You benefit not only when your PSAs are working, but when PSAs, CSAs and PRMs are buying.
SFI is just like any business your work for, you work daily and at the end of the week or month, you receive a paycheck. Your boss will receive a bigger paycheck. The owner and stock holders receives much more. Your goal in SFI is to become the owner of your business and make the most.
When SFI affiliates read and educate themselves on how to be an expert, it helps them learn how to recruit new PSAs, CSAs, ECAs, and Personal Referred Members (PRMs). Those that make this their goal, are the ones that have become BTLs, STLs, GTLs. and PTLs. They are not only making money, but are receiving many other benefits. Your challenge is the same. Take time to learn from your FREE SFI education, become an expert, and work your business daily. Doing this will help your team understand that this must be their goals too if they are planning to be a success. This is called duplication.
SFI is high above other on line marketing companies, because they offer us six different ways to earn income. Most marketing companies only offer one and then it's not free.
1) DIRECT INCOME
TC member that you have personally referred and your personal affiliates that places an order on TripleClicks.com allows you to earn 45% of commission volume (CV).
CV is the total amount of commissions paid out on a given product/service. Most every product has a commission volume. To check out what the CV are on a product, open any product like you are going to buy it, and look under the SFI affiliates tab.
2) TRIPLECLICKS EXECUTIVE POOL
For each VersaPoints (VPs) you accumulate during the month, you will receive one share of the month's pool. The more VPs you receive, the more you will earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool. This goes in effect after you become an Executive Affiliate EA that month. VPs can be earned by doing a variety of actions, from your daily actions, bidding on auctions, playing games, placing your Standing Order and buying items on TripleClicks. This is why it's so important to make TripleClicks the first place you go when shopping on line. This will help to see what items are missing on TripleClicks. That item could be perfect for you or your affiliate to sell.

3) CO-SPONSOR COMMISSION
You must be an Executive Affiliate to have CSAs. Each time your SFI affiliate that you co-sponsor places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 15% of the CV.
For example: Your co-sponsored affiliates (CSA) places an order that has $28 CV, you will earn $4.20 of the Co-Sponsor Commission (15% of $28). If you're a Team Leader, you can also earn Matching VP on all your CSAs.
There are several different ways to acquire CSAs. By becoming an EA before the 12th of the month, you will automatically receive 2 CSAs. You can win CSAs by entering the Daily Grand, by bidding on the Pricebender Auction, or as an E365 winner.
When you become a Team Leader, you will receive a share of CSAs that have lost their Co-Sponsored Affiliates. These will automatically be posted to your team and you will receive notice that they have been added to your team.
4) T-CREDIT BONUS
Being an EA2 will allow you to receive T-Credits which will let you take FULL advantage of your TripleClicks membership benefits and help you build your SFI business by being able to buy, bid, play or sell on TripleClicks. You will receive these as part of your compensation. This can be up to 20 T-Credits for FREE every month! A single T-Credit sells for $1.99, which means you can receive up to $39.80 worth of T-Credits monthly.
5) ECA REFERRAL PROGRAM
Being an EA, allows you to make referrals to the TripleClicks E-Commerce Associate (ECA) Program, earn VPs and lucrative royalties for life! This is where you need to be talking to your local businesses and showing them the advantages of posting their items on TripleClicks. This is so powerful, because when anyone buys a product from your ECA you will earn a royalty. For example, say the total CV for all of your referred ECAs is $5,000. You earn $500 in ECA royalties this month (10% of $5,000). If your ECA has a disposable product that can be bought each month, you will continue to have that royalty coming in monthly! It's important for you to promote your ECAs and buy from them to help you receive more royalties.
6) SFI PAY-PER ACTION
Although this is not my favorite, SFIPPA is an optional, supplemental income program.
It allows you to act as an advertiser for SFI and earn supplemental income by getting others to take actions such as filling out forms, getting Affiliate sign ups and other duties. Please note: Any SFI Affiliates you sign up will NOT go under you, but will be given to other affiliates for their team.
