"How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?"
This one can be a tough one to answer. There are times that you will receive a team member that hits the ground running then all of sudden just stops working on their business. Other times, team members will do this same thing and keep up the momentum. Then there are the team members that start out slow or show very little to no progress. You then ask yourself if this team member will be productive. Then all of a sudden that team member becomes a mover and shaker.
You can always check on your team members by looking at their login stats, what badges they have received and so on.
I personally, utilize the PSA/CSA Mailer. As I am working on my business and check my movers tab, I will check on my team members that have been listed on this page. Once a week, I will send them a note or a card to congratulate them and let them know that they are doing a great job. While doing this, I check on their VP Ledger and see if they have completed all of the necessary tasks to gain their VP's. If they have not, I will send them a note to let them know that they have some open tasks and are missing some of their valuable VP's. Up to this point, I have received some very good reaction from this course of action.
All in all, I would suggest to not focus on trying to identify the superstars. I would suggest to continually send your team members words of advice and encouragement. If the team member is progressing well, then let them know.
I hope this is helpful. Have a great day!!

What is the best way to organize and track your activity with SFI (daily, weekly, monthly)?

I would say this:
By following your TO-DO-LIST and your VP LEDGER, you can keep track of your activity within SFI. This will let you know what tasks you have completed, the VP's you have received and what tasks you may need to complete yet.
When you go to advertise, it would best suit you to add key codes to your url's so that you are able to keep track of the success with a particular advertisement source. Keep a spreadsheet with your url's and track the number of visits versus opt-ins. From there you can figure out your conversion rate and weed out the sources that are getting you the less bang for the buck and concentrate on the ones that are showing promise.
I am sure as a person goes thru building their business, over time, they will find new venues that will need to be tracked outside of SFI. Maybe you have set up contests for your downline, keeping tracking of your profit/loss and so on.
Hope this helps.

For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?

I, personally, wouldn't put a time frame on when your team member(s) will not need anymore help from you. As a sponsor and Team Leader, we should always be there to help our team members out if and when they have questions. Some may need constant help while others may not want any help. Just ensure that when you are asked for guidance that you give your best guidance to help your team member in building their business.
I tell my team "If we work together, we succeed together".

When is the best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader?

Upgrading your rank is an option that you will need to consider according to what your goals are.
The first month for us is very easy to reach EA and TL. During this time we have all of the beginner tasks to be completed. When, and if you are able to, you set up your SO for 1500VP your automatically moved to EA. While logging in daily and completing your tasks and gaining AVP, the ability to reach BTL is very likely.
Don't hold back moving up in the ranks due to feeling unsure of what should be done. I recommend that you log in daily to work on your business, provide guidance and support to your downline and pick your topics to read on daily.
By having your SO set up and showing dedication to building your business, you will reach TL status and enjoy the rewards for such IE: TCredits, Second Home CSA's and more.
Hope this helps and I wish you the Best of Success!!!!

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

In 1 word, Encouragement.
Giving your new team member encouragement when they are dealing with frustrating circumstances as limited internet access. Thic can be a cause for them to throw in the towel. Let them know that you will be there to help them along the way. Give them guidance on how to maximize their time they do have when they log on.
Of SFI's available marketing aids, which are the best to use?

I feel that SFI has very well laid out marketing aids. My suggestion would be to scroll thru them and see which ones peek your interest. Use them in your advertising efforts. Keep track of them via entering key codes, advertisement sources and etc. Once you have gathered some data, figure out which marketing aids are having the best success/conversion rate along with the advertising source. Once you have this figured out, you then know what to concentrate on and weed out the marketing aids that may not be working very well for you.
Wish you the best of success.

How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?

"How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?"
Being a disabled individual shouldn't have an impact on being successful with SFI. As long as you have the ability to get on the computer, run a mouse you are set.
I, for one, have 0 marketing skills (just as your questions suggests). So your question and I have a lot in common. I may not be disabled, but I am in the same shoes.
SFI has everything that a newbie will need to make a successful business. Disabilities will not be a hindrance. All you need is determination and perseverance.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Your question is a frustration among many of us. The best that you can do is to provide guidance to the Affiliate. Give your Affiliate the facts of SFI and let him/her decide on their own whether or not SFI is what they are looking for.
SFI states very clearly that this is not a "get rich quick" scheme. This business will need investment of time and, sometimes, patience. Any true business model is not going to explode overnight or in a month. However, they will show progress from month to month.

Which is the more potentially profitable activity...referring PRMs or ECAs?

This will all depend on your marketing efforts. If you refer lots of ECA's then promote them, you may gain quite a few PRM's. However, in the end, it will depend on if and what your PRM's purchase.
On the ECA side, it will depend on how many PRM's you may refer while advertising their products. This will also be affected by how many other connections your ECA receives and their marketing activities.
All in all, I would concentrate on both. Both referrals can have the potential of having fairly high commission possibilities. Honestly, I wouldn't hold back to just one marketing effort on one type of referral. Expand your marketing to include both and reap the rewards of your hard work.

How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?

"How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?"
You can get your sponsor's attention by showing your dedication and commitment to building your business. Logging in daily and completing your tasks. Collecting your valuable AVP's and SVP's. If you are doing this, you will be on your Sponsor's Movers Tab.
Now, at this point it is up to your Sponsor on whether or not he/she is going to provide guidance. They may or may not contact you providing the guidance. My hope is that if you contact your Sponsor, he/she will reply back to you. If this is not the case, then I would definitely go to the rest of your Upline Leaders and Co-Sponsor.
An individual cannot depend solely on getting guidance from their upline. Some team leaders are great at giving support and encouragement, others are not so great. So, definitely use the forum and ASK SC just as you have done. Also, don't forget about your A2A friends.
In my opinion, a good Sponsor/Team Leader will provide the guidance and encouragement without a team member having to ask for help. Always reply back to a team member when they are seeking help. Always let your team mates know when they are doing a great job.
I wish you the best of success. I hope this answer helps give you some direction.
