When should I start buying PSAs?

The easy answer to your question is TODAY! However, when you purchase those PSA'S, you will need to guide them and to have answers to any questions that they may ask. Are you ready to be a team leader? Have you learned all that you need to know in order to be a successful team leader?
I was lucky because I have an awesome team leader but I have read in the forum of people who have never heard from their sponsor or co-sponsor. Being a team leader is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. Having the help, encouragement, and support of a good team leader can make a big difference as a new affiliate struggles with all that they need to learn.

In my weekly communications to my PSAs and CSAs, what can I write to motivate them to become more active?

Thank you for this timely question because I have often wondered if anyone was reading my weekly communications and if what I wrote was helping them if they took the time to read them.
A few weeks ago I received a very warm note from one affiliate that I am co-sponsoring. She said that my mailings were the only ones that she received from any of her up line that were always encouraging. This made my week because I was getting very discouraged.
Usually I find that positive messages work. If you offer encourement and praise, people tend to respond by working harder but when all you offer is negative messages, not only will they not respond the way that you want by becoming more active, they may stop reading your messages.
If there were important changes that occurred during the week, I include them in my messages because some of the inactive people may read something that will encourage them to take another look at SFI. If there was an important event in the life of one of the team members, you can congratulate them.
I am always honest with my team and if a change occurs that I am not enthuastic about, they know it but I have also make it clear that I am a person who does not like change and more often than not I have learned to like the changes once they are in place and my team knows that too. Some of the biggest changes that initially I disliked have turned out to be extremely helpful to me and I am starting to look forward to the changes. I tell them that I think 2016 is going to be the best year yet for SFI and I want it to be the best year yet for our team. If we work together, it will be!

How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

I think the best way to get re-energized for the new year is to look back at the year that has passed and to think about all of the changes and improvements that have occurred in 2015. This has been an exciting year to be an affiliate. If I tried to name each one, I probably couldn't because there were so many. I am a person who has never been a fan of change but SFI has made me change (pun intended) my mind.
Because of the signing bonus, I am hoping that new recruits will stick with SFI longer and once they genuinely see what a great opportunity SFI is, we will an easier time teaching duplication because they will see that it works. I believe that the signing bonus creates a win, win situation for all affiliates, both new and old.
I am looking forward to great things in 2016 but with all of changes in 2015, I don't see how management can top themselves but I am betting they will!

Which will better help me attract affiliates...promoting TripleClicks, or promoting SFI?

Thank you for your question. After careful consideration, I really don't think that you should consider choosing only one because they really go hand in hand. They were designed that way. Basically if you promote one, you are promoting both. If your consideration is which part of the whole SFI/Tripleclicks package that you want to advertise, that would depend on which target audience that you want to reach and how you want to reach them.
I was first introduced to SFI and Tripleclicks came later. When I get notifications of new affiliates, after a few days I check their profiles again. If they are serious about their commitment to SFI, they usually have joined Tripleclicks. I do not remember even one person who stuck with SFI who didn't also join Tripleclicks!

What is the best payment option for a Standing Order for an affiliate who does not have a credit card?

Thank you for your timely question. I could have asked it several months ago myself because I was trying to set up a standing order and I do not have a credit card. I learned a lot during this time!
1. You cannot set up a standing order with a gift certificate. I was allowed to purchase my standing with a gift certificate and even had a standing order badge on my page but it wasn't set up as a standing order.
2. I thought about using T Currency but I did not receive a response from the ECA'S that were contacted.
3. After consideration, I went with a debit card. It has worked really well for me.

How do you encourage your PSAs to stay active in SFI when you have no funds to invest in them?

This is a very good question and it is a problem that a lot of team leaders face. Most of us joined SFI to earn additional income for our families and struggle to invest in our SFI business. I am lucky that I have an awesome sponsor but I realize not everyone has a caring sponsor or co-sponsor.
One of the main things that you can do is to offer help and encouragement to your team. Respond quickly if they need help or answers to a problem. Send ecards not only to welcome them but to recognize their accomplishments, important milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries, or to congratulate them for winning a contest. The new ecards are awesome.
Use the Stream to keep them up to date on new information and alerts that there might be a problem with a game, etc. or if you find an encouraging quote. Recognize your teams accomplishments in the stream because everyone likes to be appreciated.
Make your weekly team interesting to read and provide them with the information that they need to be successful. Always include an encouraging message. No one wants to read a list of complaints so if you see problems, don't throw them at the team in one letter and include what can be done to fix the the problem.
There are a lot of ways to help your team that only cost you time and attention. Always check your emails and be prompt to reply. Let each member know that they are important to you and to SFI. One of the best examples to me of an awesome sponsor is the patience my team leader showed me when I asked questions and needed help learning. He always had the time to help me and never made me feel stupid even if I asked a question more than once. That kind of help is what kept me going even when otherwise I might have quit. It also made me want to be that kind of team leader!

How can I win one of the new Micro auctions?

I love this question because I just won my first Micro auction. I won 20 TCredits for 6 cents using only 1 TCredit. I would love to tell you that it was my brilliant bidding skill but I was lucky. I think one factor in my winning was that the bidding time is so much shorter. Most people who bid in the auctions are used to the longer bidding time and think that they have enough time to do something else after placing their bid.
I was surprised by my win because it had been months since my last win. If I can win, you can too so go pick an auction and have some fun.

How can I be a successful student AND teacher in SFI at the same time?
Jenny Bolin, Aff (South carolina, US)

Affiliate since: 03/17/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
Thank you for this question because it is one that I haven't seen before now. I have seen the answer to question lived out in my daughter's professional life very successfully so I know that it can be done! My daughter is a school teacher and she decided to go back to school at night to earn her masters so she was a professional teacher during the day and a very determined student in her night classes. She graduated with a 4.0 and I was very proud of her. It wasn't easy but she didn't quit!
I too have wondered about combining being a student learning all that I can about running a successful Internet business and yet at the same time being a team leader teaching duplication to others. I am blessed with a great sponsor who is also a great teacher and I try to follow his example. I also have found that it is best to admit when you don't know the answer to a question and tell your team member that you will do your best to find out the answer. I also tell my team to take full advantage of two valuable resources - The Forum and Ask-SC. The forum has friendly, experienced affiliates who are willing to help answer questions and Ask-SC also provides answers and solutions.
The other thing that has helped me and I suggest to others is to read. It helps me as I am reading to take notes and to write my questions down. I can concentrate on what I am reading and stay focused.
The last point I want to make is that if you should never think that you need to stop learning. I am going to be 60 this year and I am still learning. The day that I stop being willing to learn new things and stop reading is probably going to be the day that I die. The saying is true that readers are leaders!

What's the secret to making money in SFI?

The answer to your question is simple - duplication. Putting it into practice is a little harder but well worth the time, effort, and money that you put into it. The reason most of joined SFI was to increase our income and duplication will always be the best way to do that.
I was a little upset when the new rules came out because even though I have been trying, I haven't had a PSA last longer than a month. That means that unless my situation changes, I will drop from BTL to EA2 but after consideration I understand that until I have a team, it is just a title. It is more important to have the team than the title! I am willing to work harder to get that team.

When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, what is the most important question to ask the prospect?
Jenny Bolin, Aff (South carolina, US)

Affiliate since: 03/17/2012, Power Rank: 99999999
My question is " Are you willing to spend the time, the money, and the effort
to make YOUR business a success?"
If you can say yes to spending the the time and effort parts to the question,
but do not have the money needed, are you willing to do some hard work to compensate
because you can succeed without the money but it is harder?
If you are willing to do these three things, you will be successful!
