The new E cards are a great, fun , novel and really easy way to communicate with your team. They have been designed for many purposes - congratulations, offering help, inactive affiliates, welcome new affiliates, birthdays, SFI anniversary and don't go.

So far the answers I have read, give a number of things that have made the writer successful. I believe that the ONE thing that has made the difference for me is a2a.
I was ready to give up a long time ago, but was encouraged by a special a2a friend.
I have also been given great advice from successful a2a friends, and a lot of encouragement from these friends.

As neither my sponsor nor co-sponsor ever write, the connection with a2a friends is the thing that has kept me going

I think the best way to stand out from the crowd is to be yourself. Put your photo up all around the internet – on your emails, on various forums, Linked-In, and other social media sites like Facebook. Also be active in these places and talk about a variety of topics, so that people get to know YOU – not just your business. How can I support and motivate my team members without demanding too much or turning them off?

This is tricky because people react differently. What one may consider as demanding may not be considered that way by someone else. I was a bit worried about that very thing with one of my PSAs. In the end I asked her to let me know if she felt I was being too pushy and she reassured me that, no, I wasn't and encouraged me to keep on contacting her and giving her more guidance as she needed 'pushing' to get the job done as she wasn't good at self motivation.

What is the best and fastest way to earn commissions with SFI?

SFI must have sales from TripleClicks in order to survive and pay out commissions and EA executive pool.

I believe the best and fastest way to earn commissions with SFI is to focus on making sales through TripleClicks.

Promote useful products to your downlines - look for motivational books or other materials your downlines need and promote these from time to time in your newsletter or team mailouts.

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

The purpose of a2a is to make friends. You should not expect people to offer help and assistance as a matter of course, but most will offer help and support out of the goodness of their hearts if you have established a relationship with them.

I make a practice of writing to each of my a2a friends whenever I see a chance to do so. If they win in the Daily Grand, win or write a good answer in Ask SC, post something in the forum, are among the top enrollers, or are listed as the latest

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

I have had some experience calling strangers to enlist their help in the political arena. However, although these people were strangers to me, they had shown some kind of interest in the particular party by having attended a meeting, or putting their contact details somewhere. Yet despite their seeming interest, it is extremely difficult to motivate people over the phone and I would think that to use a telephone directory instead of a list of leads, would be even harder.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

I send individual welcome letters to new PSAs, but I don’t get 100 at a time. I advertise individually and gain individual responses.

If I were to purchase PSAs and have multiple joining on the same day, I think I would send a welcome message through the team mailer and just select all new enrolments for that day.

If you do this, be very careful in writing your message to make it sound like you were writing to one particular person. Always respond individually and quickly

How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI?

Using a PSA's profile will tell you quite a bit about your PSA and his/her previous business experience. I think one of the most useful things learned from the profile is the amount of time and or money your PSA has available to invest.

You can advise how to wisely use that time to the best advantage and likewise what would be the best use of perhaps limited funds. If they say they have no money to invest, you know not to push them, even gently, to set up a Standing Order, but can work

Outside of your downline, what is the best way to get WAVE3 signups?

There are several ways to get WAVE 3 signups outside of your downline.
Firstly if you are a member of WAVE3, you will have the TripleClicks decal on your car.
This will give you an opportunity to share about WAVE3 with anyone in a shopping centre car-park, or anywhere else that people may see your car.

Have some promotional material such as the cards you got with your WAVE3 kit, handy in your glove box ready to give to anyone who comments.
