Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?

This will be a very short answer:
Because it is just a HUGE waste of time / money and Hair to try ALL the other programs just to find out 10 years down the line that you should have stayed with SFI because that is just fact.. No other MLM company online survived for 16 years as succesfull as SFI has because they all just DO NOT WORK !!!
I did, I tried, did what should do and more and still got scammed just so I can get a message saying I should scam the people the same way they scammed me to earn big bucks !!
That is the same as me asking $100 for a huge tip that can bring you 10.000's of dollars just to say :" You should rob a bank" after I got paid for my tip !!
those are SCAMS !!!
SFI = So Freakin Insane !! :)

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

Hello
I am a HUGE fan of the concept "less is more" but that is when you are trying to sell something to somebody..
If you know how to make a person "curious" ( say as little as possible) then the chances of them visiting your offer increases thus signups increase also..
BUT,.. If you inform your prospects about logging in daily, do tasks daily, expect little income fast but massive income in the future, having a SO and so on BEFORE signing up your QUALITY will drastically increase but the number of signups will drop..
So there you have it,..
If you want quantity say as little as possible,
if you want quality explain it ALL..
If you can combine these two into 1 "system" you are set for success !

Someone once said : My dad being a salesman taught me you can sell anybody anything if you've got the ability to believe.
So that would be the number 1 rule in becoming a great "sales(wo)man" is that you believe in your product..
I can understand your question and I do believe a lot of people are going to tell you that you do not need to "sell" SFI but they don't get Tripleclicks then..
If you can become a great salesperson using TC products then you are also generating massive income in SFI

That is the million dollar question but with a SIMPLE answer..
If you want to elevate your advertisement above all others then you simply need to pay more then all others..
I know this is not what people like to hear but that is cold hard truth..
We cannot expect to DOMINATE other marketeers using free marketing when you know some people pay hundreds of dollars a day for marketing..
I know hundreds a day sounds a lot but generating 1500 or 2000 PSAs a day costs A LOT..
Logic also tell us that if it was NOT worth the investment people would not pay those amounts..
Conclusion :
Paying for advertising is the best, simplest and most effective way to get ABOVE all competing opportunities out there..

In my opinion you should show your new PSAs the Pro's and Con's.. Everything has two sides to it..
The Pro's would be:
The Badge
The 2nd Home CSAs
The TCredits you get
and a few more..
Some Con's would be:
With no team to lead it is hard(er) the 2nd month to sustain TL

Actually I do believe what I am trying to say.. Just for me personally I see no more Con's then this one..

Hello everybody..
unfortunately we cannot make people do anything..
We can only set the example and give them some guidelines and hope they will follow..
The biggest problem I see is that new PSAs do not see "the BIG picture" yet..
So if there is any way you can teach / show your PSAs the FULL potential of duplication in combination with time, then your affiliates will be more serious..
If they get the idea of "working now and get paid forever after" then it is going to be a lot easier..

That totally depends on what target groups you mean..
If you want to target specific groups for FREE then you must look for websites and/ or blogs that has your "target group"
Write to the webmaster / website owner and ASK for possibilities to market your product on their website..
If you do paid advertising then targeting specific groups is just a click of the mouse..
Most (almost ALL) advertising companies offer you to lasertarget your product to specific people / groups just by selecting them from a list..

Just like you want to be on top of EVERYTHING when it comes to your business or family or anything you really love, so you should be on top of everything in SFI also..
Especially now that SFI is going trough some major changes it is of the utmost importance that you as a teamleader are up to date about what is happening in SFI.
You can only do that by logging in every day and read the news and maybe even follow the blog.. The blog is for most SFI members one of the most important assets..

Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?

My guess is that a lot of affiliates are doing other things online at the moment they sign up.. If for some reason the welcome email doesn't arrive ( Like it does with so many yahoo addresses and more ) then a lot of them do not even remember signing up ?
Or they go to sleep and forget SFI..
It is up to us as sponsor to try and find that person so we can connect with them and then they can connect with SFI again..
If you want to have quality PSAs that are active and STAY active then you need to help them step by step even BEFORE signing up with SFI.. That is where social networking and so on comes in handy..

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

No not really..
If a PSA signs up then their Affiliate Profile is still empty..
Just write them a simple basic welcome letter and get personal as soon as you see your PSAs online.. Send them a E-card or start a conversation with them via SFI Messaging..
By then their affiliate profile should be filled more and you can become more personal easier..
