What are the best ways to track my ads to know which are providing the best results?

The use of key codes is the best place to start. Here is the link: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=19365
Another way to track your ads could be the use of a survey. You can ask your affiliates how they found out about SFI so you can find out which method of advertising worked. Other than that, I am not sure of any other way so I will leave that up to others to add suggestions with their answers.
What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?

This is a tricky question because there are some sponsors who do not support their downline no matter what we do. However, as an active sponsor, this is what I look for in a PSA who needs my help:
If my PSA shows up on the mover's list, logs in on a regular basis and gains VPs, I take note that this is an affiliate I should follow closely to make sure he/she keeps going. I also love it when I am contacted with questions. No matter how big or small the question may be, the fact that I was asked shows me that I have a PSA who understands that communication is important.
Once I see an active PSA, I do what I can to support that person. That being said, there are limits to what I can do because I am not in the position to do the work for my PSAs. Overall, show up for "work" by remaining active and reach out to your upline through asking questions, and you will increase your chances of receiving maximum support.

How important is it to read the latest SFI news...and how does this apply to building your business?

As the saying goes, "Leaders are readers." If we do not stay informed, we will miss out on great opportunities.
One example of this would be the bonus CSAs that were given away at the end of April. There was a limited number of CSAs available, and they were given away quickly. I was able to take advantage of it and gain a few for me, but there were several affiliates who never got a chance because they didn't read the announcement until it was too late.
The SFI news page also helps me find material for my weekly team mail. Chances are, many of your PSAs and CSAs are not logging in on a regular basis and as a result, they are not reading about the latest developments that can help them. By writing about the news in your team mail, they can learn about the opportunities that are waiting for them once they login to the home page.
I subscribe to SFI news so I don't miss anything they send out. I doubt I could be very effective as a leader if I didn't stay informed.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

When it comes to rating a sponsor, it is best to use what you can measure so you can be fair. For me, communication is key so I look at how many messages were sent to me throughout the month.
If I have not received any kind of communication, I see that as being a poor sponsor so I rate my sponsor low. If I see that an effort was made and I received a couple of messages, I will give a moderate level rating. And if I received communication on a regular basis (Once per week), I rate high.
Along with regular communication, I look at whether or not I needed help. If I requested help and got a response, I consider that a sign of being a good sponsor. Even if my sponsor does not know the answer, simply acknowledging that I exist goes a long way.
One more thought, it would be incredibly unfair to give a sponsor a low rating if you are not making as much money as you think you should be making. Even the best sponsors cannot increase your commissions. All they can do is be there to help if you have questions. It is up to you to build your own business so please don't punish your sponsor if you have low commissions.

How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

There are plenty of resources available to help you communicate with your team. For example, anytime you receive a message from your upline, you can use the content for messages to your PSAs/CSAs. You can do this with newsletters, announcements, and any other communications you receive from SFI.
Along with content for your messages, you can practice communication by exploring the forum on a regular basis. Read through the posts and see how people interact and that will help you. Remember that practice makes perfect so you will need to keep communicating in order to get better at communication.

How do I convince my team members that playing Eager Zebra games is beneficial to them?

Unfortunately, many people look at the games as a waste of time. The question in their minds would be, "Am I here to play games or build a business?" In reality, playing the games will help them build a business because of the prizes involved. Not only that, but the games are a nice break from working so we don't have to be "All work and no play."
Chances are, many people are already play games during the day so why not win some great prizes while playing?
How to earn maximum income without investment with SFI?
Earl Winfrey, Aff (South carolina, US)

In my opinion, the question is fundamentally flawed. I do not like being critical, but how can you commit to building a successful business without investing in that business?
If it is a lack of money that is causing you trouble, you can invest your time by advertising in free places on the internet and reaching people outside cyber space with flyers and cards. However, there is still a price to be paid. We need to face the reality of what it takes to be successful.
Here is something else to think about. When you gain PSAs and CSAs under you, do you want them to invest in SFI? We all want our teams to invest so we can grow as a business. And if that is true, how can you expect them to invest if you are not investing? It doesn't have to be a huge amount of money because even a small investment will go a long way as you set the example for others to follow.

Creating my own SFI co-op...or starting a blog about SFI...which will provide the most value?
Earl Winfrey, Aff (South carolina, US)

The short answer is yes. They both work well for what you wish to accomplish. For me, I created an SFI co-op and used the S-Builder shares for supplying the PSAs. This works well since I don't have time to aggressively seek out prospects for the co-op. Once it is set up, you can keep it going with little effort so it does not take up much time and energy to maintain it. A blog can be time consuming if you plan to post every day. I would suggest that you find out what kind of pace you are comfortable with like posting every other day or posting once per week so you don't become overwhelmed with the blog. If you plan for the time needed, you can successfully create the co-op and the blog so you can reap the benefits of both.

How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?
Earl Winfrey, Aff (South carolina, US)

Affiliate since: 11/10/2003, Power Rank: 150
When I joined several years ago, I did not know much about the internet or how I could use it to make money. I knew that SFI was a good opportunity, but I needed to continue to learn how to make it work for me. I never had a strong sponsor, but those who were above him contacted me with their team mails, and I learned from them.
When the co-sponsor concept started, I was given a great person who stays in contact with me so I now have help when I need it. I gave up on my sponsor because he has never been anything more than a name with a picture. In fact, I have never seen him go any higher than EA2 and I passed him a long time ago.
Here is my point. I think that a good sponsor and co-sponsor can be priceless because they can help you grow your business by leaps and bounds. However, there really is nothing you can do if you end up with a "dead-beat" sponsor. And because of the lack of control over your sponsor, the best you can do is work hard to become the best sponsor or co-sponsor you can be for others.
The importance of a sponsor or co-sponsor depends on how good they are. If they are good, they are priceless. If they are bad, they are worthless.

How do you use traffic exchange websites to drive traffic to your SFI gateways?
Earl Winfrey, Aff (South carolina, US)

The best type of page to use in a traffic exchange is a splash page because it takes up minimal space and loads quickly for people to see it. SFI provides a couple of splash pages already in their marketing aids section. I would avoid using too many details or links on the page because you don't want them to spend too much time on the page before deciding to click the link. Remember that you only have from 5-10 seconds before the person has moved on to the next ad.
One more thought about traffic exchanges, if you see an abundance of SFI pages while you are surfing, that means the site is already saturated with affiliates, so you may not get the signups you are looking for. My advice would be to search for sites that don't have as many SFI pages popping up so you don't work against yourself or against other affiliates who are trying to advertise.
