I like this question as it confused me initially when I first joined. Judging from the question, you are still relatively new.

Tcurrency are as good as cash and can be used for purchases in tripleclicks store. Tcurrency are used in countries where SFI do not accept the credit card of that country. Tcurrency can be purchased through ECAs of where the affiliate reside. for instance, if the affiliate is a Ghanaian, he will look for an ECA via the growth page for ECAs that are licenced to sell tcurrency in Ghana. The affiliate can pay the equivalent in local currency and in exchange being given the value of what he has paid for in dollars. The ECA then credits your account with tcurrency and he notifies SFI on the transaction.

With the tcurrency, affiliate can make purchases or place a standing order on tripleclicks. Inorder words, I can say tcurrency are like virtual money.

T credits are like tokens on tripleclicks where you can:-

1. List unwanted items in your home for as little as 1 t credit.

2. Bid for items in auctions.

3. Pay for items on tripleclicks store where they accept t credits.

4. Award hardworking individuals in your team.

5. Play Eager Zebra Games in tripleclicks.

6. Pick the price with as little as 1 t credit to enter for each pricee picked.

7. Download the song of the month for as little as 1 t credit.

I would say tcurrency is as good as cash and can make purchases of any item on tripleclicks while t credits are like gold or little tokens with the flexibility of purchases being made with it in some stores as well as it being used very well on tripleclicks as outlined above.

From my own experience, I would recommend you do both. Why? Because both PRMs and PSA contributes immensely to the growth of your business.

For PRMs, you can start earning your income more quickly, than building up your team with PSAs. In this regards, money spent by the PRM buying products on TripleClicks, playing in the auctions, playing the EZgames etc.

Every action that a PRM takes, commissions are earned for you as well as AVP for goods purchased on tripleclicks as the PRM is not an SFI affiliate. The extra AVP as well as MRP (courtesy of the All New Wave3) will assist you build your ranks and SFI business.

In addition, the more sales that are earned from TC Sales, the more CV's will go towards the TC Executive Pool, which also means, more commissions for you, and from your EA2 and your CSAs in your team.

From above, it can be seen as a win win situation with a higher commission as you are not only getting income from your PRM, but also through your PSAs and CSAs.

In regards to PSAs, you are building up a more stable and reliable source of income, by building up a team. You only need to have 5 active affiliates that make EA2 and above get them to gain 5 EA2 and likewise for them to do same ( Duplication). So as to earn matching versa point and a nice steady flow of income for years to come.

In summary, recruiting both, PRMs and PSAs, you would have several different flows of income coming in and building up a very successful business for yourself.

Don't just limit yourself to just one type of recruitment as the advantages are enormous and alot of free learning aids to help grow your business.

The things that I am doing to make my SFI business a success is simply Setting my goals, planning and co ordinating to achieve my goals set.

Looking at SFI generally, its a Long term investment. People who join initially either log on out of curiousity, some thinking that simple tasks would amount to the big bucks while some think it might be a scheme to get rich easily.

For me, the things I do and tell my downlines to duplicate which has worked to make both my business and theirs a success is:-

1. Ensuring I log on daily to do my daily, weekly and monthly tasks. This little drops are helpful for building ranks.

2.Setting up a Standing Order to make EA status at ease. Either by 125 t credits or 100 t credits with 1500 VersaPoints and 1200 VersaPoints respectively.

3. Recruiting new affiliates via Social media (facebook, twitter and pinecrest), warm marketing and word of mouth.

4. Playing Eager Zebra Games enabling me to send friends challenge. Killing 2 birds with a stone as they will be my PRM as well as my New Wave 3 recruit.

5. Post my links on both free and paid advertising sites.

6. Buy PSA 2 go, Bid for PSAs/CSAs in auctions and buy at least a share of the s builder co op.

In summary, building a solid team is very important as we are gradually building a residual income. This alone gives us the drive to achieve our desired goals, motivate/encourage our downlines to see the big picture that SFI is the real deal.

In my own opinion, I recommend 3 times a week. One on Sunday, then on Wednesday and finally Saturday.

Why 3 times weekly its because our CSA'S are equally important as our PSA'S. Some people might say they contribute little or nothing to their business. But based on my experience, little drops make mighty ocean. Its even better to get 10 active CSAs than having 5 inactive PSAs who just log in occasionally, someimes or never.

The same way we treat our PSAs, ulmost importance should also be given to our CSAs by:-

1. Sending a welcome mail (especially for new CSAs being assigmed to you). 2. Praise your hard working CSAs for the tremendous effort they make in their business.
3. Encourage them so as they dont give up. Keep fanning the flame.
4. Give them tips on how to be successful
5. Let them know that tripleclicks is their online shop where they can list their unwanted goods for sale (for as low as 1 t credits)
6. Always respond to questions they may have (shows you are a good co sponsor).
7. Show concern and empathy so they know you are always there for them.

In summary, work with the workers.

Ways you can communicate with your CSAs is as follows:-
1. We can communicate with them via their registered email address
2. Call them if they have dropped their phone numbers.
3. Send them ecards directly via our Genealogyy.
4. We can do skypee with them based on time agreed by both parties concerned.
5. We can do viber calls., whatsapp or other social media for communication 6. Send them team mails.
7. Since they are our CSAs, we can send them mails via the CSAs mailer if its just our Csas we want to communicate with.
8. We can use the SFIchat if our CSAs are logged on on their SFI homepage and currently online.

Nice question and in my opinion and experience, TCredits Welcome (TW) is better than the Cash welcome (CW).

Looking into detail, it now then depends on your mode of advertising. Was it via word of mouth or through Free or Paid Advertisement. If through word of mouth, its lot easier to explain to your new affiliate that once they have joined, you will give them say, 9 t credits. With that, you can then enlighten them on our Tripleclicks online store where they can use the t credits as well as the benefits which are:-

1. Listing unwanted items in their home for as low as 1 t credit.
2. Play EZebra games where they can get MRPs, Action Points as well as a share of zackpot if they are winners.
3. Participate in Pricebenders to get household items at ridiculous prices.

Once you have informed them of the benefits, let them know the time lag necessary to redeem and use the t credits given.

The advantage of the TW is that if the affiliate you sponsored (especially if it via free or paid sites), do not use the t credit, the T credit returns to the sponsor. Inorder words, the sponsor has nothing to loose. Cost per t credit is as from $1.99 (dependent of bundles of t credit purchased).

On the otherhand, if we do Cash Welcome, the new affiliate might go to our shop and realize that he/she can’t purchase any item for a dollar. Remember, the cash welcome is an incentive to make new affiliates to take the plunge and be active from the onset. With that, the new affiliate will either:-

1. Work hard, be persistent and try and achieve his/her goal after joining.
2. Not encouraged as he/she were not able to use the cash given when joining.

Asides that, the money given for the Cash Welcome would not be refunded to the sponsor.

So I advice that you go for T credits Welcome

In general, every business benefits when we create a video regardless of whether we are selling a service or a product, It’s easy to release your videos on YouTube. You can also link to them on your personal website, or distribute them with a traditional DVD.

To promote SFI using a video, you will need to introduce yourself to your prospective customers. The “About me” page on your personal website is the standard place to introduce yourself to your prospects and describe your background. Bringing that information to life with a video will leave a profound impression on your viewers. And if your business is done primarily
over the Internet, it can also help to bridge the cap between you and
your prospective customers.

“By giving folks a snapshot of who you are and what your business is about, will help potential customers feel more at ease, and more comfortable transacting business online.

A video “About me” page can be simple – you describe your background and services and share your passion. You could be sitting at a desk, or casually walking through your store or work area.

Also, when promoting SFI with a Video, we must give instructions more
attention. For instance, logging on and viewing all red tabs is an instruction that needs to be adhered to. This instruction needs to be communicated regularly in the video or if its a tripleclicks product, instructions on how to care for a product, where to go for updates etc. Putting the information in a video will not only save you from repeating yourself, it’ll increase the likelihood that your customers will listen.

When promoting your SFI Video, you tend to bring customers in for a closer
look. Using a video blog (vlog) is a fun way to give customers an inside
look at your SFI business, and to change the pace from your usual written blog. Even if you don’t keep a regular blog, you could release a video blog occasionally, whenever you have something you want to share with your viewers.

Also, using a video, to promote SFI, you are promoting a wealth of knowledge on your business. In the video, you would shed light on questions most affiliates ask when they join and if possible, links for them to view.

In summary, when we have followed the above process designing a video on SFI, we can promote the video link via emails to our safelist contacts, upload the video via youtube, Share on video links on Facebook, Twitter and other social media.

This is a nice question and I am really happy that SFI/ Tripleclicks have indeed made it easier to promote EAGER ZEBRA Uber Picks.

This is dependent on how attractive you present it to either your prospective or existing customer.
I from experience have been fortunate to have a lot of friends that love to watch football as well as cricket. What I do is I share the link via facebook, twitter or Through our Challenge link (after i have played a game).

Also, every now and then, we do have get together as such, we might decide to meet at a friends place, grab some beers (for the guys) and watch the match after selecting our teams and placing a bet.

What I would suggest is that you should have a blog where you can place the banners of Uber picks, as well as some sites that you can pay to advertise you links which would be directed to your blog.
Go through your phone contacts and select list of friends that love to watch football and send them your link.

Always play the games you are marketing so that it easier to explain to new members what the game is all about.

When you win and get a share of the zackpot, feel free to inform your friends so they know that they are being rewarded for their contributions and efforts.

The best habit to imbibe and develope to ensure that your SFI business continually to grow are as follows:-

1. Determination:- Determined to do the impossible with the I can do mentality approach without quitting.

My response to your question above would be yes. Why?

That is solely because the major resons as to why the CSA exchange came about is to
1. Wake up inactive affiliates.
2. Increase activities and generate sales.
3. Help to build their businesses as well as improve their financial status.

Its in this regard that SFI had to match Co-sponsors to CSAs by country which from their records has shown a positive impact as CSA has increased activities due to better communications and compatibility in regards to language, culture, etc.

But there are certain CSAs that would be excluded from the list of exchange which are:-
1. If CSA is already from your own country.
2. Have a current Standing Order.
3. Are red-flagged in your Genealogy.
4. Have a confirmed bad e-mail address.
5. Were EA this month or last month.

That is why we need to think well before getting our CSAs exchanged because once they have been exchanged, we can't get them back.

The advantages of Csas being assigned to you from the same country are:-
1. Better communication with CSAs regarding their SFI business.
2. Being able to develop rapport with the Csas hereby building their trust.
3. Being able to communicate with the Csas in their preferred Language, thereby removing the initial Language Barriers as well as Cultural issues.
4. With better communication now, you have the chance of making these new CSAs active which will help in your business as you are trying to build a team of both active PSAs and CSAs.
5. You'l be able to explain how SFI/Tripleclicks work better and how your new CSAs can make their business grow.
6. You will be able to support them better and thus help them to grow their business.

I will answer based on my experience and do hope it would be of benefit.

Initially, when I started with SFI far back as 2013, I thought it was a get rich scheme just doing my daily , weekly and monthly tasks. I remember when within the first month, I made EA reading through my Launchpad Lessons quickly and other action points just for the sake of the versa points awarded.

After the second month as I assumed that it would be easier month after month, it dawned on me that for me to grow in my SFI business, I needed to go the extra mile to achieve success. I believe it would have been easier if only I had the support initially from my upline.

During that period, I had to strategize and think of the way forward which led to me having a monthly standing order that automatically made me an EA monthly. What has made my focus change and what I am doing differently now to be successful are:-

1. I was made to understand that for one to succeed, one must read and have a vast knowledge of SFI business to be able to disseminate information to my downline.

2. That with my Leadership skills and role, train 5 active affilates to duplicate my actions for them to be successful.

3. In order to succeed, i had to invest in S builder co, PSA to go to try build a team of active affiliates where I can get a passive income.

4. Use other marketing aids like banners that would be placed on my personal blogs to drive traffic and sign ups to SFI.

5. By word of mouth, tell family, friends and relatives about SFI.

6. Log on and religiously to do my Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tasks.

7. Made to understand the 6 different ways of earning in SFI.

8. Have a Monthly Standing order.

9. Read SFI new letters, read the forum and answer SFI questions.

10. Recruit ECAS to have a Lifetime Loyalty on purchases made.

11. Participate in Price Bender Auctions and Eager Zebra Games.

These are the steps I have followed which I am currently using to be successful in SFI.
