I know it is not easy to remain enthusiastic and motivated 24/7 but this is one of the characteristics of a "coach" who keeps the energy high within the team. It does not matter how you do it but it is important to keep in constant touch with your team members.

When you first start the SFI business, you are taught and told that this is a number's game; your commissions will come from Versa Points which can be a total of action and sales points. It would be wrong to tell your team members to focus on one particular action/task at the expense of others. You cannot point at one action to be the most important. All actions are collectively instrumental in taking your business forward.

There are 2 main aspects of SFI that are not only the core of this online business but they reinforce my belief that you can earn online. When I say you can earn online, I mean in such a model of affiliate marketing. These are:

1. Having active team members
2. Sales at TripleClicks

Everyone has a set of parameters or criteria by which one measures success but since SFI is an online business that requires you to build a network of affiliates who are active - this is one of the conditions that will primarily quantify your success and these are a few more of those conditions that will determine how successful you are.

When people I have come across who do not join SFI say it is very complicated or they are unable to sell. Without joining, you are never going to understand what you have missed or experience the satisfaction of earning online. This is why affiliates join an online program. You might say this is of no relevance to what you are asking but don't you see it. You have to be able to convince someone that this is a "real" business to take advantage of it.

You have to start with yourself. If you are not serious about the SFI business, how will you manage convincing another affiliate!

It starts with logging in to your website. I have not missed a single day of logging in since I joined SFI ( X years Y months) and this is the commitment I expect my affiliates to have. My passion and drive shows on my day VP-Streak (ZZZ days). This is how serious I am.

I have a basic rule that I started to adopt when working with TripleClicks.

Give choices to people and give them what they want and the need to have the product will arise automatically!

To this extent there are some rules I apply.

1..it is a lot more difficult to try to convince someone to buy a product they do not want at that time. It's pointless trying to sell a watch to a customer when they would like a pair of leggings for their daughter! So I promote the legging

There are many aspects of SFI that I admire and appreciate but my respect for SFI increased ten-fold when I struggled with my orders on two ECAs for over 6 months and TripleClicks resolved the issue in a very professional manner.

- as a new affiliate, I was trying to establish a reputation of having an online business and the manner in which TripleClicks resolved the matter left me, actually aghast. This is when I started to believe in the program totally.

HOW DOES IT WORK.....this is how I would explain this part of your question. The reply will not necessarily be in this order but I am sure by the time you have tacked the question, you will have convinced your prospect to join.

1..SFI is a point based system where your commissions are. calculated on the points you accumulate every month.
2..To enjoy maximum benefits of the program you need to maintain your minimum rank of Executive Affiliate which is reached upon making 1500 points

Whenever I talk to prospects about SFI, immediately they start by saying "Oh, I am not very good at selling" or they say "I am very good at public speaking". These two statements may be poles apart but coming from the same person they indicate the potential in individuals that they do not realize they have.

I believe that SFI brings out the shyness in people because if they have decided to make it their business, they must market it in whatever way that they know best.
