My affiliates are those new PSAs, cosponsored affiliates and new prospects in SFI business. They may be from far and near. However, those within the city are semi -urban areas are considered near within the radius of 50 miles. While beyond this distance, I consider as rural where traveling time take more than an hour. With the 50 mile radius(city zone), I can call for a group training in a designated place.

Before organizing local training, identify the venue which is accessible by all. The venue must be located within the city area with enough facilities such as adequate parking spaces, available eating outlets, conducive learning environment and comfortable.

Give prior notice of the training schedule and the subject matter.
Invite experienced speaker(s) and well versed in SFI business
Provide incentives such as free lunch, free transport or free accommodation or cash allowance for meal, transport and accommodation.
Ready for any surprises such as door gifts or rewards for high achievers.

The potential candidates which could be superstars in SFI could be identified as follows:

1. Their registration forms fully completed with required profile and clear goal. High marks given to identify potential candidates.
2. Complete 5 Fast Track actions and buy 1 unit of NMP and continue to log in daily to to do the daily within 10 days after registration and earn 1500 vps to be EA.

These criterias may take time to materialize but will ensure to be on the right track to DTL.

Spamming is a subjective action depending on to who and where you are posting. Much depending on the words/ key words that you use which sound unfavorable to the receivers or being filtered out by the ISP providers.

To avoid being spammed, do not post unethical words or materials that trigger a feeling of dislike, full of exaggeration, unrealistic and unreasonable presentation to lure the prospects to take further actions or being misled to do so.

Tell the real facts. Be honest to tell the truth. It may be hurtful to tell the truth, but that is what people want to hear and accept.
Be responsible and a person with integrity. In business. Think of the long term gain to establish cordial relationships with the prospects or members of the Forum.

Understand and know about those in the Forums. It is not a place to burst out your dissatisfaction, disagreement and dislike in unfavorable tone.

Be tactful in your response,not to go overboard and stick to the subject matter. The readers may turn you off and the next time you appear again, your past unfavorable impression would likely turn them away.

Avoid having the impression that ' I know better than you' . The Forums are meant for sharing your experience and ideas and not to push them to accept what you are saying.

Refer them to your SFI gateways to know more and to find out more by themselves. Tell them that registration is FREE and with No Obligation. Can opt-out any time.By these words, they feel at ease and free to enter your gateways without the feeling of being ' trapped'. Be open minded.

Any thing that goes to SPAM are generally considered frauds or scams. But not necessary so. The subject headline is important that determine as spam or not. You can also find the same writer in spam mails as in the non-spam mails. So 'mind your language' to avoid being spammed..

I can start selling my products through Member Listing or register as ECA to grow in my SFI business. Action VP is an important component in my total monthly earning which contributes my share is the Executive Pool to determine my monthly income. This is equally true in achieving TL rank where 1000 avps are required to be BTL besides 1500 to 2000 SVPs to make total VPs to 3000.
The more vps I earn, the bigger my sale in the Executive Pool which earns me more income.

Neglecting doing the daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate tasks which contribute almost 500 avps a month is a great loss to me in term of monetary saving and a source of income. It may be immaterial to count 1 avp as 1, but by monthly accumulation of 500 avps, the total loss in term of 1 avp from using 1 tcredit@$1.99 each( in EZ games or pricebenders), will incur a loss of $995. I can buy vps through sales or purchase but I cannot buy AVPs unless I win in Daily Grand, or Daily Crown. I earn it by my action.

An affiliate who totally avoids doing the daily task will never learn or be successful in SFI business.
How active an affiliate is, is reflected in the daily, monthly VP streaks as shown the badges he/she earns. Avoid doing AVPs is leading the road to failure. It is part and parcel of SFI business.

After receiving a notification from SFI, I send welcome E-card to notify the new PSA through PSA mailer using the given email address.
Then followed by a Welcome Letter as sample below.
The content of the letter must be clear and easy to understand and with real facts, friendly tone and non-threatening, assurance of your service and assistance, co-operation, learning process, walk side by side in the same journey to success.

Briefly describe what the new PSA is expected to do as a guide step by step, and what to expect of the outcome of the actions. This will give the overall view of what SFI business is about. The guide will help the new PSA to make a start, to try and see for himself/herself of what SFI is about.
Giving the necessary information at one shot will help new PSA to explore at his/her convenience rather than waiting for the next letter of what to do next. Majority will log in once a while or not at all after registration. Create curiosity and interest when the new PSA read the Welcome Letter and call for actions. Call for Follow-up or review of PSA will be notified by SFI. New PSAs will appear in the 'Movers' through which you can further communicate with him/her.
Reference to Leadership Page and Sponsor's Affiliate Center Homepage is of vital important for new PSAs to know the sponsor and be able to communicate with him/her.

This welcome letter may be too long but it aims to accommodate ambitious PSAs who are hungry to earn income who are 'ready to go'.

Keep in view that the content of the Welcome Letter must have the urge to take action and to suit the search for 'What is in there for me' and not with the impression that you are making a business from him/her.

To find a job online involving filing out forms and typing is similar to competing filling survey forms and sending out emails,letters or doing translation works as directed by the businesses or organisations that solicited opinion,ideas mostly to get feed backs from customers or clients or provide paid professional expertise in their areas of contribution. They are paid by hour, by scripts and the quality of their works.
Most of these online jobs require registration and pay a certain fee to participate. I did try a few times but I was caught in the scams. The online jobs and the websites disappeared. From that time onwards, I would never try to get involved.

To a PSA who wants to find this online job either as part time or full time, my advice is make a thorough research of these business agencies to find out their authenticity and legality of their existence.
Bear in mind that they may demand your personal identity and high quality of performance which may lead to stress.

I would strongly advise him/her to stick to SFI as SFI can provide part time and full time job working at own convenience from home or anywhere as long as there is a computer, laptop or smartphone with internet available.

Using all the SFI marketing tools, there are endless ways to promote, operate and earn from SFI. From sales, commission is earned. Having an active team, residual income is earned up to 12 generations. SFI will continue on in the next 5, 10, 20 or 30 years. It has been operating successfully in 17 years and it continues to growth and expand. Income opportunities are unlimited. So why go for other online jobs which you are not sure to be successful but end up in the scam!

A sponsor and co-sponsor are your mentors who are your first level upline. A good sponsor and co-sponsor should first welcome you in to SFI business with the hope of building an active team and helping each other to walk the journey together through 'thick and thin' situation.

A good sponsor and co-sponsor must be persons who walk the talk and show good examples that the downline can emulate which lead to success. They should keep in touch with their downline regularly to make their presence felt, motivate, advise, and that they care of their affiliates.

They must be persons dedicated and sincere to the business irrespective of any unfavorable situation. They are there to guide and assist in any possible ways on their own capability.

Show good examples by scoring high vps every day and every month by doing the required tasks in the business. Challenge the members that hard works, patience, persistence and determination will pay in the long run to achieve success.

Provide generous incentives and rewards to motivate the downline. Continually update their leadership page.

Make the client charter "service before self" as leaders(EA/TL) that they are there to help. Be friendly and emphatic that every affiliate is like a growing plant bearing the golden fruits when the teir time comes.

Good sponsor and co-sponsor will lead the business and be successful with the help of the members of the team. That's why in SFI, to be successful, a team must have good sponsor and co-sponsor(EA/TL).

'Leaders are not born, they are made' as the saying goes. To be a good leader, he/she needs to start from the bottom of the leadership ladder to experience and build up leadership qualities that conform to the norm of the community and society.

Every PSA starts with affiliate stage. At affiliate stage, PSAs start with getting to know the concept and operating mechanisms of SFI business through reading and understanding the Getting Started, SFI Basics and Launchpad. At this stage, SFI provides free vps to earn up minimum 1500 vps to be EA in the first month. Just by answering the quiz and click the tabs they can earn free vps. Encourage them to buy 1 unit of NMP for Fast Track.

Refer PSAs to Affiliate Homepage and to do the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and intermediate tasks to earn free vps.. Play T-time, Daily Grand and Daily Crown to win free tcredits, CSAs. vps and mrps or other items to help to build their business.

Send them SFI Newsletter, refer them to Forums, participate in ASK SC, send them regular emails through PSA mailer or group mailer to motivate them.

Encourage them to contact upline leaders for assistance.

Build up the team through sponsoring and duplication. Work as a team. Every one is equal partner in the business. Make use of the marketing tools provided by SFI to promote their SFI business.

Recommend Standing Order of 125 tcredits and S-builder towards maintaining EA status and building up a strong team to get active EAs to contribute towards monthly avps to achieve BTL, STL, GTL and PTL.

Be persistent, consistent, determined and focus towards achieving their goals. They can harvest the fruits of their labor through hard work and with the right frame of mind. Reject all negativity thet undermine discouragement and faith in oneself.
