If you ask me, I have started my career with SFI a couple of years ago to earn an extra income. But after a year or so, the Income I generated through this great system became much more than my actual source of Income and then I took a decision to retire early and concentrate on this system more to generate income manifold even beyond my imagination. The Text Ads are the new and very innovational idea to get the desired result we need to have for. The name Text Ads itself says that it should be in short in nature.


I use a very good Blog to attract new sign ups but apart from myself introduction and my experiences thus far in our great system, the other things which I have created to attract enough sign ups into our great system are Short, Sweet, Systematic, Symbolic and Inspiring. I always make sure of those salient qualities in my Texts to get the desired results.


It is a not a worthy cause if we write everything from the scratch and making the aspirants bored and prevent them from reading further in our very lengthy and elaborate texts. So we should read the mind of a potential sign up first and then create our ideas and express through short text ads.


In the current busy world, nobody has much time to go through the entire credentials before taking an ultimate decision so it will be perfect and correct if we motivate and inspire the concerned with short TEXT ADS.

When you start as an Affiliate in SFI, your dedication only can take you forward and make you learn the system. Hello,

In any business, the right Leadership always matter. SFI is an online MLM business organization so our Leadership will speak for ourselves about what we can offer to our downline and also to our potential customers and make them successful in the due course.

It is very important to update your Leadership page with realistic commitments and enthusiasm towards your Team without confusing the lot. I am sure, they will go through the same to understand themselves about their Leader and they may even emulate you in their career. Hence, you should be confident and determined of yourself first before you mention any thing in your Leadership page. If you can do so, it will certainly reflect in your words which can be the inspiration and motivation for others too.

The matters you mention in your page should be simple in nature but great in the achievements because your team consists of people from all walks of life so your words and ideas should be clear and understandable to all alike.

I do suggest, review your Leadership page periodically and make the necessary changes and updates accordingly and then it can work as an updated guide for your downline. In your weekly support messages to your Team, you may even add a line about your Leadership Page and prompt them to read and understand the contents in it.

The late great leader Nelson Mandela said once, it is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership.

After all, if your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. Even SFI says the same. Aim High and Dream Big.

I don’t think that it is a bad idea to reassign PSAs to your downline who are in the formers' own locality or country. It will certainly give an additional boost towards their growth and also in interacting much easily with their sponsor. Constant interaction in their own language will instill more confidence in them to perform much better and to their fullest to produce positive results in the system.

However, it is also to be noted that the reassignment is being made to the right and deserving and active downline member otherwise, you can expect only the negative and passive results from them. I use to reassign PSAs to my downline every month on the basis of their location, language and the proximity to each other but above all, I always look at the potential candidate’s attitude and ability to groom and nurture the reassigned one to a successful affiliate. As a sponsor, it is utmost important to take a right and pragmatic decision in this very sensitive matter.

Think of growth, think of duplication and think of long term goals, then take a decision, I am sure, you will have the last laugh always.

There is nothing better than our own experiences. At start, people will first ignore us, slowly they will notice our progress, finally they will salute us. That is what I have experienced in the pursuit in SFI so far.

I was absolutely nothing in SFI when I started and was in the search of right path as any other youngsters to move forward. I had earned my income in SFI during my first month itself, but I got my first redeemable income after a long six months. Even my family was not so co-operative at the start but fortunately they never discouraged my spirit.

After a long wait, when I received my first commission payment and got its credit in my bank account, there were no limits in my happiness and it was truly a matter of fact and truth to show to others about my hard work and its remuneration. Unfortunately, there were just a few of my friends to share my happiness from the bottom of the hearts.

But that commission payment worked wonders in my career with SFI and I have decided to put all my sincere efforts to move forward and make a name for myself to appreciate my efforts. Thankfully, with the sincere help of my wonderful sponsor, I have started enrolling new sign ups in my team and also read a lot of documents in SFI in search of new ways to learn and earn in the system.

Initially, many were not willing to join in my team but after a continuous and rigorous follow up, people started noticing my achievements in SFI slowly but steadily.

In the midst of my journey, I have been declared as the E365 Champion for my class and this instance made my family immensely happy with my achievement and from there on, they use to discuss about SFI during our leisure time and more and more friends also showed their real willingness to join in SFI under my guidance.


Now, after a long journey of 30 months in SFI, I can say so happily that I am truly happy with the growth I earned so far in our beloved system. Currently, I am a Platinum Team Leader with a very huge active and successful downline, the number one in my class, country and one of the Top Ten in overall power rankings. The commission income has been increased manifold and also the income through my ECA and referred PRMs. Is it not an achievement? For me, Yes it is.

It is not a fairy tale nor a magic story but a true fact about my career in SFI so far.

I always try to give my own story as an example to my downline before I tell them to believe in anything else. After all, there is no bigger story than our own life picture.

I hope and wish, my story will inspire many and motivate them to work harder with sheer determination and self confidence. Always do believe, if you have a plan and if you set your goals straight, then success will be just yours.

Please note, success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes but don’t quit. Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts. In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

There are several ways to become a Team Leader in SFI with or without much investment.

A person who aspire to become a Team Leader and aim for that status, do only when he or she has got a good and active downline at various levels under them and otherwise, I think, it will be a futile effort to become a Team Leader without an active team to boast of.

To become a Team Leader, I will take the example of Bronze Team Leader to earn all the true benefits till the level of six, I don’t think that an affiliate will have to put much effort to reach that status. To reach the status of BTL, there are two segments with regard to Versa Points, Out of required 3000 Versa Points, you can earn upto maximum 2000 Sales Versa Points by way purchases . Then comes the role of Action Versa Points. Apart from collecting your free daily/weekly/monthly Action Versa Points which comes to around 500 odd Action VPs every month, the remaining points can be earned by way of participating in PriceBender Auctions (up to 500 Vps per month, one VP per bid) . If you are not inclined to participate in Auctions, then you can earn those points by way of distributing Gift Cards (up to 300 VPs per month, one pack consists of 30 Gift Cards and by issuing them, you can earn 10 Action VPs per card (30 * 10 = 300) and by other ways.

Moreover, if you have a Standing Order with SFI for any product which can earn you 1500 or more Versa Points per month, then you are entitled to get 100 Action Versa Points as Bonus per month. There are many other avenues too through which you can accumulate more and more Action Versa Points like Reviewing new products, for top answers in SC Ask, participating in Games, downloading music, listing of products on your ECA, Reassigning your PSAs who have earned at least 600 VPs during the last 90 days to your downline,etc.

If you wish to go for higher grades in Team Leaders like STL, GTL or PTL, the requirement of Action Points will be substantially increased like 2000, 3000 and 4000 Action VPs respectively.

Nevertheless, I will suggest you concentrate on team building first before you think of becoming a Team Leader. If you have an active team, then they will provide those invaluable Action Points aplenty to make you a Team Leader and then you don’t need to rely on any other ways to reach for that status. Always do remember, no Leader can enjoy the true benefits of Team Leader status for long term unless they have an active and successful team under their belt and hence, enjoy the benefits through fair means.

As far as I am concerned, from the beginning I set long term goals and for me, the most important goal is recruiting new affiliates into the team and make them active with realistic and achievable tips and also guiding and encouraging the existing team members through the right way to attain more success. I always give much emphasize to achieve the most important target of enrolling new members into the team so that I can use all my expertise to make them active and successful. After all, their success will lead us to be more successful and without a strong team no leader can sustain for long in the system.

Dear friend,

Firstly, I have to disagree with you for using the word “Bribe” when we assist and promote our own Downline Mmebers to achieve the success. Please note that, we are neither assisting any outside people nor doing any wrong methods by assisting our own members because our team members are the backbone in our team and without their success, you can’t imagine the success nor be able to sustain for long in the system.

Often, even our active members may face difficulties in reaching the status of EA or more every month due to various factors and in that case, as their leader, it is our duty to help them to achieve the status and it will certainly make them motivated to work hard to become successful further. After all, if they succeed, as their leader, we are also getting various benefits in return.

I don’t think the transfer of TCredits is a viable option because of its limitations and Gift Certificate will be the best available option to make them progress and successful. You should set a limit yourself while giving the certificates and you should clearly make them accountable for your assistance and they should work more towards the success there after. I don’t think they will come back to you and bite you because most of the affiliates will consider your help as a blessing and it will give the much needed momentum to work more and reach the summit.

As far I am concerned, whenever my team members achieve the status of EA or more every month, I use to give them new PSAs as an incentive and it always works for me and producing the desired results. In case, if someone ask me for help for some reasons, I use to assist them with Gift Certificates so that they will not lose the concentration and belief in the system. I never experienced any type of difficulties in managing my team members despite of giving them the prompt assistance and they have never taken me for granted for assisting them seldom.

It is in our own hearts and attitude, how and when to assist a member in our team and it also to be noted that the assistance and benefits should be mutual and pleasing.

Understanding about SFI is your own explanation as Sponsor to your new PSAs about the system. It is solely depend on how effectively you can convince them and instill them the much needed confidence and trust about SFI.

Once people join in your Team as your PSAs, from there on, it is for you to treat such persons as children who have enrolled in the kindergarten school and narrate everything in a very simple manner about the system and also the ways to learn and earn in the system.

When you send your welcome letter to your new PSAs, you should take utmost attention to mention all the good things about the system and make them more confident after reading the contents in your letter. I always use this strategy to make them aware of and highlight the avenues through which they can earn handsomely and become successful in SFI.

It is also equally important for you to lead them from the front and prompt them to read and understand each section in the Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad and without going through all these very important documents , a person cannot sustain for long and also won’t be able to plan their own strategy to stay long and become highly successful in the system.

As per my opinion, a sponsor should give adequate information on Team Building, explain its outstanding benefits to make a person highly successful in SFI and guide them accordingly.
