Be a wide-reader. You learn how to write well by reading extensively, especially books and articles written by authors in good plain and clear English.

Learning how to write well starts with clarifying your thoughts and knowing what you want to say and expressing it with well chosen, simple and well-ordered words.

When communicating with your team by team mails, stream posts, and weekly group messages, use plain English that is precise, brief, appropriate and straightforward..

Avoid using words or phrases that are misused or over used that may cause confusion or misunderstanding and not convey clearly what you want to say.

Leading by example is the best encouragement you can give to your downline to purchase from TripleClicks.

Set up a Standing Order first thing when you joined, if money is not a problem. It will show your downlines and uplines you are serious, and they may follow your lead. A good beginning. If money is short, then all the better to promote TC products to generate sales, and transfer your experience and enthusiasm for the TC products on to them. In time your downlines will be able to save enough money to pay for standing order.

Share your enthusiasm for a product that you have bought at TC, in your communication and weekly messages to your team. Mention how you have used it and still using, for example, Veriuni Advanced Liquid Nutrition. Describe the health benefits you derived from using it and the VP and MRP that go with it.

There are many more physical products at our TC store, like TC T-shirts and TC caps, the new TC Portfolio, etc. and motivational books you can purchase at Hot Deals and are on special, that will help shape your thinking about doing things in a positive frame of mind.

Share a product review in your weekly emails to give them awareness and teach them how to write a short, concise, and informative review and earn 25 Action VP per.

Sharing in the benefits of a healthy and profitable TC Executive Pool by purchasing TCredits for use at bidding, playing Eager Zebra games, among others.

S-Builder is a very useful and powerful tool for building a quality team of SFI Affiliates for the following reasons:

. S-Builder Co-op is for long-term team building.

. A share in the S-Builder Co-op is cheap and affordable as it only costs 72 cents a day, compared to the expense, the time, and management involved in doing the advertising yourself, as you'll need some expertise in writing good ads, some know-how in searching for free ads, some patience in tracking your ads which can be time-consuming.

. An excellent tool to use for people who are time-poor, have little people skills, and no knowledge and experience in recruiting.

. You get get qualify sign-ups from around the world, although the delivery may take a while, and no guarantee is given that they will be active, as with the other means of recruiting.

. It is great for team building. When put on Standing Order, it will generate not only VP and MRP but also ensure your downlines who have duplicated what you have done are also benefiting from the activities that will be generated by the duplication process.

My top tricks for getting the most out of my Genealogy are as follows:

* To check the growth of my business, Genealogy is the place to go. Generation count will show how many PSAs, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. generations there are and how many CSAs you have. It will also show the total of EA2 VP and non-EA2 VP; how many VP are eligible for VP Matching, and how many are ineligible for VP Matching. How many are ineligible due to your rank; and how many VP are ineligible due to the Affiliate not yet EA.

* To check how many have opted out, how many have red flags and due for removals, and your PRM Report. Very handy to know who your PRMs are and how many.

So this is the first trick--check your business growth.

The second trick is to maximize the use of your Genealogy with Quick Filters--there are many filters you can use, and I like using them to find the latest on my MOVERS.

Once you got the MOVERS, click each one of the topics on the tool bar- start with Basics, VP, S-Builder (this will show you who are in it), Communication (shows email address/telephone); Aff.Mgr. (shows who have Standing Order), Sales, Gift Cert., Geographical (which country they are from), Reassignment (if they're Yes or No to be reassigned, or NA, not applicable), and TCredits.

Very handy to know who you can give TCredits to, which shows PSAs up to Gen 1 only, and CSAs are eligible to receive one.

You will learn a lot of tricks as you get familiar with using and maximising the use of your Genealogy. Click Full or Condensed, depending on your purpose, use Filter for finding out more. Be informed and know the uses of the blue, green and white envelop and pencil icons, and be creative in using it to build a strong team and make you an awfully awesome sponsor!

Your weekly newsletters should contain any of the following:
. Greetings and Welcome to your new members.
. Recognition of achievements.
. Announcement of new team contests, if any, and other team initiatives.

General Topics, such as
. What’s New at SFI? Share the latest exciting announcements which we all should be aware of.
. The Gift Certificate Program. How it works and why they should use them.
. The S-Builder Co-op and how to reduce the cost of their S-Builder Co-op and how it can accelerate their team building.
. TripleClicks and Member Rewards Points. Make sure to talk about the importance of each and why they should purchase from TripleClicks.

. The SFI Earnings Calculator, and how the SFI Compensation Plan can help them understand their earning potentials and how they get paid.

Tips and Hints for all.

Other good content is the SFI Rules of Success. Use 2 Rules at a time, starting from Rule No. 1 and Rule No.2, emphasizing the importance of each. Then you have Rules 3 and 4 to discuss at your next Weekly Newsletter, until you have discussed all 20 Rules. This will benefit everyone in your team, especially the new members who have yet to read and understand that success has rules.

Sponsoring SFI Affiliates and referring TripleClicks members go hand in hand. They're like bow and arrow - useless each without the other. And it's the reason why SFI/TC is very successful.

If you only concentrate on sponsoring, you may be able to build a large team, but unless your team are also consumers of TC Products and services, you won't have a financially profitable business.

On the other hand, if you focus on just referring TripleClicks members, you may be able to earn more and be financially successful. But it can be a short term success, because you have no guarantee whether your PRMs will keep on buying or even patronising our TC stores that include ECAs.

So my answer is both- no one is better than the other.

You need to sponsor Affiliates to build a team, a working, active team of serious affiliates that will stay active, with personal commitment to stick to SFI and keep going no matter what.

You need TripleClicks Members to generate sales, for you and everyone else in the business to earn through share from the
profits of TC Executive pool.

It's why Standing Orders are put in place. Affiliates you sponsor who also set up a Standing Order, and being duplicated down the line, is the core of SFI marketing strategy.

Yes, of course, you should try to recruit people, even if they are not English speakers/readers, to become SFI Affiliates. SFI business does not discriminate, so you shouldn't either.

Why? Because you're looking for an ambitious and business minded people and they are not necessarily English-speakers/readers and you never judge a book by its cover. Language is not a barrier for people looking to improve their lives and are hungry for success.

It is for this reason why SFI, as a global home-based business, is so successful because of its appeal to all kinds of people around the world. People from certain countries may not be English speakers/readers but it doesn’t mean that they are not intelligent and cannot understand a simple business such as SFI.

In very highly populated countries like India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and China, Brazil, Italy, and other Asian and European countries where English is not spoken or written widely, SFI's growth is phenomenal, as proven by SFI’s Global Growth Report.

If you sponsor just a few of ambitious and highly motivated people in these countries, they will find someone who speaks English to explain to them in their native tongue how SFI and TripleClicks work by sharing the SFI training materials and procedures and start to work the business.

Think how many more affiliates and members they could sponsor and bring into the business with your help, think of how many thousands of dollars in override commissions you could be earning monthly. Think what it can do for your future financial success.

SFI has provided free marketing aids and tools that we can use to help us in our prospecting campaign which may involve approaching people face to face .

In the process of building an SFI business, one becomes knowledgeable and will have learned a lot about marketing, sponsoring, and promoting SFI and TripleClicks. This valuable knowledge will be so handy when one has to approach people face to face.

There are also plenty of self-help and motivational books that can help in improving ones’ self-esteem, if applied at the right time and when occasion presents itself.

When you are in a face to face situation, the best thing you can do is to control your feeling of inadequacy. Give yourself a pep talk, that you are going to give a very valuable information and that you have something very important to say.

With a friendly smile, begin by asking simple questions.
Remember the one who asks the question has control of the conversation.

Be interested. Ask about the person’s family, wait for response; then ask about the person’s occupation, what he does, and what sort of recreation he and his family love doing together. This last question will provide you with a message, listen very carefully. This is your opening.

Depending on the message you hear, you may want to talk right there and then about SFI and TripleClicks, but it will be better to let the other person talk freely about himself. Then, just as you’re saying goodbye, ask for his business card, if he has any, then give yours along with X=Cards you may have with you. Because you have built a rapport and, hopefully, friendship and trust, you will have reason to follow up and will be much more comfortable in talking about SFI and TripleClicks.

The best way to help your Affiliates who have limited access to a computer is to know how limited is their use of computer.

If they are sharing a computer with family members, suggest to arrange for a time to use the computer for an hour or two during the day, when they are not home. If they have jobs or attending school, your affiliate can use the time to use the computer when they are out.

If they live in a shared accommodation and are sharing a computer with other people, discuss the problem with them and organise an hour or two for you to have your turn at the computer.

If they have friends who have computers, arrange to use the computer with a small fee to use their device.

For the affiliates who have smart phones but no computer at home, or are limited by internet connections because of the place where they live, there are internet cafés, or a libraries where they can pay a certain amount to use the computer for doing the daily tasks.

If they are able to invest in TCredits, then bidding at Pricebender for a device will be beneficial for both of you and your Affiliates.

Other activities that can be done offline is advertising, etc. They can use this time productively by distributing brochures, gift cards and other SFI/TC vertising materials in public places where many people congregate, in shopping centres, laundromats, markets, parks, etc.

Help your Affiliates to see the Big Picture by setting a short term goal to buy a computer by promoting SFI and TripleClicks products offline to generate sales and earn commission, which will ultimately lead them to achieve the long term goal of financial success.
