What are some ways to demonstrate to team members the importance of reading a little daily at the SFI Affiliate Center?

Hello all..
The best way for me to demonstrate that I am reading and learning EVERY day is:
First of all my Daily Streak Badge and second,
I try and participate in the forum every day. That way I can show my team that I am here for them always AND I can stay up to date about whats happening in SFI.
Also by being an active member in the SFI forum you will build trust and loyalty with your followers..
Try and teach that to your workers and they will also start to become SFI-Experts :) :)

Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

The downside of building in your own language / environment is that you are "selling yourself short" ( when your native language is NOT English )
I believe the biggest part of the internet evolves around the English language so I would suggest using that..
OF COURSE you should also try to enroll your own environment and your native speaking people but you should never limit yourself to JUST those people.

The new JMT gateway looks nice but fact is that it is just another gateway..
So my advice is that you use it the same as you do with all your gateways..
Use SFI Tracking codes to find out the working ones from the not working ones and soon you will have a list of working advertising methods that work with the different gateways..
I personally feel that the JMT gateway works best with people who already know who you are.. Friends, family, old classmates, people from the gym or whatever..

To me different cultures and timezones are no issue as we are all here for the SAME reason,.. Make money online..
The beauty of online media is that the message will be there for my team to read whenever they have the time to.
Same goes for me,. When PSAs send me a message i WILL see it.. Maybe not instantly but I will answer.. If your team knows this then the problem with timezones is gone :)

What are the drawbacks to using link cloaking software?

In my opinion the biggest drawback is RELIABILITY..
Just imagine what happens when you use cloaking software for some years and then they decide to quit the service ? Or they go to being a PAID service ?
Then ALL urls you created online are not available anymore and a few years of work is gone..
That is my MAIN reason for not using any cloaking software or url shorteners..

I can tell you this from my own personal experience because i DID start all over again.
Some years ago I registered with SFI as a complete newbie.. That must be like 8 or 9 years ago before i had my kids.
I didn't read at that time but was smart enough to figure out I needed 1500 points every month so I took a SO for IAHBE (then)..
I threw out 3 or 4 gateway-links,.. spammed some chat boxes, got kicked out of several community sites back then because i just didn't KNOW what this was all about and to me MLM, Affiliate, blogging and so on was all new.
Now I am 8 or 9 years ahead and i have no idea how SFI popped into my mind but it did.
So i registered all over again, wrote support about my previous account, learned it was still active but no psa's or csa's or nothing left because it was 8 years old.
Now knowing a little about SFI from back then I took it SERIOUS,.. I read, learned, ask everybody and most important : I BELIEVED in myself.. I really believe us "normal" people can make it and I have the badges nowaday's to proof it.

The best way to "make people do anything" ( as far as that is even possible ) is to SHOW them.. Show them you are a normal person just like they are and then show them you are doing the necessary actions to grow your team,.. Show them your trust and accomplishments..
People do not follow leaders for what they say,.. they follow them for what they do !

in my opinion you should use the gateway if you focus on getting lots of signups..
If your focus is more on quality in stead of quantity then you should use your blog BUT:
That DOES depend on what is on your blog.. Sometimes people tend to write TO much on their blog and scare of potential PSAs that way..

My Nr.1 goal is to become financial independent !
Why you ask ? I am a proud parent of 4 kids and the one thing I fear most of all is that my children will grow up being hungry or even being "held back" because I cannot provide for them.. That is my biggest drive and that is why I know I will NEVER quit SFI because SFI works !!
I am convinced and a believer for 200% !!
