I think the best strategy is just to do your best. It is a competition and so others are also fighting for the same prize. Having said that you need to be alert until the last day. In my year, I was beaten to the E365 championship on the very last hour. I went to bed at 11 o’clock as number 1 but I woke up to find I was number 2. I guess the champion did a lot of sales or purchases on the last day (while I was sleeping!) because for most of the year, I was number 1.
In summary, just carry out all tasks to the best of your abilities and do not be disappointed if you are not the winner. In the end, we cannot all be E365 champions but we can all improve and eventually succeed.

I think deciding on which of the three is the best could be influenced by the following factors:

1. Your needs
2. Your stage in your SFI business development
3. Your ambitions and goals

Your needs

Of the three IHABE, Tcredits and S-Builder, only IHABE has a fixed reward of versa points, i.e. 1500 vp. With Tcredits on the other hand, you can choose the amounts of credits you want, therefore your reward for versa points can be below, equal or greater than 1500 vp. The reason for emphasising on 1500 vp is that it is the minimum you need to guarantee you EA every month. Many answers have already mentioned the benefit of getting 125 Tcredits standing order, with the first being that it guarantees you 1500 versa points. Similarly with S-Builder, you can buy as little or as many units you like; hence the versa points for your standing order can equal or exceed 1500 vp.
Apart from maintaining your EA, the other great advantage with Tcredits, is that you can then use them to participate in auctions, for which you may not only win valuable goods but also earn more versa points.
With S-Builder, you will get PSAs but there is no guarantee that they will be active and the only way of ensuring that there is some quality is to buy more units

Your stage in your SFI business development

At the beginning most affiliates would find it beneficial to join IAHBE in order to learn various marketing strategies and utilise the various learning resources that its membership provides. Of the three: IHABE, Tcredits and S-Builder, only IHABE provides this learning experience. I think people who have been with SFI for a very long time, might have different priorities but this is only my opinion.

Your ambitions and goals

Lastly, your choice may also be affected by your goals and ambitions. For example you might want to speed up the rate at which you develop by having a stake in all three. You could be a member of IHABE with a standing order while at the same time purchasing Tcredits and S-Builder in different proportions. It is not unusual to see people who have badges for both S-Builder and IHABE.

In a nutshell, given the facts, the choice is yours!

I will initially address your question with a question: Currently, how often does your sponsor/co-sponsor communicate with you?
Most sponsors will write to their affiliates at least once a week. If on the other hand you have doubts, questions or need clarifications, you should feel free to write your sponsor when the need arises. I would think that the frequency of communication would also be largely determined by the quality of response that you are getting.
I notice that you have been with SFI just over one month and you are now a Silver Team Leader. You will soon have affiliates under you and from your relationship with them it will also help you to gauge the frequency of communication.
The only way you can know your affiliates problems is by communicating with them and I think once or twice a week is reasonable.

The strength of the team will be greatly determined by the quality rather than the quantity of its members and therein is the answer to your question. Building a strong team in order to be successful is one of many streams of income and is probably the core of a successful business. One can sponsor 5 or 500 affiliates each day but their value depends on whether they are active or not. If all the affiliates you sponsor each day turned out to be active that would be great but historical and statistical SFI facts show that this is highly unlikely. So what is the answer? I would say if you have the means, just advertise widely and from the many affiliates that come your way, a few of them will be hopefully active PSAs. Never give up and over a period of time, you will reach your goals!

Honesty and trust are essential ingredients of any relationship and that includes the relationship between you as a sponsor and your affiliates.
I think if the sponsor does not know the answer, the resources at SFI make it possible for him or her to find it. A few examples of these resources include the Forum, your upline, ASK SC and many more. A leader is not necessarily a person who has answers to every question but one who is able to guide their followers in the right direction. Just imagine another scenario where you came face to face with would be affiliates during off-line marketing. What would you do if they asked a question to which you had no answer? Surely, there would not be enough time to find online answers and the honest response would be “Sorry, I do not have an immediate answer but I will get back to you later.”
In conclusion, although leaders are expected to know more than their followers, learning never stops for everyone and asking questions is one form of learning.

I share your predicament. Many turn up one day and leave the same day. I think there are various reasons why people remain inactive or quit. In my opinion those who just register and do not log in again have probably made up their mind that it is not the right move. Life is also about making the right choices and we cannot blame them for that. On the other hand those who stay but remain inactive later also have personal reasons for doing so. It could be that after a few months, they are still not meeting their expectations and run out of patience. Some of the PSAs become EAs in their first month but do not keep that status in the following month. It is easy to see why. The first month there are so many “free” versa points one can collect and make it to EA but after that one has to invest either time or money to maintain the status.
Most of them are probably drawn to it because it says it is free to join but they later realise that they have to perform to achieve their goals and this requires their efforts.

Although, SFI provides drafts of welcome letters, which you can send to both new PSAs and CSAs, there is nothing wrong in writing your own personalised letters, as that is indeed a creative idea. However, for a team leader who is receiving scores or hundreds of new sign ups on a daily basis, this maybe a huge load to carry, for he or she will have to spend hours addressing each individual based on their profile. I think, in such a case, it would be wise to create a standard welcome letter, which you can easily address to anyone regardless of his or her profile. When the affiliates become active, they will often also become inquisitive and this will provide a platform for a one to one interaction based on their queries. SFI statistics show that only a fraction of new sign ups actually become active and on this basis you do not want to spend a lot of time welcoming each one based on their profile as that chance would come later when you know them well. Time is as much an investment as is money and therefore the time you save from this can be spent on even more advertising.

I would say in life, fear is the biggest barrier to many challenges and certainly overcoming one’s fears is a step in the right direction. But I am not sure that many affiliates who do not remain active or quit too soon are doing it out of fear of success. Nothing can change in a person’s life until that person chooses to and in my opinion the biggest hindrance to change is fear of the unknown and many people stay in the same position because of this kind of fear. In many ways those people who have a fear of success are also afraid of the unknown when they become successful. Will they be able to handle success? For example, if a person gets to a position of influence in which his or her decisions affect the welfare of others, the biggest fear for that person is whether he or she has what it takes to make the right decisions. That person can certainly overcome those fears by learning from others (where the difficult lies) and applying themselves. A few mistakes here and there should not make one fall but rather learn and move forward.
The team leader should certainly minimise fear of the unknown in their team members by not overloading them with information and by being supportive rather than putting pressure on them. If they ask questions it is a good idea to respond to their queries. The team leader’s success should inspire team members to do the same.
Fear is our enemy but we can defeat it!

Upon joining SFI, many affiliates write a letter of commitment to their sponsor, in which most of them state their willingness to work with their new team leader. This is one of the first serious steps that an affiliate makes. Some affiliates even ask their sponsor if they have a co-op which they can join. How does the sponsor help the PSA or CSA to become a serious business builder? Well if the team leader is a serious builder then the best is to duplicate, or lead by example. However, as the affiliates have different financial capacities, they will not necessarily invest in as much money as the team leader but he or she should support them in investing their time wisely. That is helping them to start with free advertising ideas and then slowly make progress towards investing in their money. One learns to crawl before he or she starts walking and not the other way round. The methods of advertising are well documented in the SFI training material and the sponsor can help direct the affiliate to these pages if they cannot find them.

1. Personal Integrity.
2. Demonstrate duplication.

4. Discipline and ability to take full responsibility for your words and actions.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with your downline.
6. Demonstrate that you are a servant to them and not a master (for example don’t force but rather encourage them to set up a standing order – because not every one can!).
