How do I convince prospective ECAs that TripleClicks can be great for LOCAL sales?

First question, where do you call local? For me it is Malaysia. So my first step would be to look up number of affiliates in Malaysia. How big is the community?
Then I would tell the prospect "Look at this. This is the number of people looking for something to buy. These people prefers local product because there will be no shipping fees if you offer local pick up, or cheaper shipping fees if you use PosMalaysia (the local postal service). Don't worry about advertising because these people are the same people who would do the advertising for you"
So with customers lining up and advertising being taken care of, would anyone be turning that away?

Why should I invest in SFI?

Because it is your business and not anyone else's. You see, I work a 9 to 5 job and whenever I have to use my own money to go somewhere for the company for a project, my salary still remains the same no matter if the project succeeds or not. If I'm lucky I will get a bonus if the project suceeds but if not.........
With SFI, you should invest but invest wisely. Because each investment is one step closer to an income that could far exceed your salary. Remember to think through your strategy before investing. What should you invest in? Advertising? PSAs? etc.

What are some good ways to effectively use SFI X-Cards?
Shamsina Sabdin, Aff (Malaysia)

Affiliate since: 03/28/2011, Power Rank: 591
There are a lot of ways to use the X-cards, but the question is how to make it effective. I know that the X-card are not expensive but shipping fees to my area of the world are double the cost of the X-card so obviously we would like to get as much as we can per card.
Therefore, I would suggest the X-cards are being handed out as business cards. So whenever you strike a conversation with someone regarding SFI or TripleClicks, leave a card.
On the X-card there is a place to put your SFI ID number so that you will be credited as the sponsor. But I would suggest to also put your personal website on it (only if your website is talking about SFI/TripleClicks). So while handing out the card, you can say something like "If you would like to know more or just wanted to go over what I just told you, please visit my website. The address is on my business card here. I have created this website to answer just the sort of questions you have asked me today"
And make sure your website is really full of the information you've just given him. What I mean is it must be your own opinions and testimonials on what you have done and achieved. Not a regurgitation of what is already on the SFI website which he will also encounter when he clicks to register.
And most importantly, make sure there are banners and links around your website which will make your prospects's registration much easier if he can see where the register button is.

What is the best way to teach my downline how to build their downline?

Via a website. This is what I do. I have an SFI training website which shows step by step what needs to be done in SFI.
Explaining how to build downlines to your team is great if both of you speaks the same language. But in SFI, your team comes from all over the world and speak all the languages that exist. I find that a website is helpful. Plus with the different timezones, you can still help your team even when you're asleep.
So make sure your website explains about advertising, explains about the welcome letters, explains about the importance of that first contact. Make sure you talk about the follow ups as well. And the various incentives that can be offered to newbies (like setting up contests, etc). All these ideas and guides in one place would really help your team.
Plus they can follow at their own pace. And not frustrate you if some are slower than others to understand what you're teaching. Just like children in school study at different rates, our team is the same. You cannot expect everyone to be high flyers at the get go. Some will be, but only after several months of study, or several years even.
So whatever you do, just teach and guide and share.

What is the importance of the new ECA tab at the Affiliate Center? How will you be using it to grow your business?
Shamsina Sabdin, Aff (Malaysia)

Affiliate since: 03/28/2011, Power Rank: 591
I have a website which I use to promote SFI. Now that there is the new ECA tab at the affiliate centre together with the Featured ECA of the Day programme, I have started to showcase the TripleClicks aspect of SFI. Previously I have only used my website as a training site for my team.
So what I do is every day I check out the FECAD and browse through their products. I choose 1 product which is SFI related (like Landing Page or Traffic if the ECA offers them) and add the product to my website. This is special for my team so they know that TripleClicks offers products that can help them with their SFI business.
Then I also pick a product that might endear to the masses. The general traffic out there which might drop by my website. Like jewellery, or electronic items, or clothes and put that on my wesite as well. This is to show that TripleClicks is for everyone. I might not know if the product I choose are cheaper compared to buying locally, because my traffic could come from anywhere in the world. But I hope some of the products are.
So each FECAD will have at least 1 product being showcased on my website. And that is how I help build everyone's business. By bringing in traffic and making sales!

How do you use traffic exchange websites to drive traffic to your SFI gateways?
Shamsina Sabdin, Aff (Malaysia)

Affiliate since: 03/28/2011, Power Rank: 591
Here's what I do. I get a website. You can decide to use a blog if you have one. But that website must be about SFI alone. Obviously it can contain references on TripleClicks but what I really mean is, don't talk about non-SFI related stuff in your website or blog.
Then I join traffic exchanges and promote my website. So instead of promoting the SFI gateways, I promote my website which is talking about SFI.
Make sure you put good content in your website. A review of a product. Discussion about the programme. Your take on the auction or games. How to develop your team. How to build downlines. The website must be about building your SFI business. Then scattered all around your posts are banners and links for people to click on and sign up if they find your post is interesting and would like to try out SFI for themselves.
Make sure you update regularly. No one like to see the same page over and over again in traffic exchanges. They just click pass them. I do too. But I always stop clicking whenever I see a new page that I haven't seen before to read its content. So on this note, whenever you see a new traffic exchange come up, join them and promote SFI there first!

If a friend or family member asks you about your SFI business, what do you tell them?
Shamsina Sabdin, Aff (Malaysia)

This is what I tell them:
When you start any business, you will need to put in time, money and effort. No business is any different. Be it an internet business or a physical brick and mortar store or an investment into stocks. You need to know your area, focus on your target, learn to be creative and put in some money.
I chose SFI compared to any other business because it has a low start up cost. I don't have to put in money to open my store. I don't have to put in money to store my inventory. I don't have to do anyhing I don't want to do.
I chose SFI because I can be active (or not) at my own pace. I learn as I go. If I want more income, I just need to put in more effort. This business might not be for everyone as everyone is different. But for me this business is for my retirement.

How is advising my PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country helpful?
Shamsina Sabdin, Aff (Malaysia)
6/16/2015 2:21 am
Affiliate since: 03/28/2011, Power Rank: 591
It is definitely helpful. Remember to always remind your team that sales is important in SFI. You yourself do not have to buy anything but you need to promote TripleClicks to the mass public in order to increase the TripleClicks Executive Pool value.
And if you have ECAs from your own country, that is even better because there would not be overly expensive shipping fees. I hear time and again that the expensive shipping fees are the reason some people would not buy from the internet. Obviously shipping from halfway round the world would be expensive. But if you have an ECA from your own country, it would at least lower that cost somewhat.
I am an ECA, and I offer free delivery to my own country. I still charge delivery for overseas but at varying rates.
If your PSA comes from a country that does not have much ECA presence, then that would be a great opportunity for them to develop their income stream as a sale from an ECA you referred will net you commissions forever!

What exactly do you do other than the daily To Do List to really succeed in SFI?

I have 3 things that I do outside of SFI that is focused for SFI.
1) I have an SFI training website which I created specially for my team. On this website I post step by step instructions as well as guides on what to do in SFI. I include explanations on transfer buying, the daily tasks, stuff on advertising and other related materials.
2) I also set up a newsletter using my autoresponder. Again my newsletter contains stuff on SFI much like my website contains but the approach is more for non affiliates. My objective is to get these non affiliates to be familiar with SFI and hence once they join they will already know what to do.
3) I also created a splash page for Gift Card distribution. Something like "I will give you a $12 gift card if you will try out this online shopping mall". Note that this one is specifically targetting those shoppers out there rather than people looking to make money.
Obviously for the above 3 things to provide returns for me, I advertise these 3 sites daily. Advertising is the most important thing you can do to succeed in your business. And if you can't afford paid advertising yet, there are many free advertising places you can use.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?
Shamsina Sabdin, Aff (Malaysia)
7/6/2015 2:06 am
Affiliate since: 03/28/2011, Power Rank: 591
I think basically you will need to find out what motivates them. Everyone has their ON button. It might be family. It might be their parents. It might be that girl next door he's trying to impress by buying stuff cheaply on the internet. No one really know what might motivate another person.
So in the case of our inactive affiliates, what I do is just tell stories. I've had a person reply my teammail when I talked about my kids. I guess the story resonated with them because they feel and want the same thing for their own kids.
Change your strategy once in a while. In your teammail, instead of talking about SFI, talk about yourself. Talk about what you've done. Talk about what you've gained. And use simple words. We are all bombarded with amazing targeted words to make people register under you and buy stuff, so I think we are wary when we see those words being used. So change them.
Simple words would allow your non English speaking team members to translate easily with Google Translate. I tried translating English into my own language once and it didn't translate very well. So simple is better.
