How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

I move forward and search for the right people, who want to work and success with SFI. The other, who don't want I respect. It's painful in the beginning to feel rejected, but that doesn't mean the people reject you. It means the people reject the opportunity and practice leads to success, wisdom and personal improvement. I don't have to look for people, who don't want to change their life schedules and open their minds for the opportunities around them. In every business the right people come, the other don't and so what? It doesn't hurt to share the opportunity.

If I see like a show SFI, I suppose the Superstar is a great leader or so called awesome sponsor. The things in my point of view are like this:
1. Treating SFI as a serious business
2. Making team members friends
3. Over 300 000 down line
4. Doing everyday activities and sharing knowledge in ASK SC
5. Be honest, open minded and leading by example
6. Personal meetings with people in team /online with video or in person/
7. Full - day work with SFI
8. Organizing group events and team buildings to make the bonds stronger
9. Always online for the team /e-mail, phone/ and unconditional support
10. Respecting team member's choices and strategies regarding the business
This is all I can see now, for me this is the superstar image.

What is the best way to associate my blog websites with SFI?

It's good and practical question. I have personal blogs and I have put banners on it. I also publish articles on my blog for internet business and motivation stuff. The blog should be interesting and focused on SFI - why is a good business opportunity and how it corresponds with people's dreams to better life. Also on my blog I have made a video, called "Why SFI?" and I explain my motives to join in this program.
How does participating in Ask SC help you become a more successful SFI affiliate?

Information is knowledge and knowledge is power. When I read the answers I see what are my mistakes in some fields and what can be done to earn more reputation and also income. People, who reply on ASK SC are people, who do serious things with their lives and want to build income. They develop in business and leadership daily and have clear visions for their future. Once again, always is good to learn new points of view.
Why is setting goals so important in becoming successful in SFI?

It's the same as going on holiday. If I want to go on holiday and go in Travel Company, they will ask me: "Where do you want to go - on Sea or on Mountain".If I say "On Sea" they will ask "Which one - Black, White, Red Sea?" and so on.
Setting a goal is like a contract with yourself - people should read and observe the clauses and of course, to respect themselves. That means they should respect their way of living and if they want it - to make it better. Life is once. This happens with clear goals and action plan in every area of the live - time organizing and small steps every day to make yourself better in every relationship in Business, Family and Friends. Personally I feel really content when I achieve some of my small goal and I celebrate it. When someone is content from what he/she is doing, becomes motivated and happy with themselves. And Success is to be happy with what you do and have in your life - business, personal and dreams. Goals are your way to happiness and this is because they're important.

What is the best way to approach your family and friends about SFI?

I share with my family and friends about that I joined something I want to give a try. If they are interested I give them more information, if not it's also OK. Another good thing I do is to give them something I buy from Tripleclicks - some e-book or other product. It's delicate to mess up family and business life. There should be clear limits between these two things.

I send welcome message to every new affiliate. I send also team mails. If some of my team members makes contact with me I begin to know him/her and this way I ask for their families, lives and goals. But if there is no contact I don't think is good idea to ask people about their goals - they will feel pressured, because they may not be sure in what they want and this way if I approach them they can feel offended. In my team mails I share that having clear goals it's important and if these goals aren't connected with SFI, it's also OK. The people feel more certain in themselves with this and more self - motivated to find out what they want.

When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

Hello, good question you asked.
Well, the greatest time to retire from SFI if you have decided to do it for sure is when you're Diamond Team Leader and earn enough residual income from the business. Even so, you should do your tasks to stay on your position. But if your SFI business is so well built that is at autopilot you can go out of it with the earned money or you can transfer it to someone who you trust enough to stay in your place in the business. For example if you earn $100 000 per month from SFI you can go out of it without a single thought of hesitation.I would do it. Of course there is no need for you to go out of the business, but if you want you're free to do it.

Which countries do you get the most success with your advertising from and why?

Hello, interesting question.
Till now I have successful and active affiliates from USA and Eastern Europe. It's a fact that India is the fastest growing affiliates country. But the people from there prefer free advertising and I work with people, who use paid.
For me the reason about USA activity in SFI is because I use paid advertising /I just don't have the time for free/and people are always online and are open to check out new home based business opportunities.. Of course USA is a country with the greatest business industries. Regarding Eastern Europe - people are searching for ways to earn money, because they're poorer then Western Europe countries.

What is the best way to inspire a sense of TEAM participation?

Great question! Thank you!
Here is what I do and I think it works.
1.Building a friendship with the Team and improving the relationship every day. We’re living in Industrial Era and we can always be online and see face to face online the person. Here Trust is the word.
2.Listen to Team member’s stories. It can be joy, sadness, family life, daily matters, anything at all and you should be by your team member side. Here I can say Communication is the key to successful team work. Always be on your team’s side.
3.Sharing ideas which worked or not worked for you. Lead by example and show your strategies. Open minded is the word here.
4.Support in the building of a plan for achieving the Goals. Give opinions about what can be done, but not in an obsessive way. Discussion is the key. Brainstorm ideas together. Take in hands to do the things together.
5. Recognize for every little victory – EA, TL title, successful blog post and etc. People are unique and special, they should feel it. Appreciation is the word here.
6.Inspiration is Emotion. Don’t need to be shy, too serious or only work oriented. Human heart will be felt from the people and when is true, it can become big thing.
