The beginning of a new year brings about thoughts of doing better in our business building activities than what we were doing in the previous year. In order to make changes for the better we must take the time necessary to study and analyze where our weakness are.
I personally believe the best way to check where our weak spots are, is to look at the commissions we have earned from the different income streams that we have in SFI and TripleClicks.
1. In checking one of my income streams I found that I did not do so well in “DC” (Direct Commissions). Through PRMs (Personally Referred Members) This is a major income stream in SFI and TripleClicks which pays you 45% of the commission value for each product you are responsible for being sold to the general public, friends and/or relatives.
2. The next income stream is derived by the purchases of my PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and in this method of earning commissions I have not done well. When we personally enroll someone in SFI we receive 45% of the commission value of the products that they use or sell.
3. Another income stream that I have done better in is from the 15% commissions on products used or sold by my CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates).
4. I have opened a store in TripleClicks (ECA) in which I make commissions off the profits of the products I sell through my ECA. I also make all the VP on the sale of products that PRMs (Personally Referred Members) purchase from my store
5. The next income stream is made through the matching VP from the Executive Pool. For every VP earned by my EA2 PSAs and higher I receive a matching point (VP) to my total shares of the executive pool.
6. I personally do not participate in the PPA (Pay Per Action) income stream – I need all the PSAs that I can sponsor at this time – I will look at this system after I reach the Diamond level.
All of the income streams that I have listed above are based on sales through TripleClicks – either by my DC, PSAs, CSAs, ECA or Matching VP Executive Pool.
So to improve on my overriding commissions during the next year I will need to concentrate more on methods that will increase sales in all the income streams that I am currently involved with.
This means – sponsor more PSA, and sell products. Build team leaders on my front line and sell products. Help my CSA to learn how to sell products and sell products. Advertise my ECA and add new items to sell and sell more products. Encourage entire team to sell more products to earn better match VP in Executive Pool.
Basically – Sell More Products – that is where the money is earned, it has always been that way and it still is that way today. Make 2016 the year that TripleClicks breaks all selling records! We will all win.
