I am a firm believer in the KISS principle of doing things, the simpler and straight to the point the training is, the better for new PSAs and CSAs to have a full comprehension of how SFI works. We need not complicate things for them.
So the best way is to start from the time you send a Welcome E-card.
A request to confirm their registration, complete their affiliate profile and whitelist
[email protected] will put them in a good starting mood.
I would also add:
. To click the START and watch the short video by Gery Carson for a quick overview of the Homepage.
. SFI BASICS, to read the 4 things they need to know to succeed in SFI- this their guide.
. The LAUNCHPAD. It has 30 lessons to be read, reviewed, and studied fully and referred to as one goes about doing the daily tasks.
To address the unspoken question about how to earn money quickly, point out Day 1- Central to Your Success, and Day 11- Overnight Success- NOT.
When a commitment message is received, or as soon as they have contacted you that they are ready to proceed, send a follow-up E-mail. Check their country of origin, their language, so that you can point out the TRANSLATE option available at their Homepage.
It should contain a bit more tutoring, explanation and guidance, especially how to learn more and earn their daily VPs by performing the Daily To-Do tasks.
Tell them about the Fast-Track, how they can enjoy the long lasting benefits of becoming a Fast-Track Member on their first 10 days in SFI.
Advise them not to skip any items on their Daily To-Do, especially rating 10 answers in Ask SC to add to their training and growing knowledge of SFI.
The Monthly and Weekly Actions should also be explained and how doing these tasks will add more to their training as well as earning VPs.
They will also need some instructions on how to bid at auctions, play EZ games and enter contests for chances to win great prizes and enjoy the fun and excitement of winning.
On their second week, when they are comfortable with the procedure encourage them to explore their Homepage and TripleClicks, and get to know ECAs and their products.
Invite them to participate in the Forum and Sub-Forum, where they can meet and greet others to learn from and to share experiences with and enjoy the feeling of belonging in a large family of SFI Affiliates.
To learn more about using the Training Tools and to read articles on Internet Income and how to apply what they learned will help your new PSAs and CSAs gain more confidence in marketing and sponsoring.
Teaching them the basic fundamentals of building a home-based business on the internet like SFI from the word go, new PSAs and CSAs will have a fighting chance of staying and progressing and eventually succeeding in SFI.
Teach them to follow The Plan (www.sfimg.com/the_plan) and that success has rules. SFI RULES OF SUCCESS provides the best training and guidance one must follow to ensure success.
Acquiring and applying valuable knowledge, experience and know-how to share with your own team is the best training you can give to your PSAs and CSAs. Good Luck!
