It is important to have a good marketing plan which will lead me to success. My marketing plan will show where I will be heading for in the years to come. However, SFI has developed a marketing plan and my plan will revolve around SFI’s “The Plan”. “The Plan” makes you understand the big picture ahead of you.

The objective of “The Plan” is to be a top earner attaining the rank of DTL in the process. While reaching for the ultimate goal you can also include in your plan the intermediate Team Leader goals with a time frame.

To get “The Plan” rolling, find 5 affiliates who are committed and teach them how to duplicate down the line. Sponsoring must be relentless as this is a numbers game.

Learning from the SFI resources is the key to achieving the goals in the marketing plan. SFI has abundant resources to achieve your ultimate goals according to the marketing plan.

Make use of the marketing methods, marketing aids, forums, ASK SC and 24-hour knowledge base at support.

The power of duplication enables you to grow your business rapidly through the efforts of others.

Basically a Traffic Exchange is where you submit your website and the person who submitted the website then has to browse other member sites to earn credits which enable their sites to be viewed by other members.

Many are sceptical about Traffic Exchanges. However if you treat your Traffic Exchange as a serious part of your business, there should be some success.

Draw up a schedule depending on how much time is available. Do at least an hour of surfing two or three times a week. Select 10 of the best performing traffic exchanges. There must be consistency in your surfing.

There are two ways to get a lot of exposure on Traffic Exchanges: surf a lot or purchase credits. You can also upgrade and that will triple your efforts with a higher surf ratio and more credits if you refer someone.

Make use of SFI splash pages which is suitable for Traffic Exchanges. Splash pages create the curiosity to get the viewer to click on the pages and access the more detailed SFI opportunity. Include your personalised SFI gateway link which is sfi4.com.

WELCOME LETTER
The first point of contact with yours PSAs is your “welcome” letter. Similarly the first point of contact with your CSAs is when you send them an email or team mail to let them know that you have been assigned as their Co-Sponsor and your are there to support and assist them.

STREAM TAB
Post messages on your Stream Tab every three days. Brief messages of encouragement, success quotes and congratulatory messages to contest winners is best posted at Stream Tab.

PSA MAILER
The PSA mailer is sent out once a week. Providing tips on carrying out the SFI business to a new level is a good idea.

CSA MAILER
The CSA mailer is also used to sent out messages once a week. Ask the CSAs if they need your assistance.

GENEALOGY GROUP MAILER
The genealogy group mailer can be used to send newsletters to PSAs and CSAs once a week.

SFIM CHAT
The SFIM chat is used when you receive the notification of a new PSA. Start a chat with them to introduce yourself as their sponsor and ask if you could help them to get started.

A2A
Encourage your affiliates to connect with SFI affiliates in their own countries. The locals will know better about the culture and marketing in their respective countries.

Sponsors and Co-Sponsors are there to guide affiliates to help build up their SFI business and answer their questions. I believe 90 percent is our personal effort. However some affiliates will need help to start off their SFI business. This is mostly the case when they need their sponsors most to guide them in the initial stages. So the problem which some of the affiliates face is non-responsive sponsors.

There are several avenues for affiliates to seek help if their sponsors are non-responsive. These avenues include (1) Forum, (2) Support, (3) Ask SC , (4) SFI FAQ, (5) A2A Friends, (6) Launchpad and (7) Search Box.

(1) FORUM
The SFI Forum provides a quick and easy way to answer your questions and doubts. Good answers can be obtained from the many helpful affiliates and Team Leaders many of whom have been successful in building up their SFI business. Every affiliate should make it a point to visit the forum everyday to clear their doubts and learn the skills required to build up their SFI business. You need to learn as much as you can and pass on the knowledge to your downline.

(2) SUPPORT
The SFI Support provides a wealth of needed information. Support has a list of Glossary Definitions. Go through these definitions as most of your answers can be found here. There is a “box” at Support page to enter a keyword or type your question here for instant answers. A link to submit a ticket will be included with the answers. If the answers are not found use the Ticket to type in your questions and submit the ticket to Support.

(3) ASK SC
There is a wealth of answers to many of your questions at Ask SC. Read the top answers and you can get valuable tips which help to build your SFI business. Participate by answering the questions at Ask SC and in the process you might be able to find the answers you are looking for.

(4) SFI FAQ
There are valuable resources at SFI “frequently asked questions”. Many of your answers can be found there. These are important resources to help you build your SFI business and new affiliates should make it a point to go through some of these questions regularly. For starters the relevant FAQs are Getting Started FAQs, Commissions/Getting Paid FAQs and TripleClicks FAQs

(5) A2A FRIENDS
Connect with friends at A2A especially those experienced Team Leaders. They can provide you with valuable input. You can exchange messages with any of them. You can brainstorm and discuss relevant topics and clear your doubts. A2A also provides LOCALIZED assistance by connecting with SFI affiliates in your area.

(6) LAUNCHPAD
The Launchpad provides affiliates with a strong foundation. Many valuable resources can be found here. Reading the resources frequently can provide many of the answers to the common questions.

(7) SEARCH BOX
Make use of the Search Box at the Affiliate Centre by typing your keywords in the box and you will be directed to the topic you are looking for and many answers to your questions can be found there.

To conclude I urge all affiliates to take advantage of the above resources to get answers to your questions and help build your SFI Business. Non-responsive sponsors should never be a handicap to anybody.

If your advertising is not providing satisfactory results some changes need to be made to make your ads a success.

I have to increase my level of exposure. To maximise this exposure I will need to advertise regularly by putting up more classified ads to reach a wider target.

There is strong competition these days and advertisements have to be done frequently.

You have to be consistent. Once started you have to keep posting classified ads consistently for about one or two years.

Send people to a capture page. You goal is to get their name, email address, phone number etc. so that you can follow-up with them via your auto-responder, phone messages etc.

Track your results. The tracking codes can determine which classified ads give you the best results. Focus on the classifieds that work best. For continuous improvements you should regularly test and update your advertising campaigns.
