Hello friend,

This is a very complicated question for many but for the experienced ones, it would be relatively an easier one to answer.

As far as I am concerned, I always encourage my PSAs to retain their status as EA (Executive Affiliate) in the system to earn a commission each other and other perks till they are in a position to create their own Team to become a Team Leader.

I do believe in the simple logic that a Leader will survive for long only if he/she has got a successful and active team under them otherwise, there is no point in reaching the status of Team Leader status just to boast for.

Nevertheless, I will explain all the benefits of being of a Team Leader to my PSAs in advance so that they can plan their strategies accordingly to reach that coveted status through proper planning and ideas.

In this system, it is very important to enroll more and more PSAs under one’s belt and make them active and successful to work for them and earn the income and also the duplication.

Hence, at the outset, I will not encourage my new PSAs to go for the status of Team Leader unless they are ready to reach that destination confidently with proper planning.

I do believe, no leader can survive for long without the support of an active and successful team.

The knowledge base in SFI is like an ocean and never will have the dearth of solutions too to any of the questions related to SFI.

Very often, I experience these kinds of difficulties but I never get worried or get panic because I know, there is always a second option to get the solution or an answer.

Whenever I face the difficulties in answering to my downline’s queries, first, I will go to my upline leaders to get the suitable and appropriate answer from them. In certain cases, they will also be in two thoughts about the right answers or solutions to be provided. In such circumstances, I will go to my competent A2A friends and they will provide the best solutions the way they can.

One thing I am sure, even if I don’t receive the answers from any of them, there is the Biggest Sponsor for everybody in SFI and we can go to that sponsor always for solutions and will never disappoint us. The name of such an awesome sponsor is SFI Forum. In Forum, we get apt, superb and the best answers from the numerous scholars and experts over there.

Moreover, there are enough quick guides and solutions too in SFI from where we can get almost all the answers and solutions to our queries instantly from their data base in just a few clicks.

It would be wise to have a humble start in the system and a steady growth. I do believe, with sheer determination, hard work and self confidence, we can achieve manifold success in SFI and earn handsomely in the days to come.

My sincere advice to all the members in the system to believe in your own potentials and read all the articles, notes and documents towards growth SFI provides. Once you get acclimatized with those, then you will start growing and reach the pinnacle.

One should concentrate on two things mostly without any compromises and they are Team Building and Generating the Sales. With those two very important factors, you can achieve the most success and enjoy the benefit of substantial income. Hence, it is mandatory to enroll new members into the system, with proper guidance, make them active and successful and they will provide you the income even beyond your wild imaginations. When a new PSA (Personally Referred Affiliate) enter into your team, he/she will have many apprehensions about the system and its well being. It is for you to remove and clear all those doubts with your very perfect, systematic and inspirational Welcome Letter to invite them into our great SFI.

Always start your letter with a good salutation and congratulate and appreciate the concerned for their decision to join in the system.

Then it will be yourself introduction and narrate your status and experience in a very short and simple manner and invite them to visit your profile to know the facts by themselves.

Then the preliminary guidelines about the system and the basic ways to collect those Free and Invaluable Versa Points one by one and encourage them to get the importance to collect 500 Versa Points within 24 hours after joining in SFI and also about 200 Bonus VPs and about the Fast Track Badge attached to it. It will give them tremendous confidence in the system and to move forward more confidently.

Thereafter, you should convince them about the importance of reading and understanding those invaluable lessons in START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD and its importance in their further growth in the system. It is also important to guide them to collect all the necessary points to reach the status of EA (Executive Affiliate) and more. Be sure to make them convinced about the guaranteed commission in SFI once they reach the status of EA and narrate your own experiences in SFI and also the way you earned your Income from the beginning in a short manner. I am sure, as their Sponsor, your own experiences and efforts will make your new PSAs more determined and motivated to work harder to achieve the level of success as yours or beyond in the days to come.

Never forget to use some very inspiring and motivating sentences to attract their attention and this strategy will work as a booster in their career growth in SFI.

The last but not the least, invite all your new PSAs to be in touch with you always and prompt them to contact you at every stage in their progress to get more knowledge and earning in SFI. Never forget, an Active and Inspiring Sponsor can do the wonders in his/her downline’s growth and it will yield you great dividends in the days to come. I would suggest you to provide your PSAs your contact number and the personal email ID as well so as to allow them to be in touch with you even beyond the system. The basic things we all need to do are to log on to the system daily and read the To-Do-List carefully and complete all the tasks systematically. Besides that, it is important to read your messages in the inbox and take appropriate actions.

There are many other things an affiliate can do on daily basis in the system but the most important factor is to enroll the new people into my team and make them active. If you ask me about this, I always set a monthly target to recruit new personnel in to my team and accordingly, I move on. Moreover, it is necessary to see the growth of your existing team members as well, guide and help them with more ideas and solutions.

For me, recruiting more and more people into the team is very important than any other activities in the system so that we can enjoy an attractive income always in SFI. Hence, I spend more and more time to get more people into my team and make them really active and successful.

You may be sending regular weekly support messages to your downline and seldom, the people respond to your mails and ask for the clarification. In case, if you find, you need to address specific concerns of a small group of affiliates in your team, you can send them individual mails by narrating all the concerns and its solutions.

A Team Leader should be always positive while addressing their downline and it is also important to mention recent developments in the system as well as the ideas for your downline to grow in the SFI. But constructive criticism is always good only when you send individual mails addressing specific concerns of a particular affiliate.

Nevertheless, you should be careful not to hurt the emotions and sentiments of a team mate while advising the concerned to follow your guidelines to become successful.

No. I won’t suggest individual welcome letters to the new PSAs but send the letters through Team Mail. I am telling you this for various reasons.

First of all, when we send welcome letters to their individual email addresses, there is no guarantee that it will reach them safely unless they white list SFI in their address book. But if we send the welcome letters through Group Mailings or Team Mailings, it will have two impacts instead of one. It will reach to their respective SFI inboxes and also to their registered email ID inbox.

Hence, I would suggest strongly that the Group Mailings are absolutely good and safe by all means.

As a sponsor, it is your responsibility to convince your downline the importance of having a Team to grow and become successful in the system along with other factors.

In most of the cases, Affiliates won’t be able to recruit or enroll themselves anyone due to various factors, in such cases, after observing their progress for a few months, it is for you to take up the matter and narrate the exclusive benefits of being an S-Builder Co-Op. Subscriber.

I am sure, at first, they will be reluctant to the idea of spending money on something which they never heard of before but if you can explain to them the goodness of it without intimidating and its long lasting benefits, why not, they will be fully willing to have at least one pack of S-Builder to start with. After all, everything depends on you and how you present the matter in a perfect way and convince the concerned. I am so happy that this is the first time I have gone through such an intelligent question especially about the age factor.

SFI itself promulgate that Earn Second Income through their great system. Of late, many people have joined in SFI to earn such an Income in addition to their First Source of Income. Once the people realize that their Second Income is much more than what they earn by working under stress for longer hours to earn their primary income, they chose to make SFI as their career, put their more efforts and make it as their Primary and Only Source of Income.

I don’t think that the age factor is a criteria to start one’s career with SFI. The persons who are over 50 will be more matured and will have a clear vision about the entire concept. They will be more disciplined to read, understand and learn all the preliminary sections to move forward more confidently than some of the youngsters who may not take the system much seriously and will give up once they lose their tolerance in search of other “green pastures” without any directions. Moreover, the older lot have tremendous patience and willingness to give the system a chance to prove that SFI is the best and the Income they generate through SFI is real and genuine. Once they get acclimatized with the system, then they know what they need to do further to grow without much guidance.

As far as I am concerned, no need of any special kind of approach towards them and with a humble and humane touch as always we do, they will listen to us and produce the fruitful results in the days to come.


Hence, I will be more pleased to teach a person who is above 50 about the system because I can expect their dedication and determination to progress in the system and that is what my experience too. I always feel comfortable in convincing an older person than a younger one as the new breed of youngsters may have more ifs and buts without trying much harder after their first month in SFI and the lack of willingness to move forward. Once they realize about the true efforts to be put from their second month on wards, they will completely give up the system and become inactive despite of repeated reminders.

As a matter of fact, every one of us is different in some way but for those of us who are more 'different,' we have to put more effort into convincing the less different that we can do the same thing as they can just differently.
