How do you help a new ECA you've referred to start faster, get his/her products listed, and stay active?

Once the ECA has registered, you can encourage them to start listing as soon as possible. Of course there are some ways to encourage them and i do the listed ones here
1. Once they are registered, they need to purchase at least one TC to start listing. If they hesitates, i issue them a Girt Certificate to purchase TC and start listing immediately. Of course, this gives me 100 VP too after there first listing.
2. I ask the product they are going to list and keep my ads ready to promote them. Once it is listed i love to promote them immediately with many ways.
3. I too purchase there product and give a perfect review so that i can make a perfect promotion.
4. As long as they generate sales from here they will stay active and list new products.

Of all the marketing tools out there I could use to build my SFI business, which is best...and why?

It varies from affiliate to affiliate. The best of all I found is the Genealogy. Why?
It gives me
1. One click chance to email or pass on the informations to all my down line. There is no word limit and hence, I get all possible Tips to include.
2. The newly added filters can be used to find the very fresh affiliates and send them the initial steps to work on. By this I can avoid boring those old affiliates who are already aware of these.
3. A strong tool to find my best achievers and reward them with Gift Certificates.
4. Easy filtration of inactive affiliates gives an opportunity to send highly motivational messages to them for reactivation by highlighting the recent improvements in SFI.

How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

There have been many sponsors in SFI facing the same problem. But there is nothing to be worried about this as the current technology easily solves this problem.
1. Use video chat provided by Skype, Google or anything else to solve this. You can go for screen share through these amazing services and show them how you approach in SFI and may be TripleClicks to grow. You can show them how you proceed in a auction for a great win. As you are going to demonstrate them through screen share, you are not required to communicate much through words.
2. In case you are not good at that, feel free to redirect them to your uplines or may be the active members of your team members country. Try to show them an example rather than speaking only the theory of success.

How much is too much when contacting your team or downline?

A good question with high importance. No one in mail box wants so much mail in a short time. That makes them overwhelming and spamming.
1. Sending a group mail once in a week is fine with real tips not only for points.People open there mails in SFI to see a great news, so if you send your mails many time, they just dnt want to go through the similar content.
2. Post as long as you can stream post. if people really like reading your messages they will certainly read it in stream post.
3. Try to make groups of your affiliates by taking their personal registered email ID. In this way you can separate your real workers and contact them carefully

Blogs are great way to promote SFI and TripleClicks. But to keep your blog effective, you must update them regularly and promote at appropriate places. However, here are some advice which you can use while posting in blog
1. SFI News: SFI declares some amazing contests and reward programs through its wordpress blog. you can directly share them on your blog to keep people update about it.
2. Auction:every time there is a new auction in Tripleclicks, you can share the result in your blog showing the save percentage by the winner.
3. Wave 3: Keep updating the $250 winner of the Wave3 weekly drawing on your blog.
4. Share your big moments in SFI on your blog. People love reading real story. So if you can do a good explanation of your achievements people will follow you.

What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?

Do you ever want to prepare a delicious food item which will be thrown directly to the dustbin? Absolutely you do not. You question is very similar to this.
1. Writing a perfect mail to PSAs and CSAs take a lot of time and research with knowledge. If your PSAs and CSAs do not read those mail, why should you send them?
2. Regular motivational and Guiding mails are key to active the sleeping PSAs and CSAs. These mails keep the active ones excited and can develop a PTL from sleeping ones. Will it be effective if they even do not read it?
3. Last but not the least, who wants to spend hours on researching and writing a mail which no one will read?
Therefore, I feel it is very much necessary to ensure that your emails are reaching your PSAs and CSAs mail box safely. Remember, communication plays a big part in your success in SFI. If you are not about to do this effectively, you are making a big loss to your income scheme.

"Never look at your commissions unless you are satisfied with your commitment and work"
This sentence helped me through all the hard times in SFI. How it helped? Have a look below
1- It made me aware of the fact that SFI is not a one night rich program
2- Unless you put effort, you can not earn money. This kept me far from frustration of early income.
3- It forced me to understand the system, compensation plan and basics properly to get settled.

As I build my downline, what are the common mistakes I need to avoid?

There are many mistakes which you may do while building your down line. I will point out some key areas which you should take care while building your downline.
1. Welcome Message: This is what gives the first impression of you in front of your down line. As you may be knowing, First Impression Lasts long. So, prepare a precise but well decorated welcome message.
2. Do not overwhelm your newly joined downline with bunch of information. Help them understanding SFI by sending them the amount of information that they can digest initially. You can devide your success tips into parts and then help them doing one tip each week. This way they will learn better and stay away from getting overwhelmed.
3. Never ask them to jump into the auction zone directly. This may back fire as there is huge possibility that they will loose money in it initially due to lack of experience. First teach them how to play and then ask them to jump into it.
4. Use the SFI E-Cards effectively. They are great to congratulate and Give tips. Every time you see one affiliate doing some task, try to send one tip card with information about immediate next step he should do. This way the affiliate will feel it is easy to work on.
I feel these are the few steps you should take care while building your downline. Now choice is yours.

What is the best method to attract and convince people to join SFI?

It is a "To the Point" question to know the keys of SFI sponsoring. I have learned them over a long time and listing them as below
1- Training Materials: This is the best thing to convince people for joining SFI. Because, it gives them a way to boost their primary business and teaches them more about online marketing
2- ECA: It works very good when you are trying to convince business people. You can just tell them a simple sentence "Here you can earn commission even for selling your own product". This makes enough to sign up.
3- Daily Sign up: Just show them the number of sign ups happening in SFI everyday. The number is always above 2000 which is much higher than any other site. You can say "Why more than 2000 people joining everyday if the system is not earning them anything?"
There are few more too. I believe if you can describe any of the above points, you can easily convince someone to make a sign up.
