When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

Whatever you do, you should become EA every month. So, it's better to invest in EA-qualifying purchase. Otherwise you won't have anything to adverse toward JMT gateway and nothing to show as example to your downline. And of course if you aren't EA, you want receive commission and new CSA and also you won't seem serious about becoming an active businessperson, who can coach others.
Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

I think ECA is the best income generator. PSA's purchases gives 45 % Commission of CV, but ECA's sales give much more money if the ECA's successful. I often advice my team to look for ECA to join in the business. It's win - win situation. ECA goes Global and finds more clients. On the other side People's team and commission grows.
Should I or shouldn't I participate in the SFI PPA program?

Hello, Personally I find the investment in SFI PPA program a waste. I tried it once, nothing happened. I also discussed it with some of my upline and affiliates and it seems it's not good way to earn at all. It may be a source of additional income somehow, but in my opinion is good to use when you already have stable income from SFI and active downline.
What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

I will share my own experience again, because this is what I know about my financial budget. Of course is personal choice for people what will they do or do not with their money depending of their own expenses.
In my first years I didn't have even a SO, because my budget was tight or may be I didn't calculate my expenses. Whatever. On my first two months I invested without SO around $50. I earned commission in August 2011 and I re-invested it. Starting then I re-invest every month my commission that varied between $20-$50 every month to be EA2. On January 2012 I lost active people and my commission dropped down. I still had commission that I re-invested and I didn't bid on auctions to save my T-credits and MRP for purchasing something that made me EA2.
In 2014 my commission was really bad - around $15 and I re-invested it all in purchasing every single day one T-credit for 126 MRP, because I had a lot MRP. Also in this year I had a new Co-sponsor. A great lady that sent me Gift certificates to remain my EA2 sometimes, but I began to invest my commission and more money /around $15/ to remain Ea2. This year I am in better financial situation at the moment and the budget I invest + my commission every month is around $100. So there are few options you have for a budget:
1. SO for 1200 VP /100 T-credits/ for $29 and with AVP from daily, weekly and monthly actions you become EA2';
2. SO for 1500 VP /125 T-credits/ for $36.28 you are EA2 with it and with other actions and sales you can become BTL if you have active team
3. SO for 1780 VP /125 T-credits + 1 unit S-co-builder) for $58.25 - you are EA 2 and or can pay more $40 for t-credits that transform into AVP to become BTL.
4. No SO and no money for investment - you have a lot of working time, but with Sales you can become EA2 if you promote every day products from Tripleclics that can earn you commissions or if you're seller on your own stuff. Also you can play games for free to earn entrance to DC and by doing daily actions you should participate in DG. This way you can win some prizes that can make you EA2.
So the good budget depends of what you want to become - EA2, BTL or great seller.
This is my experience till now. Hope it helps.

How do you become a great salesman or saleswoman?

Hello, this is really important question. Well, first of all you should know that people need different things and if you want to sale you should know what they need. That means you should personally know their needs with a few questions when face to face communications or few e-mails to potential prospects. For a good salesman/woman is important to not irritate and pressure people. It's good to do some research and then to offer products. Another important steps is to be clear in explaining and correct in the relationship with the potential customer. Don't offer thing people don't need. This way you lie and when you lie you don't have reputation. The loving of what you do is a must - the business is to connecting and inspiring people, who want it. So, if you love to use cosmetic for example, inspire others with your sincerity about the products you sell in this area.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Just let them go if they decided it. You shared experienced, supported, answered questions and explained all you was asked for, right? You personally talked with them about their priorities and life situation, right? They didn't want to work, saying it's not for them behind "is not what they expected". This is all just excuses to not do what it's need to be done to remain EA2. This is what I would do. Of course, we will keep in touch as friends or person that know each other, but I won't say nothing more about SFI business if I am not asked from them. It's a bit harsh, but you know, people should believe in what they do in my opinion. They should share a similar road or at least destination and should be ready to give their all in trying the new way to achieve what they want.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

Hello, this is interesting question. Personally I prefer to advise my team to slow down the qualification of TL, because this is hard to maintain status and often people are disappointed when they understand that every month they begin on zero. So, it's better to slow down and build authority and reputation of good person and Leader, who gives great example. After that people can go toward TL with clear consciousness, knowledge and stable belief to maintain this status.
Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?
Victoria Mineva, Aff (Bulgaria)

It's better to begin with brief preview of SFI opportunity to the prospects. When people become interested, it's good to share more information in details. But that sharing shouldn't be done at once, but in parts. This way people will understand more things regarding the business. After that if they really interested and have joined the business, they will read and learn alone. But you should be aware that there will be a lot of new questions and it's good to stay tuned about new stuff.
What are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?

There are no concrete signs if the affiliate is good or not. If the person remains in your team after the first month and easy points, it's OK. But I have a situation - one of my PSA was active for 6 months, he didn't see any profits and left the team. Other has worked the first month and easy VP, after that left. So, it's not any signs if the affiliate is good or not in Business. But if I should say what means good affiliate - this is a person, who is communicating with his Up line and Down line and have the patience to work at least 1 year activity /any activity/ in the business. So the signs can be summarized like this:
- 1 year work
- Doing all the activities daily
- Communicating and friendship with the team

What I do to help every single person in my team that wants to success. I share my experience, communicate regular and tell what I have achieved till now. I give support, advises and stay by the side of my team member. I encourage him/her to do every action that gives AVP, to make sales and if I can afford it, give financial support. If I am BTL, I tell how did I end there. If I am EA2, I also tell how money I invested to be this rank. Everything is about communication and inspiration
