing good business building habits. Habits that you can pass on to those affiliates through duplication.

You can invest your time in learning about duplication, being a good sponsor and marketing.

You can spend some time acquiring knowledge by reading and applying what is written in:

What are some ways I can engage with my team through my Stream messages?

The stream is a communication channel where Sponsors and Co sponsors can interact closely with their team.

New sign ups should be drawn to it, this means communicating its use to new PSA's and CSA's. In communicating its use I would mention that they can view older posts by clicking on the 'view more' tab. Mention the comment box and the 'Likes' feature.

The stream can be used to share words of wisdom, to motivate, inspire and encourage team members.

Ask yourself?
1- Are you aiming high enough?
2- Are you spending enough time at SFI.

What are you planning to do that is different? If you are not planning on doing something new, then think of doing something that could help you achieve a higher rank.

Find something new to participate in. If you like challenges, how about doing something challenging.

How about the auctions, can you win more at auctions?
How about going for the Leadership

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

Offer your help and give your support. Do not ignore.

Before you give your help, get to know him/her well enough to determine what and how much he is putting in. Show you care.

What is the complaint, is it about money, time or acquiring knowledge?, for example:
-Is he/she putting in to much time at SFI
-Is he/she investing too much money
-Is he/she spending to much time acquiring knowledge

Give the help relevant to the reason for the complaint.

The training material provided by SFI is evidence that you are expected to be a student to be successful there.

When you start at SFI you are a student first, the Launchpad lessons are your text book. Once you have completed the lessons it is still your text book for learning.

You will need to refer to the Launchpads lessons from time to time for your own continuing education at SFI. You will need to refer to it as teacher, if your downline ask questions you may need

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

Inactive members are automatically removed from SFI after 1 year of inactivity, I take it you are referring to affiliates who are still with SFI.

The answer to "should you acknowledge' him/her is, ABSOLUTELY!
You have another opportunity to add him to your team and an opportunity for an EA2. Why wouldn't you?

Welcome the PSA back warmly with a nice eCard.
What follows will depend on at what point at SFI the affiliate became inactive. In any case don't

Senior citizens are people with years of transferable skills, workplace experiences, training and education. A good strategy to use would be to focus on the skills that they have and how they can be transfered to the SFI environment.

Take time to explain how they can use the skills that they have to build a team, build a business and grow an income.

They need to be aware that although it is a new venture, there are opportunities for them to use their existing knowledge

How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

There are two forms of communication:verbal and written. At SFI sponsors are required to communicate in writing beginning with a welcome letter.

You do not need to communicate verbally to support or be of help to your downline.

You can show support by acknowledging new affiliates promptly, a simple e Card to welcome them so they know you are here and available.

Compose a simple welcome message and save it for your use, this should not be difficult and does not require
