For a beginner in SFI, I would strongly recommend IAHBE to learn and get all the study materials and expertise about business and also the much needed exposure to marketing. If a person gets enough knowledge and ideas about the SFI, I would recommend them to have their own team in SFI by enrolling more and more persons in to their team , if the concerned is unable to do so, then it is S-Builder to do the job on their behalf to get PSAs and PRMs as well.

Moreover, TCredits are having a major role in almost each and every activity in SFI and TripleClicks and no affiliate can think of surviving without the usage of TCredits. Hence, a pack of highly profitable but maximum advantage TCredits will do the trick for them. The said pack will not only be providing the required versa points for them to move on but also giving the much needed capability to participate in various actions in SFI and TripleClicks.

Hence, it is very important to have all the above in their kitty in a balanced format for them to succeed in the system and become a true leader by every aspect.

However, I would recommend the pack of TCredits as the most important thing and to have a standing order for the same for an affiliate to move on. With those TCredits, the Affiliate can participate in Auctions and win those invaluable and periodical subscriptions of IAHBE and S-Builder at rock bottom prices.

Yes, of course. Since you are already well acclimatized with various offline marketing methods, then I don’t think you will have to face many problems when you venture out to do online marketing.

Only requirement for the online marketing is the time and the skill to present a strategy. If you can culminate it together and make a progress in this regard, why not, you will be one of the best in Marketing scenario.

As you said, in-person presentation will make a person more confident to formulate a strategy towards well knit marketing , direct mails will make a person competent in communication and arranging trade shows are proving your organizational skills. In every sphere of life, contest is necessary to make a person competent to meet any challenges.

I have formulated a great strategy for my downline members and I provide my active workers, once they reach the status of EA2 or more, always reassign PSAs for them to sponsor. By doing so, I get great response from them and also it works as a booster and encouragement for them to perform to their fullest.

My contest is not a time bound one but on permanent basis. Hence, on the basis of their monthly performances, I allot them the required PSAs to sponsor and become an awesome sponsor for their new affiliates.

Hence, a healthy and promising contest is always good and better for Team’s growth.

If you ask me, $100 is a much bigger amount for me and I always think of developing my SFI Business with the bare minimum amount.

However, with $100, I will try to buy Gift Certificate and will distribute the same among the needy and actual workers in my team for them to grow in the system. If they can grow with even a small amount, then ultimately it is my success and together we make our beloved system, SFI , the most successful.

Even with a part of that kind of money, I am sure, many of my workers can improve their status in SFI and become successful. Hence, my paramount duty is to make my affiliates successful and with their success, I can be the most successful sponsor too.

The bottom line is that I have my own definition of minimalism, that is, the one which is created with a minimum of means.

SFI itself says that the income you can generate from the system is unlimited and beyond your own imaginations.

From the beginning, I use to spend at least a couple of hours a day in the system to participate in various activities in the system and also to create an active team under my belt. Gradually, my team size has been increased and now I spend at least 4-5 hours a day to make my team more successful and thus generating a good and handsome income.

Hence, it is really advisable for an affiliate to spend at least 3-4 hours a day and it will be much ideal for a person to create an active team and also good income.

At the initial stages of my career in SFI, I was not a regular in visiting in SFI Forum but slowly and steadily, I had started visiting the Forum to get all the required information for an affiliate to improve and also the suggestions received from great team leaders over there. It is a question being asked at least million times in the system. If you ask me about the reason behind it is simple.

Most of the people are joining in the system with a very inadequate concept of becoming rich instantly without understanding much. When a person is joining in the SFI as a beginner, SFI provides all the free opportunities to such ones to become successful and earn a commission at their first month itself just on the virtue of reading all the basics, launch pad and some simple actions.

But unfortunately, almost all are interested in gaining such points and commission only and it is so sad to say that most of the people are not bothered to gain the knowledge out of such great articles and study materials to get more momentum to move forward and become successful. SFI is also a business organization so it is for us to consider it as our own business without any capital investment to begin with. In that case, at least we should put our hard work and willingness to read all the free study materials to make our business more successful and profitable. Then only one can reap the dividends at a later stage.

Moreover, SFI provides us so many windows of opportunities to progress in the system without any heavy investments. After all, a person’s willingness determines the interest to move ahead in the system and without real willingness, nothing can be achieved in life. Dreams can become a reality when we possess a vision that is characterized by the willingness to work hard, a desire for excellence, and a belief in our right and our responsibility to become successful.

The last but not the least, there may be some sponsors who are not even bothered or interested or unable to contact their new affiliates on time, convince and give them proper guidance towards their career growth in the system and often these factors are also contributing to make the new affiliates inactive after a short while.

SFI is an International Organization and if you are leading a team in it, you should think always in a way which is beyond the boundaries and your thoughts and ideas should match and acceptable all the members in your team from all over the world.

My team consists of members from all the over the world irrespective of languages, regions and time zones barriers. But being a leader in SFI, I always guide my team with an international point of view which should give them the ultimate success in future. I can understand the advantages of convincing a specific regional lot of affiliates in my own spoken language but that won’t solve any problems at the later stages of your growth in an international organization like SFI. So, it is always be wise to give your ideas, methods and logics an international touch so that your team will follow or emulate the same methods and transpire to their own team members too.

Hence, never live in the limits of regional concepts and language barriers but think freely beyond the boundaries and feel like an international leader and then taste the success unlimited.

Create a Team with four core pillars, such as Confidence, Motivation, Determination and Desire to Success without being suffocated in the language barriers.
