Enthusiasm can be highly infectious, when presented in the correct way. It must be authentic, genuine, heart-felt, not so sales-pitchy.

Work on the benefits to the person, rather than the 'science-bit'. How does it make you FEEL?

What did you learn about yourself in the process of working towards your goals? It can be a mistake to think only of the end result, without appreciating the journey, as one may feel aware of disappointment of not getting there yet.

For me, SFI has been the best online education I have found so far (regardless of earnings), and the daily tasks have provided encouragement along the way. They felt like a bit of a chore at first, because I didn't understand the program, however by committing to doing them I have come to understand the program, and the daily tasks are now a pleasure I look forward to.

"If you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got."

They say it takes 30 days to change a habit or install a new habit. SFI has helped me to make a commitment to my own journey to success and make it a habit.

Hey Daphne, if you've got many affiliates regularly doing the Daily To-Do list, you're off to a great start. Well done!

Now think of ways you can use the To-Do list to pique their interest and whet their appetites for more. A great way of doing this is by using your Stream.

Post lots of motivation on your Stream, such as:

- Congratulate your achievers. Draw their attention to achievements of yourself and others to show them what is possible with SFI.
- Post links to the most useful, helpful and motivational forum posts and training articles.
- Write in your Leadership Page blog and post links to that.
- Do you have your own blog? Update that with helpful articles and post links to that in your Stream.
- Appeal to emotions, rather than trying to sell or get them to do tasks that they may not see the point of yet, e.g. "How would it feel to be able to pay your bills with your SFI income?"

Of course, you can use these same techniques in newsletters, emails and ecards too, but I'm highlighting the use of them on your Stream because you know your affiliates are looking there.

Use all methods available to you to let affiliates know that the free points they get from doing their To-Do list is a great start towards achieving at least Executive Affiliate rank, but is only the tip of the iceberg compared to what is possible.

In my opinion, trying to single out who could be a superstar could be limiting to your business. Would you only work with potential superstars and neglect those who do not fit in the image?

I believe the simple answer is to treat them all like superstars, and you have more chance of them becoming superstars.

We have seen in the forum from many people who were slow-starters, but with continuing encouragement and communication from their sponsors and co-sponsors, became superstars later on.

Hi Paul,

After looking at your profile, and seeing that you have already proved yourself a very active and committed SFI affiliate since 2013, I'm inclined to think your question is set more to help other affiliates who feel they need more guidance than they are getting from their sponsor currently.

So, to answer in this context, I will explain what leads me to notice individual team members:

Every new PSA who joins my team sees my PSA greeting and within 24 hours will receive from me an ecard with my welcome message explaining how to get started, particularly how to do the 5 Fast-Track activities, which includes sending their commitment message and completing their Affiliate Profile, and how to access the Start video, SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons.I also guide them to a training video on my own website which shows them how to do the daily activities (red tabs). I tell them they can contact me at any time if they need guidance and provide my email address for them to do that.

The first thing that will make me notice a potentially serious affiliate is when I receive a notification that they have completed their affiliate profile. I visit that profile, read the information they have provided, then send them an ecard and try to connect with them based on that information. I invite them to contact me back, and if they do I always reply and begin building on that relationship.

An active sponsor is always on the lookout for active PSAs, and WILL notice them if they are appearing in the Movers tab, if they are achieving EA or higher, if they are winning in Daily Grand, if they are doing well in E365 (Congratulations on becoming E365 Champion yourself!), if they are active in the Forum, and so on. An active sponsor should be giving feedback and recognition in some way, whether through email, ecards or acknowledgements in Stream posts, and will always be open, approachable and amenable to any communications received from their PSAs.

An active sponsor will be sending regular newsletters, providing updates about SFI or giving general guidance that they believe will be most useful for their team to know about.

However, even an active sponsor is not a mind-reader, and if there is anything a PSA needs particular or individual help with, then the responsibility must be on the PSA to ASK for the help and guidance they need.

When a PSA looks like they are progressing at a good pace and understanding the system, as you evidently are, even an active sponsor may not be aware that the PSA is in need of additional guidance, unless they are asked for it.

In Gery's Rules of Success #4, we are encouraged to 'Work With The Workers' (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers) and believe me, an active sponsor will be delighted to receive an email from a PSA asking for guidance, and showing their commitment to their SFI business. You will most definitely be noticed if you do that. After all, a key ingredient of an entrepreneur, a self-starter, a business owner, is that they are capable and willing to seek the help they need.

An active sponsor will not always be 'breathing down the neck' of their individual PSAs, because it can be counter-productive and off-putting to someone who is quite happily working at their own pace, and will be a waste of energy on the vast majority of PSAs who join SFI but never take advantage of the opportunity offered to them.

Of course, I have only talked here about ACTIVE sponsors. If your sponsor is not active themselves, there is little you can do to expect guidance. In that case, it is your responsibility to reach out to your higher upline, SFI support and the extensive help community in the forum.

I would let them know that they are missing out on a very lucrative component of their business. The team-building side of SFI is the powerhouse of creating leveraged and residual income for their future.

I think it is probably not that they don't want to, but more that they are not confident in their team-building skills yet.

From my own experience, I think you can be cautious about recruiting people who you know, until you are absolutely certain that the business works. You don't want to 'get the blame' if it doesn't work out for family or friends, even though we know that they can't fail unless they quit.

I encourage my team to keep copies of information or emails I send them that they find useful, so they can use them to duplicate.

I also think it is easier to work with people who you don't know personally, but you know they have signed up because they do have an interest in creating an online income, which is why I have found it much easier to recruit via SFI's tools, such as S-Builder and PSAs-To-Go.

If your PSAs have shown commitment to their SFI business in all other areas, apart from the recruitment, perhaps you can start by reassigning one or two affiliates to them, to ease them gently into it and build their confidence.

That's a great question!

My immediate thought is that it depends what your goals are, and remembering that when we achieve our goals they are almost always replaced by higher goals.

You say 'future' PTLs, so you must have your eyes on that Diamond as a goal, as indeed we all should have. When you get there, and you will, you will be practised in the magic formula.

What will it feel like to have that Diamond?
How will your life have changed by getting there?
Will you have financial freedom?
Will your PTLs have financial freedom?
How will it feel to know that you have not only changed your life, but helped to improve the lives of others too?
Will you be loving what you're doing? Are you enjoying what you're doing now?

Will you want to stop? Of course you won't. Maybe you will enjoy that the pressure is off, and you can take a slower pace, but that will happen naturally anyway as the process gets easier.

Whatever you're doing, keep doing that!
The reward is not only in the destination, but in the journey!

Eager Zebra games, especially Knockout Trivia, have been the BEST way of building my successful SFI business.

For each TCredit you spend, you get 1VP (up to 200/month) and 5MRP, or 10MRP for a Double MRP game. In Knockout Trivia you can earn unlimited MRPs.

If you collect more than 20VP per day, you get an extra entry in Daily Grand.

For me, the best advantage has come from the MRPs. I have earned many thousands of MRPs, allowing me to invest in several $100s worth of business tools from SFI, like PSAs-To-Go and S-Builders, all building my team. When the new NMPs came out I was able to invest immediately in 5 of them without spending any money, and also getting a bonus 50 CSAs for my team on top of the 15 that came with them.

If I spend say, 100 TCredits in a day playing KOT, I may win a couple of games, retrieving my 100 with which to play more, but best of all, I have earned 500-1000 MRPs. In just a few days, I have enough for another S-Builder or similar. If I don't win, I still have the MRPs anyway, and tomorrow is a new day with more opportunities.

Not forgetting also, when you buy TC Direct products using your MRPs, you also get the VPs from them too, so when I bought 5 x NMPs for just 13,300 MRPs I also earned 2,500 VPs. Buying a S-Builder earns you 280 VP.

Winning extra TCredits has also allowed me to take part and win in auctions, winning more PSAs and business tools for bargain prices.

In my opinion, I would say the method of recruiting by cold calling is probably the least effective of all those available to you.

Personally, I have never engaged in a conversation, or bought anything from, a cold caller. In fact, I am registered with a service which makes cold-calling me illegal, so you have to be careful if you call anyone in countries which have that kind of service.

If you cold-call people at random from a telephone directory, the chances of finding someone who is remotely interested in this type of work, must be extremely rare, they may not even have a computer. You know nothing about them, and they know nothing about you, and people will be reluctant to discuss their personal circumstances with a complete stranger, so it will be a struggle to recruit by this method.

For PSA signups, online marketing to a targeted demographic may be better.

The exception to this may be if you call companies who have a product or service to sell. You may be able to promote the ECA facility at TripleClicks. However, it would be wise to do your research first, look at what they offer, then be able to tell them how becoming an ECA can help their business and increase their sales. Make sure to speak to the owner/manager of the company, your research should give you their name. Be prepared for any questions they may have, the first 2 minutes of your conversation will be the most important in their decision-making process. Don't give them your gateway link over the phone, there is a high chance they could make an error in input, and will not sign up under you, so your hard work will all be for nothing. Grab their interest, then get their email address to send your link to. Whether they sign up immediately or not, follow up a couple of days later, either to welcome and congratulate them on their signup, or to enquire as to why they haven't registered yet, as they may have forgotten.

SFI PPA is just one of the methods available to you to earn money in SFI.

However, in my opinion, probably not one of the best, for these reasons:

Once you recruit somebody through PPA, they do NOT become your PSA, therefore you do not have the potential of earning leveraged or residual income from them as part of your team in the future, and as we know, this residual and leveraged income is a HUGE part of the success of your SFI business.

Just as with your own PSAs, you will only earn your 'bounty' or income from them if they become active, so if they are active, would you not prefer to have them on your own team, rather than give them away to somebody else? If they are inactive, you earn nothing.

From a total potential $10 bounty, up to $2 of that is based on their collecting VersaPoints. The other $8 you get if they become a Team Leader within 90 days. Now, if they are going to be a Team Leader, don't you want that TL on YOUR team, giving YOU monthly VPs and driving YOU up to DTL level?

The only reason I can think of for being interested in the SFIPPA program is if you are very good at attracting signups, but don't want the commitment and work of being a Team Leader yourself. You may make some money in the short-term, but that will only last as long as you continue to deliver the signups, and only if they are active. When you stop getting active signups, then your income stops.

Wouldn't you like those active PSAs on YOUR team? I know which I would prefer!

The answer: as much time as you can! Time spent now will be time saved later, giving you more time, and money, later to enjoy the rewards of your work.

And it's not like it's all work and no play. There is much fun to be had at SFI and TripleClicks: even playing the Eager Zebra games is all contributing to the success of your business.

Start with your 20-30 minutes doing your To-Do List.
Add another 30-60 minutes at least reading more training articles, and putting what you learn into practise.
Do business building activities like placing ads in social media, classified ads sites, etc.
Spend time outside of SFI learning more skills to help your business, like building your website or blog.
Talk to people you know or meet and if the opportunity arises, tell them about your business.

I think, once you become involved with SFI, it's really hard not to spend time on it, not because it's hard work, but because it's so exciting!

Remember that what you put into it, is what you will get out of it!
