1. Knowing the principles and laws that govern my SFI business. SFI has rules of success and abiding by that rule secure my success.

To rely upon your sponsor will depend upon the following factors:
1. The leadership style
2. The support system
3. The rapport/ relationship with your sponsor.
Why all these factors is because these measure the true yardstick of your reliance.
When i say leadership style, what do i mean? I mean the way your sponsor provides direction and motivation to you. This cumulates the support system your sponsor offers to you and how you should rely on him/her.

The only way to do this, is to first build a long formidable active team. One of my upline leader, once told me that if he decides to stop now, his income in SFI will continue. why? because he had built up a formidable team. Groomed his PSAs and CSAs,bought an ECA program on cause and has sales from Referred TripleClicks Members and had a continual standing order.All these and more he put in place in case he wants to retire.

The best way, Kola, is to set their mind at ease, reassuring them that the business is meant for them as well. Let them understand that even though they've no online business, SFI can help them succeed. Then show them what SFI has provided in that regard. What do i mean? They seem lost and they have the instinct to learn.
SFI has already made it possible for affiliates who have no online experience by providing trainings, tools and support by which they can learn.

What i will do differently is to listen to my sponsor. When i began i didn't understand the fast tracker program. My being referred to my sponsor's leadership page showed me how to succeed and the fast tracker program, but i didn't know how to go about it or implement what i read. I was told not to contact, until the getting started was finished. I exhausted my points, my sponsor told me not to. The result? I lost the E365 championship of which she was a winner.

1. You have to know the tools. Since you said every, then you need to know every.
2. Understand the category in which each tools. SFI tools are not scattered. You find majority of them on your black tabs.
3. You must identify and know the different purposes of each e.g The tools under Power Tools are different in purpose and function to Hotspots tab.

Well, the best way is to give them an incentive. Do a contest and let them know that you mean business. You have to do this to ONLY THOSE WHO ARE YOUR MOVERS. They are the prospects i will suggest that you work on. I do this a lot for my team and its working, especially since they know i mean what i say.
