How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

I guess when there is a will there will come a way or more ways in this case provided the PSA concerned is hungry and keen to become a team leader in his or her own right as it really takes two hands to help and create sound therefore I guess I would do the following to help:
Offer them avenues to buy TCurrency from their respective country Tcurrency ECA dealers and help them secure the best discount and deal and also they can set up direct deposit or transfer money to and from a Paypal account or offer money to. A trusted friend to help them transfer and pay on their behalf or via local pay or any of the virtual cards or Net+ Prepaid MasterCards or visas or amex cards around and top it up with cash and thereafter use it to pay for your sfi purchases and do the needful.
For anyone who is really determined hungry and raring to go I would also consider throwing in a TC Gift certificate ranging from $2.00 to $10.00 to deserving PSAs who can and are ready to become Team leaders.
All the best NS see you at the top real soon

Should I set up an email capture and autoresponder on my blog and, if so, what are some examples of what to put into the series?

Well I would go for it and set up an email capture as the key to a successful online business is in building and owning your Own List so that you can not only start following up but also build up rapport and a good relationship with them over a period of time as it's your Network that will predetermined your eventual NetWorth .
As far as Auto-responders are concerned although it is a good automated way to stay in touch withy your subscribers I still regard it as a little canned insincere and impersonal, even if you can customize the subscribers name and all in the email auto responders message .
How to become an awesome sponsor and create big income duplication showcases a list of do's and don'ts on this page: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=191295 which are not only great Food for thought but serves well in gearing you up for a Successful communication campaign and all .
Besides you can also check out SFI Power TIps a newsletter for additional tips as well.

Should I be assisting new ECAs I've referred to set up their store and products? If yes, how best can I assist them?

Well in my opinion it will be definitely a resounding yes to offer assistance to new ECAs and perhaps walk them through the process and use their laptop and let them list their first item live and most important of all encourage them to put in their thinking caps and do the necessary market research on the proposed items that they will be selling will it be competitive and offer excellent value for buyers at large.
However I will only offer to help when I can see that they are really keen and willing to do their part as well as I strongly believe in teamwork and the power of duplication and ones initiative to work independently and proactively

Who is the better demographic to target in my ads? Retired persons...or homemakers?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)

Affiliate since: 11/08/2012, Power Rank: 325
Well in my thought on this homemakers vis a vis retired persons will be to each it's own that is each certainly has its pros and cons which are as follow:
Home makers : mm I think of Housewives or stay at home mums with or without kids , generally younger and more connected to the internet , fairly mobile and easier to socialize and mix with the younger community and other homemakers and spouses at large, may be financially challenged and has a smaller budget n less time to dedicate initially to SFI and may be less committed
Retirees : usually comes with a wealth of experience and generally will tend to have a bigger network or connections as the saying goes that your network equals to your net-worth so there you have it.may have a slightly better budget and time to dedicate to the business once convinced, more appealing to other baby boomers and well respected. By the mature and working population at large
Well if you really want my take I would say let's go for both concurrently and have the best of both worlds namely the Homemakers and Retirees
Disclaimer the above are just my personal thought and input no offense to anyone and what I have stated if it appears to be you are purely coincidental
All the best and have a fabulous and prosperous business .

How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)
7/26/2013 1:34 am
Affiliate since: 11/08/2012, Power Rank: 325
I guess it's best to approach and come clean to let them know for a fact that SFI is not a get rich overnight scheme and that the good thing is every affiliate starts from ground zero on 1st of the month on the Same footing regardless of how well and how much you have done for the previous month .
I would also remind them that if they are serious towards having a decent income for life then they had better put in a standing order for 1500Vps or more be it IAHBE or for 125 TCs and if possible commit to a Scoop for building quality new sign ups .
Share and encourage them to check in daily and not only do the daily tasks but learn the business and start posting ads and sharing with your contacts about the wonderful business and participate in the Pricebenders as well as refer ECAs and start listing some products on the TRIPLE CLICKS store as its their virtual owned store
And most important is I will assure them that I am available to help them in whatever ways possible to make it in SFI
All the best and GOD Bless
See you at the Top guys

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)
3/7/2014 5:17 am
Affiliate since: 11/08/2012, Power Rank: 325
Well in my opinion I would advise them to do all the necessary market research both outside of Tripleclicks versus in the world wide web vis a vis the brick and mortar shops and see for themselves what can be sold and sell best alongside the pricing.
Once a comprehensive research has been done then identify your niche and start off with several items and go live from there and along the way tweak here and there
And before you know you are on your way to be a successful ECA in the making

Well in my humble opinion what are the better countries to advertise SFI at this point in time will be as follow :
Starting with your home grown country to the surrounding regions will be a good bet to advertising in the various English speaking counties like USA , Canada , Australia. New Zealand , UK, IReland , Scotland,South Africa, Philipinnes ,To those from the Balkan Countries: Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Slovenia which some attest are awesome workers .
Well food for thought is to take a close look at the https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/Country to have a better idea where the most active affiliates come from .
Just keep plugging and fine tuning and never give up remembering to focus on those avenues and countries that bring in better results and revenue for you is all that matters eventually

An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)
9/26/2014 10:30 am
Affiliate since: 11/08/2012, Power Rank: 325
Well I guess should I come across an affiliate whom may have not log in for quite some time I would take it easy and approach as well as acknowledge and greet him or her on an open mind basis and initiate some small talk for starters and then gradually Share with them and try to touch base and build up better rapport and an ongoing relationship when the time is appropriate.
Never be too pushy nor aggressive and be sensitive to their feedback and respect their privacy as well and don't be overly enthusiastic as well.
Just keep encouraging and share with them some tips or new games here and there from time to time and play by the ear to take it to the next level like send them some Ecards from time to time if they are receptive to it .

Is it possible to be successful in SFI even when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or have stopped working?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)
4/4/2014 12:02 am
Affiliate since: 11/08/2012, Power Rank: 325
Well I would say that it is certainly possible to become and remain successful in SFI even when your PSAS/ CSAS do not seem to work or have stopped working altogether , how is it possible you may ask ?
My take will be as follow:
Be persistent and stay positive as well as never give up and do what you can everyday and in every possible way to promote and market SFI from word of mouth to your warm market to acquaintances to email marketing to sending ecards to dropping the various X cards live wave cards to grow a second income to ECA postcards n brochures to TC gift cards to promoting ECA business set ups from available online to offline platforms not forgetting the various social media platforms such as twitter to Facebook to Pinterest etc .
You may also want to consider the DRIP method as SFI has highlighted on the merits of the “share” features that are offered to affiliates when they achieve various milestones or benchmarks such as attaining in the various team leadership ranks to winning a Daily Grand prize for we share those events, people can get to learn about SFI. Over time, they will get curious and will want to investigate and learn more about SFI. This is a better option to
YOU should also set up your own ECA store and sell stuff to get yourself a decent income and promote ECA gateways for residual income and recurring commission
Continue to stay in touch and touch base with all your existing inactive PSAs and CSAs as you never know when the sleeping Giants may awaken and spring to life and at the same time Never GIVe UP and Continue to sponsor using all the available free and paid platforms to sponsor and sponsor bearing in mind that it is not only a numbers game but that the Pareto principle 80/20 rule all pally eventually .

How would you convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to restart again?
Johnny Tan, Aff (Singapore)

Well as much as You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink therefore likewise if he or she has made up his or her mind and are adamant about it nothing in this world or for that matter what you have said can make it change however if they ares till open minded and or receptive and willing to listen it out then I would highlight on the following :
And. Not forgetting Sharing of SFI CREDENTIALS BY THE NUMBERS :
16th successful year for SFI (29th for SFI's parent company)
14-year Bronze member of Better Business Bureau
1.5 million affiliates
2.4 million TripleClicks members
112,000+ commissionable products (1,730 new added last week)
7,037 E-Commerce Affiliates (in 166 countries)
228 LocalPay Merchants (in 52 countries)
2,010 - TripleClicks.com's global popularity rank (source: Alexa.com)
Millions - Commissions paid out to our affiliates (in US Dollars)
The various testimonials as attested :https://www.sfimg.com/saying.html and my personal testimonial should be most powerful and convincing as well as my personal Payooner card As proof of payment without fail
