It is a question which is asked by every affiliate in SFI and Here are the ways I am following to keep my affiliates active in TripleClicks.
1. T-Time: One of the most attractive free gift SFI provide. Everyday 720 unique winners and can be entered 24 times. Keep telling about this to your affiliates in stream post as well as team mails. Certainly, you will find them more active.
2. Pricebender Auction: The most exciting place in all SFI and TripleClicks. Lead like a leader, participate in auctions and share your happiness with your affiliates. Slowly, you will also find them playing in it. Also, do not hesitate to share your winning tips with them.
3. ECA: A great place for those affiliates who have something to sell. Help them building their ECA store and help them selling items. It is a great way to keep them busy in TripleClicks.
Except these, you too have wave 3 to keep them busy at TC. Also send them Gift Certificate occasionally to encourage them purchase items in TripleClicks of their choice.

What are some methods to attract ECAs in areas where many do not yet trust online businesses?

You have pointed out one of the perfect question. Yes I understand that people at many places still do not trust online business and hence, do not like to be a part of. But trust me friend, ECA is one of the exceptional among these. Just let me tell you how can you convince them in some ways.
1. Lead by example: people love following which is already done successfully by others. So before telling them to be an ECA, just open your own store and start selling products. You do not have products? nothing to worry. Just take some products from them and sell it through TripleClicks. Once, they see that its easy and effective, they will jump into it.
2. Please take a print of complete ECAs list from your country and show it to them. Make them realize that they are not the first one to start ECA with TripleClicks, there already many who are selling from the same country and making money.
3. Explain them the benefit of no advertising when they list in TriplClicks. Just show them the potential of making sale when their product comes in front of millions of people.
4. Do not forget give them example like Amazon and Ebay which are big companies but sale is only online.
It must work for you, as ECA membership if completely FREE.

Everyone has his own strategy to success in SFI and certainly, everyone has his own way. Usually, It is a secret but sharing knowledge and experience always beneficial.
1. Patience and Consistency are the real keys to my success.
2. Another key skill to success is avoiding the negative thoughts. It is very important for me as many times I face people who just say negative things about online marketing.
3. Always keep yourself in a positive environment and be optimistic.
4. Willingness to accept the reality. If you always stay in a dream world, certainly you will get hurt at every moment. So be strong to face the reality and enjoy your success.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

It seems you are trying to make a comparison between two different compensation plans in SFI. To me, these two are more complementary than parallel. It means one follows the other. just let me discuss it bit briefly.
1. The benefits from recruiting ECA starts only when they generate sales from their ECA store. And those who makes better sales are always good marketing players. So the chances are great that they will also sign up as SFI affiliate under you and become PSA.
2. Recruiting PSAs is always the best option in SFI. But let me tell you, all those PSAs who are good at these marketing businesses will certainly opt for ECA. So, automatically you have PSAs who are ECA and secure your benefits as ECA referrer too.
So, the point is not in selecting any of PSA or ECA recruitment. Just keep recruiting whichever is suitable at the present condition. The other will automatically follow it.

1. Send a Team mail on 1st of month highlighting the 10 free VP they will obtain just by spending 10 seconds.
2. Also let him know that you are waiting for his comment or complain or any other view to improve your help towards him. Ask him if he wants some special guidance or help also he can write their.

Not an easy way at all. The most difficult part on online marketing businesses is making sells. But there are methods for maximum exposure to the potential buyers.
1. Create a blog dedicated to Tripleclicks completely. Find the products which get sold maximum and then list them on your blog.
2. Create a blog dedicated to price bender's auction. Install the amazing banners of live PB auctions on your blog and update it regularly with new winners list.
3. Create one more blog for E commerce on TricpleClicks. Write its benefits and exposure briefly
Now, Just advertise these blogs on appropriate places like shopping classifieds, auction classified pages and if possible in any advertising place.

SFI provides many powerful tools to grow your business. But to me the best ones are
1. Co-op Manager
This is one of the best tools I ever saw in any marketing business. This helps me building a strong team of my own to deep level. We always know people in networking business gets heavily frustrated when they could not get affiliates signing under them. They always find it difficult in initial months and give up before they learn the techniques. But this tools allows me to provide them new sign ups every month by my own effort and keep them motivating. Once they learn the techniques, they will find their own way and build team of their own.
2. Genereology Mailer
This has many advantages. This is like building a list with your own recruited people and teaching. It helps me in sending real powerful tips to all my down line on a single click. Well!!! Plenty of points are there which con convince people to join SFI. I am trying to list the best of those in my answer here.
1. Its Free: This is something that attracts most of the people on internet to join a program. If you see a survey on various sites, you can easily find maximum sign ups happens only in sites which are free. And also, who do not wish to make money without investing? It clearly eliminates the possibility of any money loss and gives high quality training materials. Hence, FREE is the most effective point to attract someone.
2. ECA: Something that attracts everyone selling online. Everywhere on the internet you have to pay for becoming an ECommerce with any website. However, TripleClicks provides it for completely FREE. So, this is a very very strong point to attract business minded people to SFI.

I have a one sentence reply, "I work with a trusted business of 14 years which provides me all necessary training for free and has extensive compensation plan".
I answer this because, this statement gives a idea of long term, free training for new comers, compensation plan for business as well as money lovers.

What is the benefit of buying an S-Builder Co-op unit vs buying an upline member's co-op unit?

To be frank both are beneficial for an new affiliate. However, if you have a tight budget you should make a wise decision to choose either of them. Please take into account the following points to decide ....
1. S-Builder is run by SFI and is run at highly business platforms.....However, due to extremely high purchase of S Builder by affiliates the number of affiliates per share is decreasing.
2. The co-ops running by your upline is a good one in terms of number of shares. however, the quality of PSAs can differ a lot depending on the quality of advertisement run by your upline.
In my suggestion, if your upline is a highly experienced member and good at capturing quality affiliates, please use the Co-op run by him. In case he is not good at marketing, I would suggest you use S Builder.
