When the people join SFI they think that they will the Big money on the first 1-3 months and aren't so clear about what exactly is SFI working business model. Often they misunderstood with PPC sites or PTC. Their attention is drawn but some promises about income. They think it's for sure one and they don't have to work too much. When the people don't see results in their first 3 months, they just disappear and when they understand they have to pay or promote too much /and that means working time/ they go away. SFI is like any other business - it takes time, work, and reputation to earn the Big money.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

The best way is always to be honest and show that you're a human, who wants to have clear relationships with the people. I tell the people in my Team that I will appreciate if they give some feedback to me as a Sponsor and I will learn from my mistakes. I don't like giving thing for hearing an opinion - it's not like a real opinion, but bought. In my Team first of all I try to be a Friend with the people, than business partner and a Leader. This is my way.
What is the best and fastest way to earn commissions with SFI?

It's popular question. I always tell my PSA/CSA and Friends involved with SFI that there are three choices - Sales, Team and Both depending of the income /passive or active/ and time investment they want. But before telling them I would like to know if they know what they want and achieve within SFI - Team, Sales or Both.
For Sales oriented people:
1. Register as an ECA and sell stuff.
2. Invite ECA to join through the Tripleclicks gateway.
3. Use SFIPPA program.
For Team oriented people as I am:
1. Register active people, who really want change in their life and are ready to work through the SFI gateway
2. Invite businessmen/businesswomen, who want their business global
3. Make as much as possible people to sign up under you, because from 100 1 will be active.
4. Help the people to become EA and BTL. That will earn additional VP and commission
For Both:
1. Register as an ECA and sell stuff.
2. Invite ECA to join through the Tripleclicks gateway.
3. Use SFIPPA program.

What are the best methods to grow your business if you are shy and not internet savvy?

I believe that the best method always has been face-to-face advertising/communicating. On the internet is easier to see online face-to-face a prospect, but for sure you should have the courage to show yourself online. If you really don't want people to see your face, write e-mails - short and clear with simple words. I am introvert so I often communicate with e-mails or personal messages on social networks. But when I feel the person I communicate with, closer I show my face in video chat or at least live chat. Regarding being internet savvy I believe that skills are always improving with the support of people, who can give it. On SFI people have large Upline, so if the Upline are serious, they will give support for sure if you ask them. Skills are learned and they improve with trying new strategies and lot of communication - it's not a problem, it's a challenge.

Interesting question.
Regarding SFI I do those things:
1. Earn my daily VP
2. Sending team mail
4. Sharing what products I use and the information I have
5. Communication with the PSA/CSA, but only if they need me for assistance. I respect their personal time and development. It's individual process;
6. Reading articles and e-books regarding business
7. Work, share and send newsletter almost every week
8. Working on training for SFI and my presentation skills;
Outside SFI I do the following:
1. Read a lot of books on paper or e-book regarding business, leadership, team work and motivation
2. Watch web seminars and read from the blogs of the famous people in Business
3. Writing articles regarding professional attitude toward business and persons

Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?

I did use and I will do it again. I use video platform to record short video messages and send them to my team. I also used twice a training for SFI basics, but unforttnately my team members didn't show up, but I send them the recorded message. I use paid platform - Talk Fusion and it's beneficial to me, because it's video communication tool with high quality and there are no limits for guest in this virtual hall. People can see you like you're before them and the communication is like face to face. When there is personal communication, the influence is stronger and people see you're a person too. There are no limits with it.

Hello, interesting question and point of view. It sounds good to be a star even in SFI. Well, the important skills are:
1. Asking questions about the program and personal experience /knowledge/.
2. Acting daily and shown in Movers tab /persistence/
3. Becoming EA every month /stablity/
4. Staying in touch /communication/ even if the affiliate is already EA
I think those are the skills you need the relationship between partners
What should SFI affiliates do every day to build their SFI business?

Well, this question is really common. First of all, people should know if they want active or passive income. If they want active income, they should offer on Tripleclicks unique products and advertise them every single day at least 2-3 hours on Internet /if they go for free/. If they want passive income, they should invest a lot of time to build relationships, to develop themselves and threat their SFI business in the right way. Of course they should promote their link also 2-3 hours per day /if they go for free/. But for every day activity I can say that people, who want to succeed should do their "To do list" with all the activities they have - daily, monthly, weekly and etc. They should be patient and permanent in their doings every day.

How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

Every business, even if it's free to join needs investments to maintain in it.
Wave 3 isn't so expensive and most of people can afford it. To invest money in SFI is smart, because you know Robert Kiyosaki said that people in Network marketing it's better to invest in their business and after that in Real Estate. I think the same.
Let's get real! There is no business without even a small amount of financial investment.

The best way is offering interesting and original products on cheaper prices then other online stores. Of course the main key to success in sales is free shipping. On the other side it's important to advertise your own ECA or personal Tripleclicks store everywhere you can - traffic exchange site, personal webpage, forums, Pay per click sites. The products you sell should be rare, high quality and hard to find. This is what I think.
