Most affiliates if not all come with a little or no knowledge of SFI, and
Have no clue where to start and what to do, this is the experience I got
When I contact them right away when they join if they are online and
Contact them via instant message, some of them have a language barrier
Even if they stated their first language is English.
The good technique I use is, if I see no English in the notification and
They are from out side of USA, and have different language other than English
I will look where they are from and send them a welcome letter in their native
language and English, this will give them a sense of relief and easiness to
work and communicate more.
Even if I include on my welcome letter the information to start, From
Start, SFI Basics, then The launchPad, most of them don’t start from
There.
When I talk to them on instant message after I introduce myself the first
thing I ask them is if they watched the Six minute introduction video
If they say no I will tell them to watch that and come back to me and I
Will wait for them.
When they came back We discussed about it, then make them familiar
With the daily to do Tabs, and all what we have over there,
This is when I am lucky enough to find them online.
When you engaged with them like this they will come back.
Check what they do, and give them pointers time to time, with e cards
Thank, congratulate them for the work well done,
Communicate with them on Face book, Messenger, Skype
when time Permits. When they know you are with them they will
stay for longer period of time.
