Well, I can't say exactly how much hours per week I can devote to SFI. I think every day something in SFI should be done. From To-do-list to advertising in free or paid way and even in person. People have different time to devote. Personally I devote in SFI up to 6 hours weekly, but I do it wise and I have results. The key is to do a quality work even if it's for small amount of time. Spending hours doing nothing which gives you a benefit it's not good at all. I read a lot from leaders in business field and learn from them how exactly to be wise in investing my time. Different people have different values of money and time. This is the reason why some are successful and some are not.. It's the same as putting hours in the business and how they do it.But I believe 30-60 minutes daily in SFI is OK for full-working time people. For people who don't work the time spend in SFI is between 3-5 hours daily. Successful means to do what you wand and this can't be explained with devoting hours in something. Because they aren't devoted, but they're happy time for the person.

How do you get your affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI?

I can't make them do it. If they want, they will become serious business builders, if they don't want, they won't be. But as a Sponsor and Co-Sponsor for sure I have to explain about the opportunity and that this is Serious business that needs a lot of effort as any other business. To put it simple, explain and share what you know and do to those, who want to learn.
Which will help me the most in becoming successful in SFI--sponsoring affiliates or referring TripleClicks members?

It depends what the affiliate wants - strong team or strong sales. If the person likes to sell, should refer daily Tipleclicks members, re-sell stuff from Tripleclicks current members /ECA or other salespersons/ and earn a commission from it. This shows he/she is successful in SFI
If the affiliate wants strong team - he/she should refer daily or at least invite people to join SFI. When the team grows up becomes strong and the affiliates becomes a Team Leader. That means he/she is successful
If the affiliate does the both things also becomes successful, but in my opinion one of those two options should be primary /Sales or Bulding a team/ and after it's a fact, the person can slowly begin the other option.

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

Interesting question. In Standard Multi Level Marketings business people should do personal meetings and if they find a good in their opinion prospect, they invite him to join their network business. But there is no guarantee the prospect will be active in business. It takes too much time, which not everyone has. In SFI things seems easier, but they are not. The same rule as in MLM applies here. 5 % of people joined in the business will do the business, other will not. So, my answer regarding SFI is that is better to continuously sponsor new affiliates. When they begin to search answers and make contact with their sponsors, thy are the active people, who look for a business with SFI. Then the couching begins. I concentrate in couching as much as I can only on those, who communicate with me and are looking for answers. I share my experience with all team members, I appreciate all 523 of them. But regarding SFI Rules I only "work with the workers" as much as I can and if they're interested in working with me. Until the active affiliates it can be years in SFI. On every 1000 affiliates, only a few will be active and will buy something from Tripleclicks. One of my upline is having 350 000 + down line for 12 years. Of course he's a great couch and have a lot of active people. He works with the active affiliates and he treasures everyone of his team members. So do I - lead by example like he does.

How can you advise and help new PSAs when you are new to SFI and just getting started yourself?

Good questions. To me the answer it's simple - "Let's do it together" I can say proudly with my best affiliates and friends in SFI we are together until today - 3 people - 2 CSA and 1 PSA. In the beginning people need more support and in the middle of process they need to feel together in something right for them with right people in it. In the end of process all the people say "We did it together" and it's not so important if you're just started or you're advanced. The most important is to do the things with people on your wave in business and life.

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

Hello, in every network marketing business there is negativity and it's a fact. SFI is not an exception. If you face negativity you should remember what is your reason to join SFI and if you believe this business is Yours and become serious about it. You shouldn't go so deep inside about the negative response. Yes, it's painful and disappointing, but if you see the other side of coin - it's kind of wisdom. And one more thing - what if someone told you "No" at first? He/she isn't ready to join now or doesn't want to make a change in his/her life. Remember your own dream which made you believe and join this global opportunity. This will resembles you that moving forward it your only option to success in your better life. Some call it worthy ideal. You just move toward the obstacles, meeting people who join or not, but you should move step by step with continuous invites of people in the business.

I am broke but I really want to make EA this month. What do I do and what is the best advice you can give to me?

Hello, there are two ways for making EA in SFI:
1. Free promoting - that means every single day you should promote your Tripleclicks products links you choose and you earn a commission. The VP for sales will go in your account and this way you can make EA.That means you should make sales for 1500 VP. You can sponsor new affiliates in SFI with free promoting your SFI link. With promoting it you will attract new team members and they will be active /at least some of them, not all of course/ in sales or purchases. It depends how financially stable are they. The time investment of this promoting daily is between 4-6 hours.
2. Paid promoting - here you should find a part-time job and buy IAHBE or Special T-credits 125 for Standing order up to 1500 VP and be an EA.

Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

A lot of people begin with SFI just for a try. In the first month everything is easy and VP are coming daily, but on the second month when 0 is in the VP, people just give up, because they see they have a lot of work to do to stay EA and they have to invest money and time for the position. Not everyone wants to invest. Some people do very well with sales, other don't. And active people who think they found their place in the business with SFI are motivated and inspired to work daily for it - they make sales of sponsor daily. Others, who aren't sure SFI is their place are waiting for something to happen, they put a small effort. When they don't see financial results sooner, they give up after 3-5 months. I had PSA like these. I don't blame them and I respect them like friends. The people, who are serious in my team are few and we work for 2 years till now together and our bond got stronger.
If people are really serious about their SFI business, months, years or weeks don't mind and they don't think of it like this. They have vision in their mind and a plan to follow slowly, because this is their life and SFI is an important part of it.

How do you set proper goals for yourself in SFI?

I set my goals for SFI based on the following things
1. The real effort and time I put in the business;
2. The results I have seen for myself till now;
3. Working strategies I used and of course I always try new ones;
4. Analyzing and removing the mistakes I do in team communication and relationships with my people /why don't they duplicate/;
In the business is a must to be realistic, innovative and creative. It's good to have daydreaming experience, but if it's not the real one, this causes only lies to yourself.

What's the best TripleClicks product to have for a Standing Order for a financially challenged affiliate?

For me, the best Tripleclicks product for a Standing Order is:
1. IAHBE membership for people, who want to build a business. With IAHBE they can learn a lot about business strategies and building a team.
2. TCredits pack 125 for people, who are ECA, these, who want to bid on auctions and those, who want to sell products.
I use IAHBE and I learn a lot from it.
