I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

NO,...never.. ever ignore any affiliate in your group, whether they have been inactive for a while or signed up and never got started. Set in your mind that every affiliate in your group is important to you.
Continue to communicate and encourage them as much as you can. You are always going to have inactive and 0 Verspoint affiliates in your group, so don't let it bother you. This is how it is.Just accept it and keep moving forward. As a sponsor, make sure that you stay in contact and always show genuine concern and interest toward them. One day, it is possible that they may finally get started , or decide to get back active, so be ready to support them when they do. As for now, focus on working with the active members and put your all in helping them be successful..
Thanks

How do you encourage your team to submit their sponsor ratings?

I simply ask them to rate me, so I can see how I am doing as their sponsor. If you do the things to help them grow their business, and they see results ,plus be supportive, and they realize that you have their genuine interest at heart, they will kindly do so. Action speaks loudly than words and your ratings will increase and become higher every month!
Thanks
What's the best way to get new affiliates going on doing their daily tasks on a regular basis?

The best way is thru communication. Always have a plan to lead them in the right direction. You can't make them to take action, but if they feel that you have their genuine interest and are sincererly concerned about their success, they will come to you for support and leadership.
I wanted to reduce the amount of 0 Versapoint affiliates and quick start affiliates who might last the 1st month after joining, so I came up with a strategy to get them moving in right direction. Once they get active, I always send them a welcome letter. The next concern is what you say and how you say it..so I will share with you what I say.
Example....
John...
Thanks for joining our Active Team We are really proud of you.
We noticed that you have started working your Versapoint Ledger. This is the key to being successful in SFI. Continue to log in your SFI homepage everyday and work on scoring as many points as you can. If you have any questions or concerns...just let me know and I will also try to help you. We would also suggest that you make EA Status by achieving 1500 Versapoints. This would be the most important step to take if you want to seriously start growing your monthly residual check. Please keep it simple..have fun and stay focused.
We also have a plan to help you grow your Versapoints and qualify for EA every month!
Thanks
Carl
Note:
Once they tie into the SFI system , the light bell usually comes on and they understand that it is about scoring as many points as they can and maintaining EA Status every month if they want to be successful. There is know short cut here.....just a simple fact.

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Never , Never Give up! Just be consistent and communicate regularly. You may think that they are not reading your messages, but some are. Accept the fact that you will have a lot of " O " Versapoint Affiliates in your business.
It is also important to be mindful of what you say and how you communicate things to them, so continue to improve your messages and until you see an increase in your response rate.
If interested, contact me and I will share with you on what I'm saying to get attention from my CSA's to get responses. It is constantly getting better and better.
Thanks

Is there a way to grab the attention of affiliates who sign up and then never log in again?
Carl Allen, Aff (Tennessee, US)

Yes... there is a way to get the attention of affiliates who sign up and never log in again.
Getting their attention would be on how well you continue to follow up on them. This is the real key. Just be persistent and continue to follow up with them through your group communications.
SFI is such a simple business and most of the time it flies right over their head. They get so overwhelmed with what they see , and feel that they have to read too much material, or the business is too time consuming. or too slow in making any serious money so they perceive it as something that they are not really interested in getting started with , and they do nothing.
When you constantly keep following up with them, like advertising ,.... sharing with them about how simple SFI is , a fun and stable opportunity to work , not a quick get rich business and you are willing to help them build a growing residual check , this will soon get their attention and over time they may get active and become a serious business builder.
You can't force , beg or harass them into doing anything. Just get them to want it for themselves.
This is all you can really do and just accept it, but be there for them whenever they get ready.Spend most of your time working with the movers and shakers in your group.

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

First of all , never give up on them. Just be persistent and follow up at least once every month with a group mailout to all of your " O " Versapoint Affilites. Your next concern would be what you say to them,so study and learn what to say to get them motivated and when you see results, just stay with that particular format. Continue on the right track with the Movers and Shakers in your group by enhancing your leadership and coaching skills.
Thanks

Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

I have not tried the paid Facebook advertising, but I have used advertising on my personal Fan page that I created.
My opinion is that most people in SFI are going at Facebook advertising the wrong way. This is a social network site and the rewards here can be gratifying if we as Associates work together and do massive results.
We should all be on Facebook and maybe have a forum and discuss things which each other..and talk about things on a social level with SFI. When our discussions get so big...everyone will want to get in a be a part of it. We have enough Associates to do that right now.
This would present SFI on a positive note and make it more successful for everyone to get a share of sign ups.
Thanks
Carl

What should a new affiliate focus on during his/her first month in SFI?
Carl Allen, Aff (Tennessee, US)
7/9/2012 12:49 am
Affiliate since: 09/04/2002, Power Rank: 537
A new affiliate should focus on understanding SFI and how it works. Just start at the beginning...page 1...not page 9 or 10. Don't be in such a big hurry..and take it step by step. Everything is laid out for an person to do...so be willing to follow instructions. Yes.. there is a lot to learn and read so don't get overwhelmed.
Our President always states that there is a lot to learn..and that this business is not a foot race. Just set a pace for yourself. The first month is for learning and following your steps, as outlined in the SFI Basics. The other is in the SFI Launchpad.
A new Affiliate should also study the Compensation plan..so they can understand how they get paid! We all know that this is important..because then they will figure out what needs to be done and focus on doing the things to get the right results and be well compensated. It's about building a growing monthly residual check.
Versapoints! Versapoints!..just learn how to earn them.
Hope that this helps..

Why is it important that SFI affiliates shop at TripleClicks?
Carl Allen, Aff (Tennessee, US)

Shopping at the TripleClicks store just makes good business sense.Affiliates need to know that sales from the store generate revenue and huge residual checks. All Affiliates should make Tripleclicks their favorite online shopping spot.Find things that you like and would buy and make your wishlist of things you will purchase later when you get the money. Keep it simple..fun...shop and enjoy!
