First and foremost, the Fast-Track 2 program gets new affiliates some VP to build their businesses. The 250 VP is a huge boost to almost anyone's business. The Fast Track badge is good to add to your trophy rack, and it tells anyone that you are serious about the business. This helps establish your credibility with downline affiliates. The way I introduce new affiliates to the business is a staged process.

Stage 1 - Encourage them to get 500 VP the first day and tell them how - this gets them an extra 200 VP

Between first and third day in business:

Stage 2 - Explain about Fast-Track 2 - tell them about the 10 day window of opportunity - explain NMP (New Member Pack) and how beneficial that is.

After 10th day or after they have reached 750 - 1000 VP:

Stage 3 - Explain benefits of Standing Order

After they have reached EA level

Stage 4 - Explain why and how to go TL Bronze - people who are excited and dynamic can often do that within a couple weeks of entering the business

I don't want to introduce Fast-Track 2.0 before they have had a chance to explore the business a little. My reasoning is that initially they will have no concept of what the terminology means that I might use to explain the benefits of FT. Also I feel it is important to establish some sort of communication with that new affiliate before loading him or her with things they should buy or invest in their business.

You basically have two choices there:

1) Promote them into the ECA Program while simultaneously getting them up and running on the Internet

2) Market their products through your own ECA business and show them what can be done - believe me, if you start selling their products internationally, they are going to get very interested in what you are doing

This is a quite common situation in third world countries where a lot of people make products for sale in the local markets, but have no idea how to expand into the international arena. You could do them and yourself a huge favor. Not only that, you can take it on to see that local arts and crafts are well represented in TripleClicks. Every country produces some kind of unique product or products that could be marketed internationally, and if TripleClicks gets recognized as one of the leading places to market local made crafts, we all stand to benefit.

First of all, be specific and to the point. Keep your message simple. Respond to the question. Use words straight from your heart. Put yourself in the questioner's place, and consider what they need to hear to address their concerns. Do they just need reassurance that the business works, or is it a deeper question into exactly how the business works? Gauge where the listener is coming from and treat their question with due respect.

Remember, almost every person starts out the business a bit overwhelmed with information, and they progress over time to a much greater understanding of the business and how it works. Your answer may well depend on where you figure they are in that process. Try to give them an answer they can use.

You want to leave the questioner with the feeling that their question has been answered, and that this business is straight forward and logical, thus that is the way your answer should be. If you do that, your answer should garner as many votes as possible.

On principle, I would never discourage anyone from going after this business. What I advise them to do is to earn 1,500 VP first just by going through the training materials so they know that an affiliate can built up to EA level without investing a penny. In my case, it took me six days to reach that level. Once an affiliate is at that level, a 1500 VP standing order boosting them up to TL Bronze level makes a lot of sense. It took me eight days in the business to get to TL Bronze level, and I must say that I had my sponsor's attention and support the whole way, and it made an incredible difference.

If a person declares themselves a leader in the business, by all means encourage them. My sponsor transferred both PSAs and CSAs to me as soon as I make TL Bronze. That really set me on fire. Incidentally, two of those CSAs became my first EA2s. Then when I received the bonus of another 59 CSAs from the company for being at the TL Bronze level, I was fully engaged and roaring with unstoppable enthusiasm.

The funny thing is in retrospect, I could have made it to the Bronze level even sooner, and possibly gone on to Team Leader Silver level that first month. That is how fired up I was.

The Eager Zebra games are both fun and highly addictive. They also more than justify the 125 TCredit Standing Order. Once a person gets involved in the games, there is very little hesitancy about getting on Standing Order. This ensures that they will always be at least EA2 in the business. Also, the more they play, the better they get at playing, and the more they start to win. All it takes is a win or two in any one of the contests, and you will have a raging Eager Zebra maniac on your hands. Believe me, that can make for a very successful business.

1) Let your team know you are going on vacation - use it to motivate them
2) Tie in with your upline to cover for you while you are away
3) Check in wherever and whenever you have internet access
4) Introduce you upline who will temporarily cover for you to your group
5) Make a contest for your downline while you are gone
6) Also, remind them that they can also get answers directly from the Forum

I have only been in the business four months so far, but I have accumulated 80 - A2A contacts so far. In the beginning I was thinking of collecting SFI contacts from Northern Thailand, but now most of my A2A contacts are from other countries, so getting them all together is not feasible.

What I had in mind earlier was to get all the active ESAs from this area together at some point sort of like what you are talking about. There are so many arts and crafts from this area that could do well if marketed through TripleClicks. My thinking was that it could be really valuable to trade notes on what works when marketing local products. My thinking is that TripleClicks is going to grow into a place known for being able to buy and sell local products at very reasonable prices, possibly having an online country fair from a given country to group market products of that country. Let's say Mexico, say for one month, all Mexican ECAs would be highlighted, and then next month another country.

If you were able to get a bunch of local A2As together, I think it would be really cool to have a Platinum Team Leader to speak. I think the purpose of the get together should be to have fun, though, and not too much serious stuff. One possibility I like would be to have it oriented to the Eager Zebra games, especially group participation in the Trivia games. You could also have people who have been successful at each of the games talking about strategies they use. That is something that everyone could possibly benefit from, and probably would result in increased game playing on the part of all attendees.

I think you should keep in mind what you intend to accomplish to make sure it benefits all who attend, whether they are in the business or not, or whether they are cross line or not. You should realize that it could turn negative if you are not careful. You don't want two cross-line affiliates battling for a single new PSA, and you don't want anyone putting down another line of sponsorship. That just wouldn't be healthy for the business as a whole.
