But, there is one tool I find very versatile, flexible and effective in building a successful business, that is the GENEALOGY.
Recruiting Affiliate is only a preliminary part of the job. What an Affiliate becomes most of the time is a product of robust training, follow up and close monitoring. The Genealogy tool, if properly understood and utilized can turn idle and inexperienced PSA and CSA into a star in the business.
The Genealogy shows you the number of Affiliates you have in your team, and list them out by their generation. It includes also the number of your CSAs. The summation of VersaPoints of your team by their generations is also available. So easily, you have a complete overview of the current state of your team at a particular day of the month. This gives room for adequate strategy to meet your team's goals.
You have the option of viewing the CONDENSED Genealogy, that is 90-day logins, EAs, and affiliates w/Standing Orders only. With this, you are able to access your promising Affiliates. This speaks a lot of volumes as regards business building.
At the center section of Genealogy, you have fields in which you'll be able to select a particular group or class of Affiliates using Sorts and Filters. For instance, you select Affiliates that signed up before, during or after a particular date; "Date Joined". Other Filter option includes: SFI ID, Sponsor ID, VersaPoints (Total),VersaPoints (This month), CSA Assign Date etc. There is a lot of revealing combinations you can come up with.
Besides this, you have 10 TABS that allows you to view your Genealogy in format relevant to your need at a particular time.
1. Basic - lists SFI ID, name, title, etc
2. VersaPoints - Power Rank, Country Rank etc
3. S-Builder - Displays your team member's recent S-Builder participation.
4. Communication - Includes e-mail addresses for PSAs and CSAs.
5. Aff Mgr - Profile scores, Completed affiliate profiles or not, Active standing orders etc
6. Sales - TC referral total, Sales VersaPoints (SVP) etc
7. Gift Cert - You can use this to offer Gift Certificate to PSAs or CSAs
8. Geographic - Country of Affiliate, state etc
9. Reassign -This can be used to reassign PSAs
10. TCredits - Transfer TCredits to your Team Members
Just imagine how greatly your team could be built with all these tools all in your Genealogy!
Above all of these is the facility for targeted communications. Communication is the soul of this business. Regular and periodic mails go along way in propelling activity and commitment in the team. You can categorize your Team using Sorts and Filters to segment them and send relevant mails. For example, your inactive Affiliates can be reached separately by using "Last Login". Use "VersaPoints (This Month)" to reach active Affiliates etc.
