When I first started in SFI I was loaded with preset limitations on myself because of many past mistakes and failures. I had reached the point that if I have not done something before then chances of me achieving success was next to non-exiting.

I was very skeptical about trying anything new but I was also desperate to change my standard of living to something that would help my wife and I enjoy our retirement years.

I knew if I was going to build any kind of business with SFI and TripleClicks then I would have to get over my personal “failure” mode of thinking and learn to “think” in new ways. One of the things that helped me to change was a simple quote I read in the SFI forum. – “If it is to be then it is up to me.”

The steps I have listed below are what I have used to help me break through the cage of limitations that I had built around myself.

1. I started logging into the forum daily – and then two or more times daily and reading the post and learning to apply what was shared in building my business. I owe my present achievements to the affiliates who have been posting great articles in our forum.

2. I also read some of the great testimonies for SFI and TripleClicks and noticed how some affiliates who were in much more distress as far as building a business is concerned were very successful. I wanted that same success that they were enjoying. I knew that if they could be successful (with less than what I had) then I could be successful also.

3. To help me overcome some of the deep personal roadblocks and limitations was in reading books that I purchased from TripleClicks. I have built my library with over 24 uplifting and motivational books (and still adding more).

If you noticed that all the steps listed above were simple steps of “reading”. I now believe the quote I have heard many times about a computer “put garbage in – you get garbage out”

God has given us the greatest computers ever created – our brains – let us fill it with only good things and nasty limitations and roadblocks will be replaced with the joy of success.

One of the things about Internet marketing or any business for that matter is having the confidence that anything is possible with the right “mind set.” Which, also includes a positive outlook, persistent action and the tenacity to hang in there until your achieve the success you are looking for.

No one is born with “success” – You do not get a degree of “success” going through college. The only way to acquire success is through hard work coupled with a burning desire to have the things that you dream about.

No one can tell you that you are or are not capable of success. Success is measured differently by every person including you. Your success story will be totally different than mine or anyone else. You write the paragraphs and chapters in the story of your success through the actions that you take every day.

Focus on your goals – work hard towards meeting those goals – set higher goals that make you stretch into new territory – keep doing this until you hit your target in the bulls eye. Once you have scored a direct hit, look at where you are and if it does not describe success to your inner man/woman then continue on.

Understand that everyone is capable of success Even me;

“I am not where I want to be yet – but I am further then when I started – I have my eye focused on the finish line and I will succeed – there are no stop watches or time limits – I will go at my own pace and I will eventually succeed!”

I speak the above paragraph to myself a couple times a day. Write one for yourself and drive it into your heart through daily repetition of speaking it out loudly, proclaiming your victories – conquering your doubts – standing on the mountain top from your climb to success.

When I started looking for a business to take the place of my retirement checks I knew that the only place where I can continue to work (because of health issues), would be with an Internet Marketing company.

One of the things that I was concerned with is I have never worked any kind of on-line business and I didn’t use the Internet very much and to top that I had little or no computer savvy.

When I was looking for a good company to join I did not care how much on-line business building experience would be needed. I wanted and desired to get something going so I could live a better life style.

When there is a great need, most people will do what it takes to learn all that has to be done on-line or off-line. It is the “need” that drives people into doing things that they have never done before.

So with that said; I can assure you that there is no need to change prospecting approach when dealing with people who have never done a business on-line before. The main thing is to emphasize on the “free” training and support that you will give them as their sponsor.

Keep in mind that well over 90% of the people you enroll in SFI and TripleClicks have never had an on-line business.

I know for a fact that everyone in SFI at one time or another did not know anything about building a on-line business and that did not stop them from joining anyway.

I came to SFI as a real newbie to building an on-line business and I still am, but here is the great thing, because of the free training that SFI has provided on Internet marketing I know I will end up being a Diamond Team Leader probably sooner than I think is possible.

Sales Versa Points (sVP) is rather easy to earn. Every product in TripleClicks has VP value. When you purchase the product you are given the VP value for the product.

Action Versa Points (aVP) is needed to obtain the higher ranks in the compensation plan in SFI. Action points are given according to the “activities –action” that you are preforming as a daily, weekly and monthly activity.

Sales VPs and action VPs are combined to determine your position on the VP Leadership board and the total also determines how many shares of the Executive Pool you will receive. (1 VP [sales/action] = one share of Executive Pool).

To climb higher in rank and perks with SFI and TripleClicks you need a combination of sales VP and action VP. The totals of each type of VP will differ between the ranks – with the totals of both increasing with each increase in rank (or Team Leadership Levels).

Because sales VP are easy to obtain we need to set our focus on obtaining action VP. Now comes the question just what do we focus on the most to gather the highest number of action VP that is needed for the different Team Leadership levels?

It is wiser to train your teammates (down-line) to collect the action VP from doing their to-do list every day. There are many other ways to obtain action VP but those should be considered optional.

Why do I suggest this?

1. It is easy to duplicate
2. Affiliates can gather over 400 action VP each month and only have to acquire another 1,100 VP in sales to make EA level.
3. This system can be done with the lowest overhead cost than any other way.

Action VP can be collected or earned and even won in many other ways but it is necessary for each affiliate to get in the habit of collecting the daily, weekly and monthly action VP. By doing this they will learn how to train their own down-lines how to easily collect action VP without spending extra money to acquire them.

With the advent of our new marketing qualifications for the Team Leader levels it would be a good idea to evaluate your team building strategies.

Many who reached a Team Leader status did so without having to build a solid base of working affiliates by making large purchases and also earning AVP (Action VersaPoints) in the auctions and games.

With the new qualifications in place an affiliate will have to build a team that consists of EA2s and higher on their front lines to be able to advance to the higher levels. This in turn will bring everyone back to how SFI originally designed the marketing plan to be profitable for everyone in the first place.

The new signing bonuses really will not affect how we should be concentrating to build our teams. The benefits that are derived from the signing bonuses will be that some of our new affiliates will stick around longer because it is a good incentive to work for. This in turn will give the sponsors a longer time in which to attempt to help our new affiliates become motivated and stay active.

At this time I think it would be advisable to concentrate on learning to market TripleClicks products and teach our down-line teammates to do the same (also include transfer buying). When the new affiliates in our teams see the profits that can be made by selling products they will stay around much longer and this will give the Team Leaders time to help our affiliates start building and training their own down-lines.

Remember, to earn really good commissions in SFI and TripleClicks is to move products (sell or use) if no products are being sold then no one earns any money.

As new affiliates join SFI and TripleClicks one of the first things they see is that when you become a Bronze Team Leader you start to receive what is known as “matching VP” (VersaPoints) which when acquired can be a boost to your commission earnings.

As of the date of this answer (12/09/2015) earning a thousand action VersaPoints and having 2000 sales VersaPoints you would become a Bronze Team Leader and be eligible to collect matching VP from EA2s in your team.

Starting in January 2016 there is one more qualifying requirement for a Bronze Team Leader and that is to have at least one (1) PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate) EA2 on your first level.

With this new qualification it would be useless to attempt to reach the Bronze Team Leader level without an EA2 that you have personally sponsored on your first level.

It would be much better to put your investment of time and money into helping your first level Affiliates reach the Executive level two months in a row.

As you are helping your down-line teammates, they will learn by the example you are showing. So when they start receiving new affiliates into their group they will also start helping their teammates become EAs also. That is known as Duplication – and it is the fastest path to advancement in levels and in income.

As the saying goes; “Help as many people as you can to become successful and you will become successful.”

One of the things I have said to my teammates many times is that; “I plan to make it to the top levels of SFI and I want to take as many of you (Teammates) with me as I can.” This is achieved by helping my teammates more than I help myself.

In following this method I know that I will reach the Diamond level sooner than I expect because my main focus will be on creating Platinum Team leaders with the teammates that wish to follow my example.

One thing that is common among SFI affiliates is the question on “how to motivate my newly arrived referrals so they will stay long enough to become active?”

When dealing with Internet marketing and a “free” to join marketing company comes with knowing that our ads will draw a lot of people who are just clicking on everything in search of “fast” money or looking for that magic “one button” to success business. This same thing happens even when using paid, and targeted advertising – you will get referrals that for whatever reason, will never even give SFI more than just signing up on the dotted line.

As sponsors we ask ourselves, “What can I do differently so my new referrals will hang around for more than a day or so?”

That is a question that every serious SFI affiliate would like to have the answer for. No matter what we try there are always the referrals that will persistently do nothing and most of them will never even bother to opt-out.

What is my answer for this scenario? – I know this may sound crude but I do not have the time to worry about those who sign up and then go dormant. All my time is taken up in advertising and in supporting the affiliates that are in my team that are working and active.

When a new referral signs up we have a very short window of influence in which we can attempt to stimulate them enough to at least give SFI (or sponsors) a chance to show the real potential of this business.

My suggestion is that your welcome letter needs to be motivating enough to help stir the fire up in every new arrival you receive. Your follow up ECard or Email should also add more passion to what you shared within your welcome letter. If you do not push their buttons (so to speak) during the day they enroll you more than likely will not get a second chance.

The next suggestion is well known – Do not fret over the inactivity of people who enroll and then do nothing – instead focus your attention on helping your active members become team leaders. Yes – “Work with your Movers.”

To get the most out of TripleClicks Gateways a person will have to do a lot of advertising on free safe sites and on paid sites. The object is to put your ads in front of the people who will use the products you’re trying to sell.

The more eyeballs that look upon your ads the better the chance you have of gaining sales. The problem lies in whose eyeballs you’re putting your ads in front of, which is based on the product you’re trying to sell?

If you have a blog that is already drawing traffic just write an article about the product you’re trying to sell and include the link to take them to TripleClicks to purchase it. It will help tremendously if you drive traffic to the blog site using the URL from your posted article about the product.

The best way to gain sales is to send targeted traffic to your TripleClicks Gateway or to a selection of products listed on your blog site. You most likely will have to use paid advertising and proper filters set to draw the people that will want to use your product.

What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI?

This question can be read in a couple different ways.
1. Is it your personal success you are trying to measure?
2. Or is it the success of people in your down-line you are trying to measure?

You really cannot measure the success of others because what may be success to you will not be success for them. Success is measured by the ruler (measuring stick) that you have built for yourself. Everyone is carrying around their own system (ruler) for determining the level of success they have achieved.

With that being said we need to look at how you measure your own progress towards your long term goals of success.

First: you need to determine a definitive goal or goals that you wish to achieve.
a. A new car (pay cash)
b. A new house
c. Retirement on easy street
d. Earn a million dollars

Second: You then need to select a time frame (be specific) in which you wish to obtain your definitive goal.
a. I will purchase my new car with cash in September of 2016
b. I will have my new house built and paid for in May of 2018
c. I will retire on December of 2020 with enough cash to live on easy street.
d. I will have made my 1 million dollars by November of 2022

Third: Now you need to make plans on how you will accomplish your long term goals. Such as
a. Daily - activities
b. Weekly - business building
c. Monthly - savings and earnings
d. Yearly - accomplishing and increasing goal targets.

Now with all of the above done you can easily measure your own successful advancements. Simply compare where you are at today with what you have laid down for your accomplishments for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.

If you will accomplish your desires at the present levels of activities all is well and on schedule no adjustments necessary, give yourself an uplifting pat on the back.

If you find by comparison that you are far behind in reaching your definitive goals by your own time limits you then must carefully adjust your “time limits” or your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities must increase to meet the needed required deadlines.

If you are not inclined to setting plans and goals and working to accomplish them then more than likely you will not be inclined to achieve success. Remember you cannot hit a target that is not there.
