First, know who are my Upline by going into My Account and click My Upline. I can see a list of 7 affiliates including a co-sponsor arranged by rank.
My immediate sponsor who brought me into SFI is most responsible for providing leadership and assistance to me. He is a friend and a mentor. As my mentor, he should give friendly guidance and support in a timely manner, one-on-one relationship.
They can be contacted through personal emails, SFI Support -Contact Your Sponsor/Upline, and Leadership Page.
To gain maximum support both side must give full co-operation to each other in a win-win situation.
First, I must ensure that I make good progress by doing the necessary tasks to earn vps, to maintain my rank or move up the ladder, participate actively in the business through sponsoring and duplication. Work diligently to achieve success. Not to please my Upline but to build up my own business.
Frequently keep in touch with my upline, especially with my immediate sponsor to answer any doubt and provide information that help me in my SFI business. Be frank to ask for assistance if really needed. I will tell him that what good decisions made also benefiting him also.
As my Upline, they should have more experience and understanding of SFI business and it's their responsibility to share that experience to their downline. This is where the team members can benefit and adopt good and successful strategies. They should not think of getting every cent to help their downline but provide friendly services that can motivate them.
With 'give and take' approach, myself and other team members will work together to achieve our common goals and to be successful in SFI business.
