What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

As a sponsor, our role is to provide guidance, support and give praise when our team members do well. If we are doing this, the rest is up to the team member. I would suggest to send your team member a message asking if they need help to guide them along in building a successful business. Then move on to your next team member. Then concentrate on your business building.
Hope this helps
How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

There are a lot of us that feel our communication skills are lacking. Myself included.
What I would suggest is read thru some of the example letters that SFI provides for us to read and emulate.
On the other hand, if your are dedicated to providing your team members with answers to their questions in a timely manner. Offering guidance to them, congratulating them and simply being there for them will provide the good support that they need. In doing the above, you will see the results in your communication skills in your reviews that your PSA/CSA's leave for you.
I speak from experience with this. Because of doing the above, I have received very good ratings from my team members.
As time goes on, you will hone what you feel is lacking in your communication.
I hope this helps. I wish you the best of success.

What is the most important message I must convey to my team to prevent them becoming inactive?

In my opinion:
1- I would be honest and open with them. Let them know what SFI is all about and what it is not. It is not a "get rich quick" scheme. It is a legitimate business, team building opportunity.
2- Don't push your team members to purchase items so that you can gain commissions. Give them the options they have available to them if they can invest money or not.
3- Lead by example. If you are going to ask your team members to do a set of actions, make sure you, yourself are willing to do this as well.
Lastly, be there to assist them when they ask for help. Nothing discourages a teammate more than when they ask for help and get none. Simple fact is, if they don't succeed, we won't.
If you are doing everything you can to help guide your team members to be successful, then it is up to them to put the advice given in to action.
I hope this helps. I wish you all the success.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

I would let the Affiliate know that the loss of the Daily 1 VP actions could mean the difference between not re-qualifying or qualifying. The difference between reaping the rewards of their teams actions and not.
Every business has tasks that need to be completed however mundane, they are a necessity to reach your goals.
A team member completing all of the daily tasks to gain VP also gain knowledge.
In the end, the 1 VP daily actions are not a waste of time. They are a necessity to reach our goals. You could try to explain to them what they may miss out if they do not complete them.
Hope this helps, I wish you the best of success.

How could I use my own or other's garage sales to grow my SFI or TripleClicks business?

Garage sales usually generate a lot of traffic. People wanting to see what you have to sell and what may interest them.
So to try and generate possible interest and opt-ins for your SFI and/or TripleClicks, set out some business cards next to where the individuals pay for the items. This will draw their attention and prompt some questions which can lead into a good discussion of your business, what it is about and the potential.
TripleClicks is also a great opportunity for you to sell your items. This will help you gain commissions as well as VP in building your own business. This is also a great opportunity for you if any of your prior discussions with individuals sign up with TripleClicks using your SFI ID. This has the potential to provide you with further commissions and VP from the individuals sales.
All in all, it is a win-win situation for you and your business partner that decides to join your team.
Hope this helps, I wish you the best of success.

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

Absolutely continue to support them. This shows, in my opinion, that they are taking direction from your example. You should be very proud of your team member.
I would continue to provide guidance and congratulations to the team member. The one thing we all have to remember is that we need to work together. This is not a one way street. I let all of my team members know that "If we work together, we succeed together".
My personal experience with your question is this. Just yesterday, the Second Home CSA's were processed. As I checked thru the CSA's that I was awarded, 1 of my new team members has been part of SFI for 2 years now. He has many EA2 PSA's and looks like his business is going very well for him. I am thinking to myself, this individual obviously has good practices to share and I would love to work with him to learn these myself.
Hope this helps.

Should I stick strictly to using SFI's system or would it benefit me to add some of my own touches and strategies?

In my opinion, if you are like me and have no idea about marketing and advertising online. Then stick with all of the training aids and material that SFI has to offer.
If you would consider yourself well rounded (or a guru) with marketing and advertising online, I would say to read SFI's rules, make sure that what you would like to proceed with will fall within them rules and go.
This is the framework for building a business. SFI provides all of us with the base to start from. So at all times we need to evolve our strategies, understanding of the system and find that right process that works for the goals that you want to reach.
Wish you the best of success.

What are the best ways to create an effective personal website for SFI?

An effective website will have engaging content. Give your visitors a reason to stay on the page and learn about what you are talking about. Explain all of the great things you can do within SFI.
1- Build a team
2- Selling TripleClick Products
3- Earning a residual income
4- Create comparison tables. SFI vs. Other Online Business
5- Have a comment section.
Having a comment section allows your visitors to engage with you and therefore helping you create trust among the search engines. Which will help your site rank higher in the search engines.
Just remember to be natural. Be personable. Write your content freely and don't create confusing content.

What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?

"What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?"
I would, first, ask your team member is he/she has read any reviews on the topic or specific sites advertising their want.
I have ran across quite a few of these "fill out forms and you will get $X for each one". After reading reviews from reputable sites, most of them turn out to be scams.
I would then delve into the SFI business and explain the opportunities that they will have.
1-The training.
2-The huge amount of opportunities for generating an income.
3-The team work atmosphere.
4-The participation in the TripleClicks store and the possibilities with this.
5-The satisfaction one will have when seeing there business grow.
Hope this answers your question. Have a great day.

What is the importance of the new ECA tab at the Affiliate Center? How will you be using it to grow your business?

The new ECA tab is a great way to get snap shots of the ECA's that are a part of TripleClicks. There are over 3900 of them.
This tabs purpose is to highlight 1 ECA per day. When reviewing the featured ECA, you might find products that really peek your interest. If this is the case, you have the ability to connect with them. Then you can use the URL generated for your connection to the specific ECA and advertise their products. When a potential customer clicks on your URL to browse the products, you will have then generated a PRM. If the said customer makes a purchase, then you will gain a 45% commission off of that purchase.
All in all, this is a win/win situation for you and the ECA that you connect with.
I hope this helps.
