As affiliate you start with Getting Started, SFI Basics and Launchpad, do the daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate tasks to earn free 1500 vps to be EA. In your second month as EA, you can start sponsoring and recruiting new PSAs and have them become EAs. From them you can earn free monthly AVPs bonus, sales commissions and a share in Executive Pool(Matching points) which will be part of your income. Using your income, you can subscribe to S-builder, PSAs To Go, participate in auctions to win and have a Standing Order.. It may take time as your income may not be sufficient to have all these, but you must see your priority to be sustainable in your business. Financial management is important..Using the income generated from your business, you may be able to sustain provided your downline remain active. Or else you have to inject some money into your business to stay as TL. As you have more active downline you will earn bigger income. So you don't have to put in your own.

But essentially you have to do all the required tasks to earn maximum free avps. You have to log in daily. Tell them this proverb ' Rome was not built in a day' They cannot become instant millionaires overnight in business unless they strike million dollars lottery. But still they have to buy(invest) the lottery, not only once but numerous time in order to strike rich.

Persistence, consistence, determination and focus to pursue and attain their goals are important ingredients to keep them motivated.

Understand the concept and mechanisms of SFI business. It's not a quick get-rich online business but a business that they can be built through net working, team work and team building to be successful.

As most who participate in Forum are English speaking. Most of the main issues are being discussed in English. Those who don't understand English or unable to write in English will not participate actively in the Forum. But they can use Google translation in their own languages if any.

The sub-forums therefore is one way to provide venues to have the issues in the Main Forum to be translated and presented in the official language of the country which can be easily understood.

Thee are limitations to the effectiveness and getting the right and standard information with the main Forum. The main Forum will cover large number of participants all over the world and the diversity of opinion and information is huge. Whereas, in sub-forums it is restricted to the members in that country of outside the country who can communicate in the language of that country. Naturally, the number and diversity of information is limited.

SFI can appoint moderator(s) to help in the sub-forum. Those who have read the main Forum can share the information in the sub-forum. This will greatly help the members rather than to confine to their own circle which may not present their overall scenario.

I use this sub-forum only when there is something is missing and make correction, or express opinion on issues under discussion which are directly related to the local environment.

Often times, our adverts do not receive good responses though we receive numerous hits(clicks). - media choice,quality, free, classified or paid: newspaper, magazine, direct mail and online, blog, facebook, twitters, websites, etc
- frequency: Place in high traffic websites and number of exposures per day, at what time and day that more people will view the ads.
- Design - SFI has provided customized design aids that are ready to use
- Writing Affective Copy- SFI has provided and to choose the suitable one for the particular campaign

The use of Search Engine Optimization(SEO) - Having striking, bold , short, outstanding headlines will help to locate and identify your site easily and speedily. Tag them to ensure that they can be detected by the search engines.

Using the most popular media with heavy traffics will not guarantee you of favorable results. One thing for sure. I place my ads/gateways to any free websites repeatedly. Even using Lifetime Custom Domain will not guarantee me of many registrations but at least I can monitor the number of hits(clicks) into my websites. The changing taste and behavior of customers make advertising more complex and dynamic to counter the changing marketing environment and the use of ICT and internet.

People who do not have money to invest in SFI but have time and genuinely interested is worth to help just to keep them going and be able to stand on their own later.

First, they must complete all the tasks in Getting Started, SFI Basics and Launchpad. Read and understand and apply. Log in daily to do the daily , weekly, monthly and intermediate tasks for free vps.to be EA. If they don't want to earn free vps, they are not worth to help.

In the second month when free vps are limited, there is a need to top up with purchase to make up to 1500 vps(EA2). You can help by transfering 10 tcredits with 1020 vps to each one or gift cards for them to buy any triplclicks products that give more vps. to add up to make 1500 vps. By this time, they may earn some income from sales or Executive Pool. They can use this money to invest in SFI. Include them in S-Builder co-op. Reassign them with PSAs to build up their team. That is monetary assistance.

The sources are unlimited. but can be costly, slow and unpredictable of the results both in quantity and quality. Use SFI marketing aids and methods(gateways) to promote their SFI websites.

For guaranteed delivery, they can subscribe to S-builder(s), PSA To Go as Standing Orders or to buy directly from ECAs or win PSAs/CSAs in pricebenders. These are the fastest ways to build up their first generation downline. But these first generation PSAs/CSAs may not be active in the business. Selecting the best 5 active PSAs or can be more, mentor them to do sponsoring and duplication to build up their downline. Tell and show them the ways I am doing. Similarly I can do the same with CSAs.

I will emphasize on Compensation Plan and benefits to motivate them to build effective team. Tell them on the 3 steps Plan and the 6 steps Plans(The Plan) to show that SFI business has unlimited sources of income to reward the affiliates. The best genealogy filters to use depend on my affiliate status and my needs to know about the affiliates which are covered by the filters. Using quick filter menu to save time and part of the follow-up process, I frequently use the following filters.

1. PSAs/CSAs in the last 10 days- Use this filter to mind the new affiliates about Fast Track- final notice before the symbol of a jet disappear and to complete 5 vital tasks to qualify or else they will miss out. Use individual or group mailer
2. PSA/CSAs in the last 30 days- Use this filter to remind the new affiliates to log in daily to earn free 1500 vps to become EAs if they have not earn any vps or to apply the legibility for VP transfer.
3. Inactive for 30 days- I will send a group mailer to remind them to start a new month to be active and collect VPs.
4. Inactive 220 - 365 days(removal soon) - This will be the final appeal to affiliates to activate their account before their accounts being cancelled by SFI.
5. Confirmed Registration/Whitelist SFI mails/Completed Affiliate Profile - This enable SFI to send newsletters, emails and to earn free vps.
6. Red Flagged - Those in removal soon category be reminded to log in to activate their accounts.
